Its better than BWW. However, reheating precooked wings and slathering them in sauce doesnt make them taste fresh. How do I know they were precooked? They came out way too fast and the inside was cold. They looked good, but they were tough. Nothing special about the fries.

The food was alright, nothing particularly impressive. Surprisingly, this is the first wing restaurant I ve been to that charges extra for dipping sauce, which left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. However, the guy behind the counter was fantastic super friendly and cool. On the plus side, the food was ready really quickly, so I d give them a 5 out of 5 for speed. As for the atmosphere, it really depends on what you re after. If you re looking for a quiet, relaxed spot to enjoy your lunch, this place is perfect. But if you want a livelier, more energetic vibe to watch a game, this might not be the right choice. One suggestion for the owner: include ranch with the wings it would make the experience much better.

I traveled from out of state for a conference in Grapevine, and after a long day of interacting with too many people I just wanted to order some wings off UberEats and hide in my hotel room. I got the lemon pepper wings, potato salad and chocolate hazelnut cake. Everything was SO good! The wings were very crispy, the potato salad was good, but I think the star of the show was the cake! It was probably the best cake I think I ve ever had. It had a layer of light, fluffy chocolate cake and a layer of hazelnut mousse with a raspberry drizzle. I could go on all day about this cake! I do have a small complaint on the UberEats app it seemed to be a requirement that I had to purchase two containers of dressing. I don t normally eat my wings with dressing, so I was a little frustrated that I had to do that. I would really have preferred to have the option not to do that. Overall the food was awesome in my opinion, so this issue didn t really take away from that.

Wing pit is comparable to Wingstop. Considering it is a small business, and the owners were very nice and patient, I will be coming back. Food was fresh, came out pretty quickly, and tasted good. Half of breading on the boneless wings fell off and could have used more sauce. The wings were solid. If you re in the mood for wings and want to try a new place other than BWW or Wingstop this is your place.

Honey BBQ wings and the Cowboy beans were EXCELLENT. Very friendly staff and fun, cozy atmosphere. Will absolutely be back! I ordered a 10 wing combo take out the service was great over the phone and in person . i had to use the submitted photos from people for the menu which I saw online that the combo was about 13 bucks and some change couldnt locate a website. I Looked online the reviews were good so i decided to give it a try. The wings were very good then it goes down hill from there that left me very offended and never to return. The little amount of fries were hard. The barbecue sauce was very watery that i ordered on the side . The blue-cheese was horrible and the soda was a small and for a take out order i wasnt given any napkins . How did i end up paying 21.01 for a item that was advertised for 13 dollars? During lunch at that. Im extremely appalled.

Had lunch here today after becoming frustrated with the poor service, average food, and extremely long wait times at the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. Had three different flavors of wings, sweet potato fries with powdered sugar, and mozzarella sticks. Great lunch, feel comfortably full, and had some great flavors. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality wing spot.

Literally just left this place. Firstly, when I walked in idk if he was the manager, but he was very welcoming and polite. I started placing my order, but he helped me budget should I say lol instead of ordering items separately! Food came out really fast!!! I normally eat in my car and when I tell you I couldn t even save the food til I got home. I literally ate my food while I was driving!! That s how good it was. Fries was well cooked and seasoned!! The chicken omgggg. Crispy, crunchy, and covered in sauce!!!! No, they was holding back on the sauce like other wing places!! I will definitely be trying them again!! Only issue was no napkins in the bag lol. At first I was hesitant to try them, because not everyone cook chicken how I would!! But 9/10. Definitely recommend.

Sub-par wings with sub-par service TL;DR the breading on the shrimp was mush, the lemon pepper lacked flavor/coverage at times, the sweet potato fries had all the salt on 1/3 of the fries. Ive been thinking of wings all week. Where to go. What flavors to get. I finally decided on Wing Pit. I enter on a Saturday night to an empty restaurant. Its 7:42 and my order had an ETA of 7:30-7:40 PM. An employee (I soon find out) follows me in and asks for my order. As he gets my name, he yells something to the cook in the back. He tells me that itll be another 7 minutes. The kitchen is open, so I can see them put down some food in the frier. Those were my shrimp. He apologized again as he handed me my food. At least he gave me a complimentary side of Cajun sauce. The flavor, otherwise, was decent. However, I will not be returning again.

