Having our wedding at Hickory Street Annex was so amazing!! Its truly a hidden gem in Dallas. Communicating and planning with Michelle was wonderful, and we got so many complements from our vendors and guests on the layout, look and vibe of Hickory Street Annex. It has such great getting ready areas, beautiful vine wall for photos, great space for dancing and the reception, and entry shelves that was so fun to decorate with special items. Love love love this place!!

My Wife and I were married at Hickory Street Annex in May of 2024. Believe it or not, this venue was actually recommended to us by a friend jokingly (mostly) shortly after we started dating in 2017. Funny enough, over the years, my Wife and I made many memories in Dallas and grew to love this city. We remembered this venue and toured it shortly after I proposed. As soon as we saw it in person, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding day. Obviously, it did not disappoint. Michelle and her team were wonderful to work with. The space, the lighting, the overall feel of this place was just perfection. My husband and I got married at Hickory Street Annex June 2023. Not only is this venue beautiful top to bottom, it is at a prime location in Dallas. Our guests were raving about the Edison lights, the natural greenery, and the industrial yet chic style of the venue. Michelle and her staff were very organized in documenting everything we wanted and made adjustments as needed. If you are searching for a stunning venue with the best staff, look no further!

It s hard to put into words just how much I adore this venue. My now husband and I were married at Hickory Street Annex last October and it was everything we could ve hoped for and more. Michelle and her team are incredible and will do everything in their power to ensure your big day runs smoothly. The venue itself is spacious, unique, and photographs beautifully. Location is perfect for out of town guests and makes for an easy getaway into Downtown at the end of the night! I m so happy we chose Hickory Street as our venue and it s still so fun to point it out each time we drive into town!

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at Hickory Street Annex! Michelle was a great communicator, very flexible, and super easy to work with! This venue is so beautiful and has lots of character with amazing Dallas views. Our guests gave us so many compliments on how cool and unique this venue is. There is also a great getting ready area that we were able to use the morning of our wedding. Our photos there turned out beautifully, especially with all the spring flowers and greenery. We cant recommend this wedding venue enough!

Hickory Street Annex was the most wonderful venue for my daughter s wedding and reception. The venue offers so many options on how you can make it your own. So many different backdrops provided a great variety for the photographer to capture great shots. Not only is the venue magnificent, working with Michelle was equally magnificent. She was so easy to work with and brought great ideas to us for making the wedding and reception the most beautiful wedding ever! Outstanding service and professionalism by the HAS staff and management.

Hickory Street Annex was the perfect venue for our wedding! Made the day seamless since bride and the bridesmaids could get hair and makeup done at the venue and groom and groomsmen could hangout and get dressed in the basement. The venue both inside and the outside space is beautiful for day of and gorgeous in pictures. The space flowed very easily from getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner and dancing. Michelle was great to work with during the planning process. Overall HSA exceeded our expectations.

Michelle and the Hickory Annex team were incredible throughout the wedding planning process. The venue itself was perfect for the wedding. It had the right variety of spaces that facilitated each portion of the evening. We had so many positive comments from the people at the wedding on how unique the venue was and how well it worked. Hickory Annex has awesome views of downtown and really nice outdoor lights lining the surrounding building. Michelle was very helpful on recommendations of what had worked in the past and has a terrific design sense. Everything went perfect from the initial viewing to the contract to the wedding planning to the terrific job of set up for the event. I would highly recommend Michelle and the Hickory Annex team for any event.

I couldn t have picked a more beautiful venue in Dallas. This place was exactly what we wanted and Michelle was an amazing host. Our guests were impressed with the venue as well. The elevator makes for an awesome entrance for the ceremony and I fell in love with the ivy wall since I first toured. The bridal suite is an amazing space to get ready in. It rained on my wedding day and it looked so pretty from inside the venue. I am just so glad I chose this place - we toured a LOT of venues and I knew Hickory Street was the one the second I arrived for the tour. It looks even more stunning in person. 10/10 would recommend

Perfect venue for my daughters wedding on May 13,2023. Plenty of room for all guests and the wedding party had ample space for getting ready. There are so many areas inside and outside for photos with your photographer. The lights of the city are beautiful at night through the windows surrounding the entire venue. The staff was wonderful and the venue was very well maintained and clean. It was a little pricy by my Oklahoma standards, but for Dallas prices, it was comparable to all of the other venues we toured (and we toured a lot) before making our choice. You are required to use one of their recommended vendors for food, but they are fabulous! I would definitely recommend this venue.

I had my wedding at Hickory Street Annex last October and it was everything I could have dreamed of. First off, Michelle is incredibly responsive. She was ALWAYS available for me to ask her loads of questions (since Ive never planned a wedding before!) and she answered back within a day, sometimes within a few hours! Her responsiveness was so helpful. Second, she is beyond organized and a well-oiled machine. She will guide you through all of the details and I never once worried about whether she had everything under control. Third, She also did our lighting and linens rentals, and it was all just so beautiful. I cant say enough about how amazing Michelle is and how stunning HSA is. That place just GLOWS as the night goes on. I had several wedding guests tell me how cool and gorgeous the venue was. Lastly, I thought her pricing was very fair. She walks you through all of the quotes and doesnt hide the ball from you when it comes to invoicing. She was very transparent, which I think speaks a lot about her. She just cares so deeply and made my day PERFECT!

Hickory Street Annex was my dream venue - it is intimate, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bridal suite is HUGE, which was a huge plus for my nine bridesmaids and all of our makeup and hair artists day-of. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and secure for our wedding day. The price point was perfect for us and we could not be happier with how our entire wedding day went.

HSA was a dream of a venue! We loved the feel of the place, the unique set up of the room and that it was different than what we had seen before. We loved all the windows, the beams and the lighting options. Michelle was very easy to work with and communicate with. Added bonus: she allows dogs! So our pups were able to make an appearance :) HSA will always have a special place in our heart!

Amazing venue! The picture opportunities are endless. It has wonderful natural light as well as unique lighting fixtures. There is more than enough room for a ceremony and reception. We absolutely loved having our reception here! The aesthetic is just what we were looking for and the team was very accommodating. The space is large enough to have people spread out and there are plenty of amenities, toilets, elevator, etc. They were also great in helping design/setup the layout to what we wanted. Never had one who about this area until I went to a cocktail event here. Very unique feel, lots of warm decorations, and a good event layout. Parking is a little limited, but there is valet. Safety wise, there were a lot of police officers here. Not sure if they normally are always there, but there were 3 officers at various sections of the perimeter. Felt reassured there with the number of officers at this location.

The venue allowed for optimal natural lighting during the evening, and once turned to night, the adorable lighting options turned the venue into a romantic ambiance. I found this venue perfect for me as Ive never been a fan of hotel ballroom or barns, and this completely reflected my tastes and personality. The venue is so beautiful bare, not much decoration is needed to dress it up. There was plenty of room for activities and I actually really enjoyed how easily the upstairs transformed from ceremony to reception. The bridal suite that dualed as the cocktail hour space is just ADORABLE. I was so happy to be in such a well-decorated and comfortable environment while getting ready for my special day and then later to chat with friends shortly after the ceremony. The Hickory team was very patient with me as a clueless bride-to-be and answered all my questions within the day or next. I had a custom backdrop for the ceremony that my father created and they provided me all the details I needed to ensure I could fit the backdrop into the venue. They allow tons of lighting and furniture rental options that really complement the venue s look. Overall, this venue is different from any Ive ever seen, but I think it captured my and my husbands taste perfectly. Thank you for letting us use your gorgeous space for our special day!
