The least palatable food of any Centurion (or even Escape) lounges Ive visited. If you want protein, hope you like chicken Only 4 seats at the bar. Greatest servers though!

Spacious atmosphere and good service. At least when I went, there was a lady at reception who was very friendly and helpful. I was able to take a shower calmly. The food, however, is terrible. I know its an American standard for the food to be bad, it doesnt even compare to VIP rooms in Europe or even in Brazil, but this time I had to throw out some things (and I hate wasting food) because they were so inedible. There were no coffee cups, while the crockery return carts were full, which shows a certain lack of preparation on the part of the team in dealing with the crowded room. They use disposable plates and forks instead of crockery.

Love the centurion lounges but have to say that this one is nowhere near as nice as any of the others frequently use. It s great to have a special black card area but it was left with lots of plates and empty glasses as it seems the rest of the lounge was busy. It took an hour for the cleaners to make space and clean. Two of the showers are out of use and the only working shower had no hot water so it was a cold shower or nothing at all. It seems that at DFW on a Sunday Texas has a mass exodus and the lounge was over capacity. Long queues for food which meant the options were very limited and the bar was really busy too. There is an ice cream station that was out of order and it was really difficult to get to speak to anyone at the front desk as there was a massive queue to get in so it meant waiting for ages to speak to someone - black card doesnt give you faster access to speak to someone so yo report the issues with the shower took a while to get to speak to someone. Love the lounges but this one was not one to write home about

The best part about this lounge is the staff! The front desk always greets me with a smile! They had a couple of setbacks this week with their dishwasher, and had to serve in paper plates, but honestly the food is absolutely amazing (especially if you re a vegetarian) so I don t understand how anyone could have any complaints. They still provided the same amazing service as always. This is definitely a go-to stop for me whenever I m in DFW! :)

The lounge was quite crowded. While I understand the decision to no longer allow free guests, perhaps the $50 fee per guest should be reconsidered. The space often feels overrun with loud groups, some of whom are constantly filming their experience, which can really disrupt the atmosphere. It would be nice if the lounge were reserved primarily for authorized users and card members, as it s getting a bit too packed with those accompanying friends.

Overall, this is an okay lounge. It s not bad at all, but it s not outstanding. If you have access to multiple lounges in DFW, such as Delta, United, or Polaris, choose those. There is something off about this lounge, like it is trying to be nice when it s actually lacking when you look at the fine details. The food selection is minimal, we heard an employee being rude to a woman who wanted to dry her hair in a shower room, and seating and small details were showing signs of wear. Scuffed surfaces, scratched floors, dingy carpet in front of toilets, seating that looked like it was from a 1970s-1980s garage sale, and so on. The service was totally fine, overall. Everyone we encountered was very nice, except for the one employee mentioned above. Overall, anything beats paying for food and drinks, and it s always nice to escape from the general airport. I would recommend this lounge, for sure, if there are limited options.

I really hate to leave a negative review the longue is awesome. Amex is awesome. But to the guy who was super rude in telling me I cant access on arrival this is for you. I was totally unaware that I could only access on departure. That makes total sense to me. The longues fill up fast because theyre awesome. Instead of telling me that I passed two signs that say its only for outbound and the saying that no one reads the signs made me feel attacked and that you were blaming me for even attempting to enter on arrival. A little more grace and understanding would have gone a long way. I love my amex card and have never thought about cancelling it before. I use it for all my business purchases. But I felt such a strong urge to cancel it right after that interaction. I fly a lot and now the wheels are turning in my head to see if I need to switch to a different card to get better point options or look at other longues that have different offers. Never crossed my mind until today. Im not really angry, just wanted to ouyt this out there in case Amex wanted the feedback. It seriously never crossed my mind to even consider cancelling, but now I feel almost obligated to at least look at other options. I almost feel like I have to switch now even if it doesnt make rational sense. Anyway, those are just ramblings but its also probably a great opportunity to reevaluate employee training at the front desk to continue to provide exceptional customer experiences. Peak experiences can be high or low. And unfortunately, my experience today was an absolute low in my interactions with Amex. Im sure theyll get better though. But it has me looking at alternatives... Edit: Actually, the more I think about it, Im definitely going to cancel my personal Amex platinum card. The fee is really high and the longue experience isnt that great. Thanks for helping me reevaluate that cost. Edit 2: I found out the renewal date and will be cancelling before then. Its not worth the yearly fee.

Whether youre in the mood for a hearty meal or lighter fare, theres something to satisfy every craving. The quality of the food was top-notch, showcasing fresh ingredients and skillful preparation. The bar service was equally impressive, with knowledgeable staff who were adept at mixing cocktails and recommending drinks based on personal preferences. The selection of beverages was extensive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative concoctions. The ambiance of the lounge was elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot to unwind before a flight. The seating options were plentiful, and the lounge was well-maintained and clean throughout my visit. Overall, the Centurion Lounge at DFW Airport is a standout choice for travelers seeking a premium lounge experience. I ve been an AMEX member since 1987. The Platinum fees rise yearly and now there is a guest charge. For that, one would expect more than an understaffed club, messy bathrooms, a poorly stocked food line with soup at room temperature. In contrast, I was in a Delta club in Atlanta last week. The complete opposite. Clean, well staffed with courteous employees from beginning to end. The food was fresh and hot. The Dallas Centurion is not close to worth the annual fee or guest fee. Better accommodations on the concourse.

You don t have to travel often to get your moneys worth. When our flight s delayed or we have a few hours on a layover. We always walk out more refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the trip.

May be the worst I have ever see at a larger airport. One centurion lounge for this huge airport?! The line to get in was wrapped around the corner! The wait must have been 30 mins to over an hour! We gave up and went back to gate c and found a regular restaurant. *TIP: get the Amex app to look up any lounge you want to go to and it will show if very busy or what the status is. 0 stars for this location!!!

If you are taking an early flight out of DFW and hoping to grab hot breakfast from the Centurion Lounge at DFW, dont!!! Youll be disappointed.. Even though the lounge opens up at 5:30AM, theres no real food to be seen until after 6:30AM. This should be included in opening hours notification... Disappointing!

Going back home, my family and I wanted to enjoy this Centurion Lounge. We were not allowed to enter because our flight was 3.5 hours away. They told us to wait outside. What is the purpose of having a premium costly card if employees cannot be flexible. The lounge was pretty empty. I am considering dropping my Platinum card and get a different premium card. Shame on you Amex for treating your good customers like that.

When we got to the lounge, a big queue was already starting to form. It was necessary to send the line down the stairs because we were the last ones in line that were allowed to stay. Natasha, the front-desk employee, was visibly upset and unable to do her job of attending to the lounges paying members. She attempted to have the other employees send us down the stairs. She was uninterested in hearing my explanation of why we were instructed to remain upstairs. At this point, ten individuals had already left the lounge so Natasha should have let us in regardless. At last, a friendlier woman offered to provide a hand. Natasha, who was irate that the other kind woman was letting us go, gave me a vicious look the entire time. This individual should realize that her role is to assist the members and that customer service is not her calling. Management, please respond to my extreme dissatisfaction.

Its a small Centurion lounge, but they have a decent bar and good food. Unfortunately its often overflowing during prime times with 30-40 minute waits.

Very nice staff, they keep things clean and keep up during the busy times. Its pretty big but there is a continuous stream of people coming in & out. One side is nice and cool, the other side (past the restrooms) is 15 degrees warmer. Eek. Good food, decent selection.
