I would like to tell what happened to me, it is not fair that these abuses happen. I bought a battery for my car which was damaged, I went to the store to talk to someone and find out how they can change it because the battery had a warranty. I get to the store and go to the car service at the back of the Walmart. Wait . Nobody answered Siri where Mrs. SANDRA, who was organizing in another section, I kindly asked her if she could help me so that someone could come and help me. He told me that I will call someone, I went back to where I was previously to wait for the person. Nobody arrived yet. Wait . No one arrived. I went to SANDRA. I told her the following: You are calling me someone. She was upset by my tone of voice. Wait for us to discuss. I tried to explain to her that I have been waiting for a long time and no one answers. She informs me that we are disrespecting her. I try to explain to her. situation she calls someone from the front to tell them that we disrespect her and more, they ask us to leave Walmart for all this they did not even want to attend to us for a product that we purchased in the Walmart store that was damaged. They abuse authority. Very bad service in general, the employees do not attend and when one makes a complaint, they owe the establishment or the employees abusing their authority because SANDRA claimed to be the manager and that we should leave for disrespecting her.

Im not sure why but this location had hardly any customers when I visited it yesterday. I cant recall the last time I was in a Walmart that was as empty as it was. The employees working in the front of the store, at the check out lanes, were literally just standing around talking to each other. I stopped by the vision center which was also empty to see what their selection of frames looked like & learned they dont have hardly any for small faced women. Two or three, in the size I need, to be exact. Due to how slow business was, yesterday was a good day to stop in if you were in a hurry. From parking to check out, it was a breeze. I hope business picks up for them as Id hate to see this location close down. Update: The store was packed today. No issues checking out however!

I go here a lot for medications and usually walk around and their clearance pricing insulting, item =15 cleanse = 14, and there is always woman and girl things on clearance but probably 1/25 visits I might see mons or boys clearances... Like 2 shirts or some thing . Seems like a female chauvinist pig issue

Dyani (apparently a manager) was extremely unhelpful and rude when I went in for customer service last night. I understand some things are out of Walmart s hands, but the way you interact with the customer can make all the difference. I explained my problem and she was laughing and smiling the whole time I was explaining the issue, which was extremely unprofessional. She also seemed to know very little about anything and stated this was because she had only been there for 2 months. That doesn t seem like a sufficient excuse for knowing less than the employees you are managing. Dyani should not be a lead as she has no problem solving skills, no people skills, and she is rude / obnoxious. When the questions got hard, she became sarcastic and defensive. The young lady behind the customer service desk and the middle aged gentleman who helped me before Dyani were both great and very helpful.

It is sad that the staff who work in the Car Area, who are clearly Hispanic/Latino, cannot provide help to those who do not speak English very well. I have gone to other stores and the service has been good, but in this store it is NOT like that. On the other hand, I arrived at 10 am so that they could please check the tires of my car, since hours before the light came on and two tires were very low in pressure, so I needed them to be checked. The person who helped me told me that I would have to wait two hours, I accepted because the light was still on. As time passed, I noticed that other vehicles were passing and I had arrived earlier, I asked and the man told me that it could take more than 3 hours. In the end that was how long it took to check the tires. They definitely should have more trained staff.

1st time I have waited more than 20 min to get my car from service. People are so kind and the service is always excellent. I have on 620 and lake Creek a Walmart but I would prefer to drive all the way here. I think you should hire more people to get the hours covered. I know that it is just once but I think I should not pass it once. Hope get some help to keep the good customer service that brought me here.

Auto shop lost my tire lock and havent gotten my tires rotated. They steal your tire lock and never been contacted or any update. Frustrating. Last person said they did it then told it wasnt done they just be lying. I know someone that said theirs was stolen from their auto shop to. Will be my last time going I need to know why do yall still customers locks for their tires.

Walmart has reduced the number of checkout staff to a minimum, often down to zero at night time. This change makes it difficult for people with disabilities and those with children to use self-checkout. I had experience this issue multiple times while shopping with my toddlers. Walmart should prioritize the needs of their customers over profit considerations.

I can not believe what just happened, purchased a George Foreman grill and opened it and it was filthy, missing a piece and a diaper in the damn box. What kind of company doesn t check returns before putting back on the floor to sell. I would give negative if that was an option. I went to get an oil change and a battery replaced. Turns out they don t know how to replace the battery in my car said it was under the seat when it s clearly on the floorboard between the pedals and the seat. No call no explanation just a text message saying my vehicle was ready. NO, If you haven t done the work, I left it there for then the vehicle is not ready. Clearly this was just laziness.

