This place is disgusting. Had to ask for a refund tonight after watching people handling cash and answering the phone without washing their hands. Literally touching the pizza bare handed right after. Also had a hair in my pizza. Employees walking around eating while making pizza. Gross.

Handled the incredibly stressful crowd and not nice people and were always kind and Incredibly friendly! Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for ramps, etc. very small step up to curb but also concrete ramps

Took 40 minutes to get to our house from the store AFTER they left. We live about 10-15 minutes from this location. I understand there are many orders to be delivered but in those 40 minutes since I was alerted order on the way our pizza was luke warm at best. Very disappointed because we waited over an hour for a quick and easy dinner that wouldve taken us 30 minutes at any other store. Severely disappointed in the quality of food too because of the temperature of the crust and our stuffed crust.

Had an issue back in December with this place, took forever to get my food and when I did it was wrong. Little dude never came back, I called and the little girl that answered the phone had the worst customer service, awful. Ordered tonight, give it a chance....HUGE MISTAKE. After not receiving my order an hour after expected called and was told delivery guy just left. 20 minutes later no food, call again response was delivery guy was having a hard time delivering my order. I am literally 4 streets away....what issue and why was no one calling me. I will neeeever order from there again. Done!

These guys were getting SLAMMED with tickets. And they worked as calmly and quickly as possible. I was very impressed with how kind and level headed they were. I didnt get their names but they were working at 2p on Jan 26, 2024. They deserve recognition and I hope someone shows this to them.

I ordered online at 5:37pm. My tracker said it would be delivered between 6:20 and 6:30pm. I called at 6:45 and they had not even started making it yet. Seriously! I ordered 2 pizza, a cookie, and an order of wings. The man on the phone could have cared less and said well you will get you pizza when we can get a delivery driver to get it to you. It finally came at 7:30 pm. 2 hours later. At least the food was hot and good. Dont put on the tracker and on my order that it would be delivered in 45 minutes at 6:20 and at 6:45 you have not even started making my order. Just be honest. Tell me 2 hours if it is going to be 2 hours.

The last few times we have came here we have had horrible experiences, they are rude and could careless about their customers and by the looks of these other reviews I m not the only person who thinks the same! No hair nets etc just overall not clean I m sitting in my car right now waiting for my pizza and I m very tempted to go and just get my money back and leave I m just grossed out! Very disappointed with this location. I work for a large company and we order 7 - 10 pizzas at least 3-4 time a month for office meetings and training events. Every time we order we confirm an 11:30 am drop off and RARELY does the pizza come on time even though its promised and place hours ahead. Jamie the manager even called to confirm. Pizza arrived at 12:07 the delivery woman didnt even come in the bldg. just left the pizza at the door and LEFT! Not to mention I ordered boneless wings with blue cheese dip, complete opposite. When I called to express my aggravation all I got was an apology. Needless to say, we will be finding a new pizza place to feed our guys going forward.

the new assistant manager, skylar, is incredibly unprofessional. she treats her teenage employees terribly. she spreads lies and rumors and harrasses them despite them asking her not to. then retaliates by giving them less hours when they report her. theres a reason she was terminated and had to move locations from her last position. not to mention how she openly flirts with coworkers and discriminates the younger employees because of age and lack of work experience. do not let your kids work here

While in store waiting on delivery ( mind you a correction on original order) multpile profanities used by employees aswell as calling customers vulgar names, preperation of pizzas while not washing hands and handling paper money, willingly knowing the customer was not usings his credit/debit card (didnt know pin) allowed transaction to be completed. Standards food saftey practices not being followed, no hairnets being used and that is just what i noticed when i had to go get my delivery order.

I tend to stay away from anything on center street because I have bad experiences. But it was closer to my sons school and he asked for a heart pizza for valentines I ordered the pizza on Friday to pick up on Tuesday at 1045 I assumed when I got there it would be ready. I get they were busy and only 2 people working and thats why I did the order so early so I was sure it would be ready. I get there and when I told them I was there to pickup thats when they started the pizza. I was already pushing time so that the pizza would be hot and fresh when I got to my son. So I was late for his lunch and they also didnt even cut the pizza just threw it in the box. Def will not be back.

Before you read this one --> Check out the common theme of the 1-star reviews. We havent ordered from this papa johns in over 3 years because of their consistent mess-ups. Today we ordered our second pizza within a month and a half from them and again it was wrong. The first time we ordered we got no pepperoni, not a big deal she made another for us, but this time the same exact mess up on an EPIC PEPPERONI STUFFED CRUST. They told us no refund for an obvious mess-up they made (same mess-up two times in a row) We ordered online made no changes to the options (you have to choose no pepperoni) and they blamed us for the mess up. We had screenshots of our order that show that no options were chosen to make this pizza just cheese. Just dont order from this place maybe something with more dignity will take over the location. Something like a strip club. First, ol papa John himself messes up and now its trickled down to the backbone of the franchise. Sticking with the $10 Pizza Hut deals.