Absolutely phenomenal! Wont go anywhere else for wings. My husband had garlic parmesan and Cajun wings. They were fresh and you could tell. I had garlic parmesan wings, ranch and regular shrimp. He even brought a couple of plbreaded shrimp out for me to try. Breading was light and homemade. Everything was so fresh and shrimp were definitely not frozen. We will definitely be back!-. Didnt get any pictures, we were too busy enjoying it!

I would not recommend this place at all based off the horrible service I received. I ordered wings, tenders, and fries from Brian and when I got home to eat my food that I ordered to go I realized that my fries and wings were extremely salty. I called back to speak to a manager but Brian said there was no manager working. I asked if I could bring the food back to be remade and he said no. I asked why not and he argued because the food was made correctly and they did not add salt. Please reference the pictures below to see the salt on the fries after going back and forth with him he got upset and hung up. 1. It s an up charge to have more than 1 flavor 2. I payed around $12 for 10 wings that were barely bigger than the size of my thumb 3. I m okay with paying extra for fries because that s pretty standard for most wing places, however the fries were sooo salty that they were inedible. 4. Each order comes with a small cup of ranch half the size provided by wing stop and any more ranch is an additional up charge In total, I payed around $16.50 for 10 small wings, 2 flavors, and salty fries. In a place like denton (where there are several other wing places at that same price point) this place is not worth leaving the norm.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the 10 pc shrimp combo with nitro sauce which had very good flavor (I love spicy food and it had the right heat!) Overall food was good, fresh, and I found the staff to be very friendly. Only reason I couldn t rate them 5-stars is because of the price. At $17 for a lunch combo its just too pricy comparable to other similar places. Would stop again if prices were better, but I can t bring myself around that price range. If that s not a factor for you, check them out.

This place has so much potential to be dentons ultimate wing spot! Texas styles burgers and wings have good wings for good prices but I don t like the drive so this place sometimes saves the day but the prices are a little too high. Drop the prices and make more money lol. Also bread is always supposed to come with wings you don t charge separately for that but their customer service is great!!!! Very good people !they just gotta get their prices right and promote them new prices if they did game night I m sure it would sell itself. Better than wing stop and wild Buffalo for sure though!

I wasnt impressed with this visit, but interested in trying other menu items one day. We ordered a 20 piece with 10 Pit Style and 10 Garlic Parmesan to-go. The wings were a great size. They look dry, but were good on the inside. I wonder if having them to-go was the cause. I would like more sauce/seasoning next time. The Pit Style kind of tasted like Franks Hot Sauce with Tabasco. The Garlic Parmesan flavor was good, but wings were not well coated with flavor. The location has two tvs to watch and variety of seating arrangements. I was intrigued by the foosball and toy game. The foosball has quite a few broken pieces and must pay $1 to play. The toy game I dont believe was plugged in.

The assistant manager is literally not there. She cant comprehend what youre telling in regard to the issue with your order. I didnt even leave the restaurant, showed her the problem. Wife and I decided to check this place out after a day of shopping. When we walked in there was only one table in the shop. We were greeted immediately by the nice dude running the counter. We took a minute to glance over the wall mounted menu board and we needed up getting the spicy honey bbq wings and the Thai Chili with ranch fries and Cajun fries. Both wings were absolutely amazing, the Thai were a little sweet for me but my wife actually really enjoyed them. The spicy honey bbq was my favorite! The ranch is good, a little on the strong side but delicious. The ranch fries were absolutely amazing, cooked perfectly and well seasoned, compliments the wings well. Cajun fries were ok, they didnt seem to add much flavor but again they were cooked to perfection! Both the guy cooking (maybe the owner?) And the man running the front were very pleasant to deal with! Will definitely be back!

