After nearly 30 yrs as a patient I was denied a 5 minute call while out of state and in urgent need of advice - her staff runs us like cattle and it s all a money grab it s sad that I have to start over with a new doctor - Ali and her practitioner are great but the lack of caring and ability to understand we are people not just credit cards really sux

Very Considerate, passionate, and caring about your health. She is extremely thorough checking regularly your blood for all important aspects even your vitamins and minerals. Dr. Ali is a true Medical Doctor Gem! Id highly recommend her and her staff.

The health system, including medical insurance, is a fraud, the doctors are so involved with money, and with little passion for what they do and little willingness to help if money is not involved, very bad experience on the first visit to the doctor. . He charges 132 dollars with a very poor insurance like the Oscar plan, a visit by video call and not physically in which he only asked a few questions such as do you suffer from allergies, and a few more questions and that cost 132

Dr Ali is an exceptional doctor. She is knowledgeable and treats me with respect. She always goes out of her way to help. She is always approachable and answers all my questions. Her staff is kind and polite. I always trust her with getting the right diagnosis. I have recommended her to all my friends and family- who are now all her patients. If I ever have a problem she explains what causes it and helps me try to fix it. I wait to see her but it is because she spends a lot of time with me. Update: Today, I could not hear well out of one ears. Dumbfounded, I contacted the easily accessible and kind Dr. Ali. With no wait time, Dr. Ali and her staff were able to fix my ears effectively. Thanks!

My husband list me for any release of info. Each time someone from the clinic called they have to double check the HIPPA form which is cool and are able to find it. Now all of a sudden it has disappeared and they tell me its never been there. So either they have lost it or have been violating HIPPA all this time calling me with his info....which one is it. Then you leave me on hold for over 20 minutes to only get back on the phone and tell me they should not have given me info. What?? Really ? Incompetent staff!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ali for a couple of years now, and I really appreciate that they make concessions for patients without insurance. BUT I am concerned with the amount of labwork she has been doing. I went in August for well woman exam after turning 50, and received a new diagnosis, diabetes. I had labs at least 3 times in Aug-Sep, labs in Oct, Nov, and now they are refusing to refill my meds until I have more lab work. BP and DM, blood pressure meds and metformin. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I feel this is excessive, costly, and unnecessary. Also, when I tried to go in to have the work done, I called in advance and asked if the doctor had any time slots or cancellations, as I was out of the BP meds for a couple of weeks. I was told if I could get there in 10 mins I could see the doctor, and get back to work in timely manner. Well, I dropped everything and made my way there, only to be in the exam room waiting on Dr. Ali for over an hour (1 other person in waiting room). I asked someone if there was a problem, and was told shell be right in, I told her you had to get back to work. After waiting another 30 mins I had to just leave without seeing the doctor, without meds, with a BIG attitude. Not a happy patient at all!

The doctor is so sweet and just has such a peaceful mind. Her conversations are delicate and she pays attention to what you are saying and asking. I gave this place 4 stars because of the wait time . I had an appointment for 11:20, and wasn t seen by the doctor till 1PM. The staff is very sweet and concerning. Definitely recommend coming here!

Dr. Ali and the NP here are fantastic. They are great with myself and my husband and it seems like they are even better with my children. Very professional and courteous. They follow up with us in a timely manner and are always able to get us in to be seen with short notice. The wait can sometimes be a little long, but it is definitely worth the wait!

Very slow service. Appointment is 7am, first patient still not seen yet an hour pass. How much more if you are the 5th or 6th one, you have to wait for 3 hrs. Ridiculous. Time management needs to be observed. Everyone s time is precious

I have been coming here for 18 years. I used to see Dr. Herpin but since she left the practice, I now see Dr. Ali. I really like her a lot and would recommend her. My daughter also sees her. The only complaint I would have about the practice is the long waiting time before the appointment. I go in expecting to wait over 30 mins before my appointment but have waited over 2 hours in the past.

Called and obviously someone isnt so nice this morning with an attitude and keep stopping me saying Im sorry like she couldnt hear me... and said dr.ali is accepting new patients but is booked and due to my throat being so painful its hard to talk and I asked if she had known anywhere close since Im not from sugar land just moved here and she said no but I had talk to sugar lakes family practice they were much more helpful even when they are booked they had told me about the building next to them. So thanks for not being so helpful with all the ad reviews i dont how this dr. is booked!

My experience with Dr Ali as a doctor is very positive. She is soft spoken, carefully listens and educates you to understand your ailment. She even goes out of her way to help find appropriate doctors if necessary. I have been a regular visitor to the place and have come out with satisfaction.

Dr ali is absolutely the worst Dr Ive been to. She isnt thorough..Doesnt relay info to her staff. I only came because I knew I could get right in..I will never go back to her. And shes entirely too slow..makes no sense u have to wait an hour past ur appt time to see her for 2 minutes.

I tried to get in to see ANY of the doctors as I was sick and did not have a regular doctor (new to sugar land) - I was told NO availability for 5 weeks to see any doctor as I would be a new patient and they do NOT see new patients except a few times a day and all those slots were filled for 5 weeks!!This is outrageous service - if you are sick and have not been here before, they will not see you! Money grubbers who dont care anything about someone who is sick (they only want to make sure they do not have a malpractice claim or get sued for treating someone who they do not know). Horrible place and horrible doctors! Would give 0 rating if I could.

I would rate 0 if there is such choice. People there are not professional, doctors there do not know what they are dealing with and subscribe you drugs that only make things worse. All they care is your money as they play with billing codes. Worst health care I have received. Avoid this crappy place
