I recently had our windows washed as well as our Chandelier in our Foyer, that hadn t been cleaned in several years. The technician, Johnny, arrived on time and called to let me know when he was on his way. My Windows now look fantastic after he thoroughly cleaned them and Johnny did an exceptional job cleaning our Chandelier, making it really shine again! I will definitely be using Window Wizards again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning service that they provide.

Our group of uptown townhomes spoke with multiple representatives from this company. All quoted cleaning external windows for $175 per townhome if we had add ons to our first neighbor booking. A week before they were scheduled to come out they sent email quoting almost $300 each. We complained. They said they made a mistake and would not honor their original quote. I received email from them outlining their stance. We ALL canceled. So - They make mistakes and won t stand by their promises. Don t use - we re all switching firms (loss of 12 or more homes for you all!)

For anyone needing window washing and/or power washing of cement surfaces, particularly after the recent tornado, I would like to recommend the Window Wizard entity. We live in a contemporary house with massive windows. We hired Window Wizards to perform all this work for us and they did a superb job. The employees performing the work were prompt and efficient in our project covering several days. They were neat in their appearance, polite , on time, and efficient. We had major concerns as hour home has huge and expensive windows which we did not want to be scratched, and thus were very careful in our selection. We are exceedingly pleased with Window Wizards.

Weve used Window Wizards for the past few years and highly recommend the company! We have them clean out our gutters, power wash around our pool (we have a lot of nut trees around it), and clean our windows inside and out. They are fairly priced, efficient and all the cleaners are friendly and polite. I just had the team out this week and they did a fantastic job!

Window Wizards just cleaned my windows inside and out and cleaned the gutters in my two story house. They arrived on time, had the needed supplies and equipment, were very professional, had the agreed printout and receipt of what was to be done, checked with me as they worked, and completed the job in a timely manner leaving my home as they found it only now with sparkling clean windows and clean gutters.

The guy was on the phone 80% of the time he cleaned my windows, he refused to go back and check my windows and clean what he missed, the owner said he has business and HE DOES NOT NEED MINE AND HUNG UP ON ME because I was upset and did not ask nicely for them to come out again to clean what was missed. With this company the owner is right not the customer. FYI they do not clean paint off windows and they are unable to tell you if the seal is broke on your windows. I will find another window cleaner for my next 6 mo clean.

These guys are great. They are thorough, professional and committed. I use them all year long. Power washing pool areas and even patio furniture cushions! The cushions were like new. also, every December they hang my Christmas lights. I trust them around my dog and children. They are very professional and family owned.

The customer service was outstanding! It was easy to get a quote and set up an appointment. I was shocked at how great my outdoor ceiling fans looked when they were finished. I thought it would be clean but I didnt think it would look that stunning. Ill be using them again.