Just ordered 2 pizzas online. Went to pick them up. First of all noticed a girl working without a uniform making pizzas. I was told my order was still baking. So I went back to my vehicle to wait. Then same girl came outside went next-door to the vape shop next door. Then some guy that was taking up the front parking spot got out of his car went in the vape shop and handed the girl a phone to talk to someone. Then he went back to his car. The girl exited the vape shop and went back to pappa johns to make pizzas. NO SANITATION WHATSOEVER. SHE TOUCHED THE VAPE SHOP DOOR ,SHE TOUCHED THE GUYS PHONE AND WENT STRAIGHT BACK TO MAKING PIZZA. ALMOST ALL EMPLOYEES LOOKED IN VERY POOR HYGIENE. LOST MY APPETITE. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE MORE SANITARY WITH COVID AND ALL. NO HAIR NETS ECT ECT. I placed an order from the app and around an hour later it said it was delivered but no pizza was found. My wife went up there and was told that only then when she showed up was an order for us in their system. Only 2 people were present in store and when I called to talk to the manager via their automated phone system I waited on hold for over 10 minutes before my wife called to tell me she was there. If only 2 people are working at a time then call in more and change delivery times to reflect the changes. Pizza is always good from here but service is hit or miss but was always better when Josh was a driver. And Im giving it a 2 star because they remade it and the food is always good.

I order carryout here all the time. And they never double check your order and they will all stare at you in the lobby waiting instead of coming to the counter to help you. Im really wondering if a lot of these bad experiences/reviews belong people who dont tip or tip poorly. If I could give 0 stars then I would. Unprofessional, a bunch of untrained teenagers and the managers were just as incompetent. By far the worst experience I ve ever had with any restaurant in my life. Flies are constantly around the food and the workplace is filthy, I have no idea how this place still exists. The entire restaurants food is dripping with grease that literally made me nauseous. Please take precaution when ordering from this restaurant, it s definitely not worth your money or wellness.

I ordered a pizza not only did they put me on hold for 40 minutes (not exaggerating, I CAN be patient at times especially for pizza). FOUR HOURS LATER AND MY PIZZA STILL NOT DELIVERED AND WHEN I CALL THEY KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD. I order from here all the time and am generally quite satisfied with both my order and delivery time. Tonight was my first time ordering later in the evening and im dissapointed to say the least. It took well over an hour to recieve my food and it was luke warm when I got it. Further more, I had to walk all the way to the front of my apartments to be handed my pizza because the delivery driver could not figure out how to open my gate even after being told the gate code. There was an error with my order but they more then made up for it. Ive ordered from them for years and never really had a problem. The one time I did I actually benifited from the mistake.

Normally order from Papa Johns to my work when I don t have time to go out to pick something up, but today was unusually terrible. I ordered around 9:30 this morning online with an order ahead to be delivered at noon (my lunch break). At 12:25 when my pizza had still not been delivered, I called to check on the status and was told that the driver left 15 minutes prior and had another even later order before me. I told him that my lunch break was almost over and that s why I ordered when I did. I understand stuff happens, but I have a limited lunch window and my lunch was not delivered until 12:50 (my lunch break was over at this point). It s quite ridiculous.

I m sure it was a great pizza when hot...I wouldn t know. An hour and ten minutes later it was delivered cold and in a greasy box. Exactly what I expect for $20/1 large pizza. Learned my lesson.

I have ordered from this store lots of times and never had a major problem, there have been times where either the delivery was late to them not making the pizza on time. I had just ordered from the online website and received an email like you should when completing your punches I had purchased the order at 7:21 p.m. and was notified that it would take about 24 to 34 minutes to be delivered so it should have been at my house at 7:41 to 7: 51. I had waited until 8:47 p.m. and had called to see what was going on with my order. The young lady who answered the phone had helped me try to find if my order was received by the store oh, she had found and located that they had received my order and she had notified me that it has already been made and that they would just waiting for a driver to return to deliver it. Noting that she had notify me that the store is under staff is something that they should a point that to the manager and at least notified the customer that it will be an additional time or a follow-up for orders not being delivered on time. Now with nothing to eat for the night had to come up with a backup plan. This store has always been under staff all the time and it surprises me how they are still operational.

I ordered here a few months back and picked it up in store. When I picked it up a big roach crawled across box. They through a fit when I asked if they could make it so I took my pizza and left. I vowed to never use the location again. Fast forward to today. My daughter kept seeing the commercial for 10 cheese sticks promotion with $12 purchase and begged for me to order it for her in her friend. Against my better judgement I did. But when check out happened through the app the 10 cheese sticks weren t there. I called the papa johns and they said they don t know what happened. And I asked well can I cancel and try again and Carly said it s already in the oven like there isn t an easy way to reverse the order. Bottom line this place probably still has roaches and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Loren is so incredibly rude, she hung up on me without getting a manager on purpose and told me that I needed to calm the heck down when I did not once raise my voice at her. I m filling out a formal complaint for the store but I m just letting y all know that if you plane on ordering here be careful because the employs are rude and like to hang up on people when they call and ask about a charge that was made on their card.

The customer service is terrible and need help with prioritizing customer first! I have called the deer park & southmore papa Johns and both told me they dont deliver to my address.