Tried 5 wings and 5 shrimps at first, they tasted so good I ordered another 10 shrimps right after. Food here taste great. There are many highlights, first the chicken wings are very meaty, I went to many other wing places and a lot of them serve small and dry wings, this place definitely choose good size ones. Excellent. Im a major wing lover, and this place is very much set apart from other even bigger names. The manager took our order and from the start he was extremely friendly, charismatic, and invested in the company! He explained the menu, the options, the flavors, and even let us try a couple out :) So for service, 10/10 if I could!! Food was excellent too! I got the Nitro flavor, super spicy but full of flavor. Just ordered wings and they did not put any paper inside the container. Because of the hot wings, the Styrofoam container is melted and I could not eat almost half of my wings at all. I had to bring the wings back to store if I wanted replacement. The lady on the phone could apologize before she offered replacement.

We just moved to Denton from Plano and have been craving wings, but have been let down...until now. This place has amazing customer service and some of the best wings Ive ever had. The service from the employees was phenomenal. My food came out quickly, they were very kind, and everything was relatively clean. However, I did not personally like the food too much. The fries taste as if their only seasoning is salt and the chicken tenders I got were slightly tough. That said, I still ate all of the food so it was good enough to keep eating.

On my 1st visit I would have gave you 4 stars...... but my visit today, was an overall negative experience Simply because it was the two owners who lacked good customer service. I CAN NOT MAKE THIS REVIEW SHORT I placed the order for the #1 mild 10 pc add 5 garlic parm shrimp. I advised him I m going up the street to get my son something to eat and coming back so I don t have to just wait. I get back and my food is not ready....(15 min I was gone) I ask the lady if they have any extra wings cooked because I d like to add an order. They said yes, all flats Cool! i pointed at the #1 meal and she rNg everything up individually! When I told her I wanted the meal she got a little snippy and said I needed to specify! 10 min go by, I saw them drop an order of fries, they chat back and forth, then ask me what my initial order was .... I repeat it, it hadn t even been made. They finally bring the order out and I m missing fries, he takes the whole order back just to get me another order of fries. It also had no sauce on the wings!!!!!! I pulled off, I didn t even get my drink! Ughhhh. I called to explain what all went wrong on the visit prior to writing my review. They were too busy to talk. I didn t make a big deal while I was there because it was other customers so I felt it better to call. FAIL

Service is great, wings and sides are HIGHLY OVERPRICED compared to other restaurants that specialize in wings. Lots of options for sauces but unfortunately in my opinion you would get better value for your buck at some of the other food chains that serve wings. Flavor wasn t bad, we tried 3 different sauces that were spicy but flavorful. You have to pay extra for a nice portion size honestly. The young lady that checked us out was very pleasant, But I felt bad for her because when we visited the air was broken. Honestly I won t be back because the prices were more expensive than Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing stop when it comes to portion size. I didn t get much bang for my buck. On the bright side they sell alcohol, have a couple games and its a cool location. Was very close to my neighborhood at the time. Nice spot for a first date/meetup..if the air has been fixed.

Fries use top be thin and very tasty almost like Mcdonalds fries the ones now have more of a store brand taste you make in oven at home. My go to was nitro wings but now they have it covered it in what looks like salsa and a bit too salty for me.

Worse staff here, or at least the ladies who served me with simply no energy and who likes soggy wings. It tastes old, like they just heated it up. Go wingstop across the street cheaper and better, honestly not worth it. I wish I hadnt spend 13 dollars on something they bagged for me and didnt even listen when I said im eating in but it was good not to stay more than my welcome. Wish I was able to try this place and give it a proper review but unfortunately I am not. It is 11:20 am and their posted business hours are 11am-11pm Mon-Fri (its Wed today). They are not open. Doors locked, lights are off. I LOVE these wings. The lemon pepper is always fabulous, but the honey mustard is also good. Get the sweet potato fries. Yes, I said it, they have sweet potato fries... and they put powdered sugar on top. MIND BLOWN. Actually, I ask for it on the side because a girl can only take so much. Wings are huge and crispy fried. I keep coming back. Better than BWW for sure.
