Visiting Angels Denton moved our local office to the North Point Plaza building on I-35S in Denton. Nathan and Debbie from SBC have been phenomenal in their responses to my questions and requests for services, with Nathan meeting me at the building on a Saturday morning to provide access to the building. We received good service from the last office we occupied for over 4 years, but it is incomparable to the service and support we have received in the short time we have been at North Point Plaza and working with SBC. Moving an entire office to a new location is a very challenging operation and never a pleasant experience, so I want to share my sincere gratitude to Nathan and Debbie for working with me and making it as easy as possible.

Christian Scofield and Taylor Lokey are the best commercial realtors EVER!!! My experience with these guys were phenomenal. I never felt rushed during the entire process with them. They always said we are here for you and making sure your comfortable, they always had my best interest Every time I wanted to look at my now venue they were always willing to accommodate me. They are very professional and go beyond their titles. I feel like I made two good friends out of this deal. I would highly recommend Scott Brown Commercial and Christian Scofield and Taylor Lokey for your realtors!

I would have thought with all the buildings up for lease due to COVID that commercial realtors would be jumping at anyone interested for details on one of their vacant buidings.... evidently not this place, specifically Mark Webster. Reached out to him for information on a specific suite and I did not hear from him after a week. Reached out to him again and he responded, saying he would be in the office that afternoon and would send me information. The afternoon came and left, still nothing. Contacted him a week after that and still nothing. Called their main office to try and speak with someone else, but they still insisted I deal with Mark...even after I explained my frustration! If they are that pathetically slow with getting you information, then how pathetically slow will they be if you are a client and need services?? Obviously youre not worth my business, as I am obviously not worth your time based on your lack of response and professionalism.