This Walmart seriously needs to educate their Carry Out personnel. It is literally a 50/50 shot as to whether or I get one that can load groceries into my SUV without me having to redo them before I leave.UPDATE: It has gotten better, but they still have a lot to learn. When I load them myself, they stay put, instead of having heavy things fall off the back seat onto stuff on the floor/pizzas stood on edge and crumpled (half thawed out) when I get home instead of laid flat. 2/15/23 Just left and no improvement. Today I waited and waited for Carryout and ended just leaving.....I have time but not to just sit and wait. 9/29/23. No change. If you want your groceries tossed, crushed and handled like a 7yr old that has to help with groceries instead of go play? This is the store for you! 2/20/24. Now I carry out & load my own groceries....Doing it from my wheelchair is difficult, but results in zero problems. 4/23/24. Loaded myself so no problems today. 7/23/24. Perfect loading by the carryout person. I did hear from management over my initial review way back then. I think they listened & made the needed change.

I just recently went to this Walmart to get groceries for my family. I had $200 on my food stamp card when I got into the aisle. All the stuff was scanned. There was no issue until me swiping my card happened and the cashier kept telling me that I had zero dollars on my card when I know for in fact, I had 200 my order Was $137 and he told me there was nothing he could do. Walmart needs to train their cashiers better to know how to operate when someone with WIC or food stamps comes through their lane . This is unacceptable, times are already trying and I shouldn t have to write this or create an argument in a Walmart to have my card work so I can feed my son. I even called human resources to speak about the issue and there was no answer. I stayed on the phone till it hung up itself. Absolutely appalled that nothing was done about this.

0 stars, honestly. The employees can t do their jobs & act like you changed the price yourself, only to not honor their mistake. Made me wait forever for a manager, finally the manager follows me to the aisle after I kept offering to show every employee, and even the manager catches that it was their mess up, flips the price tag, and refused to honor it saying if there were 2 or 3 boxes AS HE IS LOOKING AT A SECOND BOX ON THE SHELF. I even verified 2 or 3 boxes, so that other box for the same product doesn t count? Nope. I ve been looking for one of these with the bar for my son that wasn t so steep in price, thought I got lucky, then, after 3 separate employees, was reminded nope, you re at Walmart good lord

I fell today at the self-checkout at Walmart b/c I stepped on some green grapes and it was slippery. I was hurt on my right shin and left knee and felt painful but no one was coming to check on me. The store staff was standing there and pretended she didn t see anything. I spoke to her to ask her to clean the floor because it is possible the next person will get fall and hurt. She responded: it was not my fault and it was not my responsibility! As a store staff, was this your care to your customers? It was my fault to fall because I didnot look at the floor but cleaning the floor to avoid other customers get hurt was not your responsibility?! So tell me, what is your responsibility? She was so rude and mean! It was Walmart s unfortunate to have someone like her who doesnot care for her customers to work for it. As a customer, i didnot feel I was safe shopping at the store like this, both physically and emotionally. Terrible shopping experience ever!

I bought my fishing license from the hunting section, paid for my phone charger in electronics, paid for my makeup in the cosmetics aisle, had to have health items carried across the store on display to everyone by an employee like she was carrying a candelabra, and then pokemon cards in customer service .... Walmart feels like a mall now and tbh why would I go through the extra 20 minutes of shopping when I can just order things discreetly off of Amazon and not have my items on display being carried across the store like Im a criminal? It feels dystopian.

Auto care is good and fast . They did service fast on my car within 20 minutes and parked my car out for pickup but to take a payment and to hand over car to me took almost 40 to 50 minutes which worst . They simply dont bother about it and kept roaming out and inside , passing time. I asked for help to get it finished but she said wait while she come and that took 15 mins again though she had nothing to do. Have to correct this please and thank you

Only self check out, mugged at door for reciept, only lower quality products available in fire arms. Cant get a qualified person to help in sporting goods. After waiting 2 hours for fire arm approval went elsewhere and in and out in less than 30 min. Same Federal back8 ground required. Im an amputee and self check out is very difficult. Also, the salesclerks will not provide receipts unless you demand them. If you want to return the money orders because mobile deposit is prohibited, you will have to wait 10 days to get your refunds. With out a receipt they will charge a steep refund fee. They are a bunch of rip-offs so be careful.

The absolute worst curbside pickup. Nobody is monitoring if people arrive and check-in. Do NOT rely on the app, you have to call or youll sit there until someone else who pulls up does. And if theyre not ignoring you, theyre dumping your groceries all over the parking lot from packing them improperly on their carts.

I am beyond upset worst experience ever wish I could give them 0 stars. I drove 40 mins because they said they had my order ready yesterday. I go in store to pickup my items they tell me they can t give them to me. Manager was not friendly or accommodating at all. Even gave a rude response when I told her just to forget it. I go to curbside wait 30 min til I finally call and they finally tell me they Cannot find my order it could have been misplaced. They only have one of items extreme waste of time money and gas on top of that I have a toddler. Extremely frustrating experience. The items I ordered are extremely sought after sounds lk someone took them for themselves. Awful awful customer service

Spends hundreds of dollar to be stop by the door guy because he thought my kids stole a $5 stuffed animal not only does Walmart make you scan you re own items you have to read the receipt to the employee they hired because he doesn t know how to do the one job required at the doors

Went to get a prescription great service and quick fill. They told me it would take 10 minutes it only took 5 minutes. Then went to look around and ended up buying a PS5. Lol. Good prices and great help
