First time and best experience ever! Great selection for those who are wanting to eat light and still be healthy. They have an option of an open salad bar with a few sweets on the side to compliment your salad. Very affordable price aswell and alot of space inside. Staff were lovely and they have a great selection of different salads/bowls/wraps/sandwiches and etc for you to try at the restaurant. Would def recommend to anyone who is wanting a different spot to eat at if they are trying to be healthy or are conscious of what they eat. Freshly made!

My experience has been good. I try to make it when Alec is working. I know hes there Friday evening. Had a couple items missing on my order Thursday. Pretty disappointed, but Alec checked it out and corrected everything. Just want to lift him up because hes always been great, even before he got to know us. There are still people who give a hoot. Yeah buddy! The family says two thumbs up.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with mustard and mayo on the side to go. Chips were to come with it. No mustard, mayo or chips was included. The sandwich was very good, once the recipient added the mayo at her place. I had a Ranchero chicken wrap, and it was really great! The chips and salsa were there for that order. I learned to check the order accuracy before leaving the restaurant.

Unfortunately we did not experience the same food compliments that others posted. This was probably the lowest quality food I ve experienced at a Jason s Deli. The salad I ordered had so much shredded cheddar cheese I could hardly taste anything else. Two of my kids had chicken tender plates and couldn t eat the tenders the taste was so bad. Didn t really believe them at first until I tried one. I ve had Dino nuggets that tasted better than that. The best food experience of the night was the ice cream. If this is the direction Jason s Deli is going then there are other choices out there.

My wife and I love Jasons. It is usually pretty quick, though if you come on Sunday after 12 expect it to be busy! Salad bar is amazing and good vegetarian options. I love the atmosphere and everyone is quite friendly! Bonus you can watch your meal being prepared. Good variety on salad bar and if they do not have a dressing you prefer you can being your own! We are here at least once a week! Update: we are actually here more than a few times a week. Still good food, still great people, and still one of the healthiest options around! My wife is known by name we come here so much! Food is still fantastic! Adam is a great manager, we just love this place! Still great and everything was fantastic! My wife found a honey mustard sandwich that she loves!!!

I ordered zucchini pasta salad, like I always do, it was full of oil, which never happens, had no ingredients in it except the pasta & zucchini some kind of cheese & spinach. It had no Artichoke hearts, no rosted tomatoes & Asiago cheese.these things make the dish. It was nothing like what it usually is. I got just barely a better dish when I got it last time in longview. This is a normal stopping place when we come to town & this is my normal dish. I am very disappointed.

Loved the food. We had the salad bar, and its one of the best around. The items on the bar were fresh and plentiful. Service was prompt. However, the cashier was less than hospitable. Not enough to raise a stink over, it put a glitch in an otherwise great lunch. I dont know if she was having a bad day, or if she just didnt like me. Either way, it was unprofessional. Parking: A crowded and busy parking lot.

We quit Jasons almost a year ago because of quality issues and order accuracy. We had eaten there for many years, at least twice a month. Always awesome hot, accurate orders for a decent price. 12-21-23 gave them another chance. Got 2 managers specials. One order was hot and on point. Mine was luke warm chili and a pastrami sandwich with lettuce instead of swiss cheese. I checked the bag for number of items but did not open everything up and look at it. Only live 1/2 mile away so cooling with travel time is not an issue. It s too bad because Jason s used to be at the top of our what do you want for dinner list.

Was very upset last night with my service on 12/15/2023,went in placed an order to go for 3 ppl and pd over 45... cashier Brookelynn told me she would call me up when it was ready to go,I sat there over 30 minutes and I glanced up to see the cooks just standing there and customers who came after already ordered and left,went up and asked other girl working if my order was ready and she walks over to shelf and says bag on shelf wasnt mine,then proceeded to ask me if I pd,yes I pd,I told her , she then goes back to shelf where bag is and hands it to me,at this point Ive been there waiting over 45 minutes, with no care to my time and money spent on food that I expected to be good but bc of lack of service,my food was cold,soup was cold and waterey by time I got home. Very disappointed.

Fantastic price for food. I love the buffet-- which I usually steer from restaurants that possess them; however, Jasons Deli is a bit different. I love their selection of salads and toppings. Buffet was excellent. Other entrees were very overpriced I thought. The buffet was reasonable priced. Couldnt say much about the service because it was self serve. I ve been going here for years,it had always been good but I ordered a beefeater,potato soup,and strawberry cheesecake to be delivered . I was told 30 minutes as etd It was an hour and 50 minutes,the sandwich had a lot of fat and was obviously cold and dried out as was the soup .the only thing remotely warm was the cheesecake. I live on a very small income, and I m in the hospital now and haven t eaten in 10 days.The hosp food made me cry I was so hungry,so this meal from Jason s was very important. It cost 40.00 and I feel completely ripped off. I think my money should be refunded or I will never go back

Terrible Experience! Went in around 3 pm to have late lunch with my wife. Waited around 30 minutes but food never arrived. Was sitting on the counter for at least 20 mins. I went to pickup my own food and by time we ate it , it was all cold. I complained to the manager and he refunded the total but never once said sorry , offered explanation, or try to rectify the situation. This place needs new employees and management. Will not visit again. Don t waste time. Better going to Cavas or McAllister where food is actually fresh and the managers and employees care about the product

Ridiculously overpriced. Deli discontinued the unlimited salad bar option where you can pay extra to visit the salad more than once. Which is the main reason why I went there. I gave 2 stars bc they re usually very friendly but I keep telling myself not to go there bc something is always wrong. Either they don t bring my curbside and I have to go in to get it(after I ve already tipped) or they re out of my dessert. I had to sub my dessert since they were out and didn t look at it until I got home. From what I remember the cakes are precut, so I m not sure why someone would continue to box a piece with a huge chunk missing. I paid $5 for this watery piece of cake that looks like it was bitten from the bottom. I ve learned my lesson.
