Every morning I go take my husband to work we stop here for breakfast and there are 2 people that are very polite and curiositys and helpful and very kind and talkative I enjoy that the manger in morning hes the bomb and the other younger theres 2 but the first that been there a little longer is the best worker

This location has really gone downhill, ordered 4 tacos 2 were fresh and the other 2 were old and stale... its like seriously if you already have to make some why not make them all fresh... had to throw away the 2 stale ones to gross to eat they even didnt bother to remove the lettuce before redropping them in the fryer to rewarm them... just plain nasty dont bother going late at night or this is what service you get!

Today I did a mobile order. My card was charged but the order did not go through on the restaurant side. I went up there because I was going to get my food anyway and I told them my dilemma. At first the manager told me there was nothing I could do because the order never showed up on their side, that I would have to call corporate and get a refund. While she was telling this she got on phone and was speaking to someone about the situation. At the end of the call they went ahead and made my order. What I got was only $6.00 but for the manager (Denise) to do that, it was really nice. So I want to say thank you Denise for your hospitality. You never know when someone is having a hard day and this was the straw that broke the camels back and you made my day better because of you act of kindness.

The window attendent was really inconvenienced by my order. They took my card and handed me my order and I drove off to work. Near the end of the day I realized my card was missing. Remembering the mornings oder, I drove back to check for my card. The on duty lead informed me that they did in fact forget to give me my card back but can not find it. Upon writing this review I have yet to speak with anyone with authority. I can no longer get an answer or a call back. It was suggested to me to cancel my card which is a terrible inconvenience to change all recurring charges over to the replacement. Due to the negligence and lack of accountability I will not be visiting any Jack in the Box moving forward.

There was only one person in front of me & I work less than 5mins so it was convenient for me. I asked for no Mayo, ketchup and red sauce packet. As you can see on the picture they added Mayo then they didnt give me any sauce but I had already drove off so I went inside and spoke to the manager, I mentioned they didnt give me the sauce I requested she said Well, its 25 cents I said its fine I dont mind paying but no one said anything in the drive thru and I didnt bring down my purse. Then she repeated herself Its 25 cents for the sauce I said okay so you want me to go back to my truck, grab my bag and pay you after I was already in the drive thru and you didnt tell me about it?? She rolled her eyes & then gave me the sauce, then I asked for ketchup and she points the the lobby and says Its over there. This is your manager!? Smh.. I rather drive across the street than deal with a bad attitude.

This place is absolutely horrible!!! The morning shift around 8am are great... They are very professional, clean, and have great customer service... The night kids crew that are there after 9-10 pm all need to be fired... They are the worst employees Ive ever encountered... On their phones while at the window taking and making orders... They always close 30 minutes to an hour before they are supposed to... Theyre a bunch of lazy, disgusting, kids that could care less about their jobs or the customers that come to spend their hard earned money... They all need to be fired and replaced... I now drive all the way down to the Center St. and Spencer location because this place is run down, filthy and overall just a huge joke... Upper management needs to pull together and start holding employees accountable... Clean this place up as I will also be reporting it to the health department for review!!!

Stopped in to fuel up my vehicle this morning. Used the restroom. It was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly in months. I brought this to the managers attention. His immediate response was that the cleaning person is going to clean it now. All that person had was a mop. Sorry, but there is more to cleaning than just mopping the floor. Makes me wonder what else they are not thoroughly cleaning (e.g.: food prep area, dining area, soda dispenser, etc.). I know this isnt Buccees but at least make an effort.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I understand it s Christmas Eve and you don t want to work, but at least give people respect. I ordered a number 22 and a four piece chicken tenders. Both meals. And an extra curly fry. What happened first, we pulled up to the window, a very white complexed woman took my card and charged me. She gave us one bag, it was only the curly fries. Then she walked away for about 5 minutes. Mind you, I m watching all of them. I didn t receive my card back, so I m waiting. I m watching her over fill our drinks and then touching all over the lid with her bare hands trying to clean it up. She hands me the drink and I ask her for my card, she didn t give me my receipt. Then I asked her nicely where the rest of my food was and she gave me attitude stating she gave it to me. I tried to keep my composure because I work in customer service as well.she goes back waiting for the rest of the food and is eating while she s touching our food, licking her fingers and all. Next she hands me the bag and it s not the right food, I m getting a little irritated because I keep telling her what we ordered, and she seems like she is confused or on something because she is telling me the same thing over and over again. Next, she gets this other girl, dark complexion and she opens the window to talk to me, she starts talking and I start talking back and she immediately said I m not talking to you with an attitude. So in my head, I m like why did you open the window then. Well they had gave us wrong items, which was two chicken sandwiches. We had already opened them to see if they were my sandwiches maybe wrapped in the wrong paper they take them back and give them to someone else!!! At the end of it, they were very unprofessional and very very disrespectful. When I was trying to be nice the whole time. Then when she finally gave me my number 22, it didn t have the hash browns either. I was so fed up, I didn t ask for it. But I asked what their complaint number was. I said do you happen to know the complaint number, I don t like the way y all have treated us and she says uhm no with a very strong attitude and closes the window on me.
