The waiter I believe her name was Mercedes...took are order. We by accident ordered the wrong food. We believe we were ordering the tacos from the little taco truck. NO this lady brought us cow stomach then when we explained to her it was a misunderstanding she maid is pay for it anyways. Who does that! No customer service at all

Great friendly atmosphere. Entertainment included!! Nice place to relax and unwind and enjoy a great meal. The molcajete was very good. Will definitely return and bring my friends. Would recommend especially if you are looking for a variety of seafood and of course great mexican food as well.

If you havent tried this spot, you definitely should. The food has been tasty, beer cold, and atmosphere up beat every time Ive come. The only thing Im iffy about is the forced gratuity on the checks. Other than that, if you enjoy mexican food, then stop by and check it out.

Worse service I ve ever experienced. Food came out wrong and instead of making it right they just pulled out what they messed up and resent it back out. Terrible place and wouldn t recommend anyone waste their money at this place. Go to McDonald , save money and you ll eat better!!!!

This place gets worse everytime I come in here over the past 4 years. This last time will be the last time. The music is always too loud and this time they had random people controlling a tablet and selecting songs that they wanted to karaoke to while sitting at their table on a wireless microphone. When I complained about it, they told me that since my food was almost done that I still had to stay and wait for it and get it to go. I still sat through 3 more songs of loud horrible music. Theres only 5 people in here eating at dinner time on a Saturday. Obviously theyre doing something wrong. My family used to love this place and it was always packed at first. Neither are the case anymore.

It is a fairly expensive restaurant and the problem is not paying for something that is delicious but in this place the food is horrible without counting the 20% tip for just bringing a few dishes (we had to go find the waitress ourselves).

been going there since it opened...seems to get worse and worse. hard to get refills, everytime I go except for the first time , never have the sides items I would prefer. ....... ive had server bring me wrong plate and get an attitude about it when she didnt write the order down and then had the gall to get upset when I didnt leave a tip. the final straw , was when I sat there over 50 minutes waiting for food and found out it hadnt even been started because apparently the cook ( who was some management because they had to call him to void out mybpkate) he didnt start my order because a table of 6 who order before me, was too much for him. or at least that what the server told me. come to find out the table of 6 was wanting to leave but was arguing over the resturant trying to still charge them for food they didnt get never going back, and I went enough times for one of their servers to remember me, when I went in everytine.

This was some of the best Mexican food Ive had in a long while. We had to tip the cook because we could not stop eating. The words I want to eat it because its good but I dont want to because then it will be gone and Ill be sad might have been said. Waitress was super sweet explaining one of the songs to me. Drinks were ok I thought they were a little pricey but overall great experience. will definitely be back when Im in town.

Atmosphere is decent. Live entertainment was decent. I was wondering why it was so empty. Could be that that they add a food surcharge to your ticket even though we only had alcoholic drinks. Drinks are $9.99. However once they add hidden surcharges we paid $63. For 4 drinks no food. They charge $20 To reserve a table & it s supposed to go towards your end total. We had a hard time getting them to do it. So, not sure if I ll ever go bk.

Im sorry but our visit there was not what we expected. The waitress was not too good. Food was good when we finally got it. But when we got our ck wow. For one margarita it was 20.00 . And we did order it with Patron and didnt even taste it. So she got her gratuity automatically from each check which was about 45 for all of us. Which I said service was not great. She did not deserve that much. I still believe in great service. Customer service was not that good. Turned out our waitress was the manager. So she didnt do anything about our complaint. But if you have a pocket full of money enjoy. But if you dont stick to taco bell.

The food good. But dont even think about focusing on the bar. He charges you a tip of 30 to 50 dollars. Just for telling you to eat at the bar. He is a guy who is always there. I asked him why after consuming 3 drinks and he He tipped 40.00dlls. It was more of a tip than what we consumed. Its the first place Ive been to that charges you a cent for the bar. Abusers. I dont know if I always do it. Or was the waiter. Very abusive. Hopefully the owner. Be aware. Of this abuse.

My husband brought me here for our date night. Its very cozy & I love that they have outdoor seating as well. The decor is quaint in a Latin style. Very nice and clean. The food here is absolutely amazing! Our waiter was super nice and everything he recommended was delicious . I recommend the Montezuma queso. OMG everything we had was just DELISH!! We will definitely be coming back. The food took 45 minutes to get to us and the party next to us got up and left waiting so long. On top of that they charged me double for a basic plate of carne guisada because we asked that you don t make them tacos just the carne on the plate with rice and beans that s already included and charged me extra rice and and beans because I said no corn tortilla. The food was dry and not even warm. Worse place for service as well.

We had been at the restaurant since 7:42 and didn t receive our food till 9:33. Yes we had over more than 11 people at our table. I kept asking the waitress what s going on and she did say she was checking on it first she said they took all the small orders then do ours then I spoke to the manager and he said let me check them said it s coming right own there went another 20 minutes that s when I tried to contact the own, yes he did get there and we spoke on this situation and he did apologize but after thinking about it over night not all my parties got the discount and some even paid full price. I specifically told him if they were short handed why didn t the manager go back there and help the cook. Just for avocado with nacho ships which only contains 4 chips took that long and cheese was so hard and showed the owner and he didn t charge us for that. Never have I or my family had to experience this and at that super super experience!! We went to celebrate 4 bdays and ended up leaving very very disappointed and with that either he needs to hire more cooks and lower he s prices 2 weeks prior we spent about $500.00 just for 6 kids and 3 children so tell me what does that tell you. I hope this gets resolved cause if you only have us 15% and at that some people payed full price that was wrong and you will only know why people will stop going. God bless y all! Noone seated us, server took forever to come over to us after we seated ourselves, made the wrong food ordered, brought a new plate, about 10 minutes later they started turning lights off and it was barely 8:30p. Poor poor quality food and customer service. Will not be going back. Prices are way too high for the quality of food given. This would be a 0 if the option was available.

The shrimp stuffed avocado with seafood sauce is amazing! Pair it with delicious bacon wrapped asparagus spears & enjoy a wonderful dinner! The karaoke was rather loud but the service was not bad. The cons do not outweigh this restaurants food & we will be back!
