Im overjoyed and not even sure where to start. Sat at the bar while waiting on a table. Jr the bartender is a master at mixology! Once seated Jade provided great service. The Vibes were A - Mazing! The DJ saved my life. The atmosphere went perfect with the eats. I had the Salmon and the skin was crisped to perfection. For dessert the Olive Oil was divine. Its the best cake I have EVER had. If you are thinking about patronizing this establishment, stop thinking and go already! This place has made my visit to Dallas Top Tier!

Me and my friend were catching up after not seeing each other for a while and chose this place thinking it s going to be great time. Once we paid off tab that was about $350 my friend had to run and I end up staying for another 30-40 min relaxing at my table waiting for my next appointment. 30 min in manager and bum security guard came and told me I have to leave and didn t provide a legit reason. I did try to explain that I m about to leave shortly but they didn t care at all. Food and drinks were great but experience speaks for itself. I will never be back because good businesses prioritize their customer experience instead of quick turnaround or whatever their reason was.

Lounge 31 has a lot of potential, but my recent experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. The drinks were undeniably good, and the atmosphere has a lot of energy, but the organization was lacking. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get in, and during that time, it felt like everyone was just trying to sneak past the line. The crowd was overwhelming, making it difficult to fully enjoy the space. If you re looking for a lively spot with great cocktails, Lounge 31 delivers. However, be prepared for long waits and a crowded environment. A little more organization would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

I don t want to even give this place one star. My friend came from out of town and we waited in line for almost a hour. The doorman let all the girls out of line to go in and that was so rude and disrespectful. After 45 minutes stayed in line a rude girl came out and yelled at everybody in very disrespectful way said do not let anybody in I don t care with or without reservation.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My party of 8 waited in line for over an hour while we watched over 50+ walk in and be seated in front of us. My friends from out of town were set on this bar so we stood in line patiently, as we watched people get seated in front of us. Ultimately, to at least sit down, we sat in the outside courtyard and ordered drinks, as we watched 30+ people walk in. This establishment lost out on INFLUENTIAL revenue and loyal customers. We have already started telling others about our horrendous experience. I would say they disappointed the wrong people, but who else have they treated unfairly?

Not impressed by the service at this lounge. As I walked in, I was treated like a ghost and, the doorman/woman asked me to step aside to allow someone who arrived after me to enter first. This is firstly rude and secondly a highly inappropriate way to greet a guest at your establishment. I don t want to think about the way they have probably treated countless other people. A respectable business in dallas should never treat their guests as second class period. The door lady and man need to take a step off their high horse and learn customer service over again. It was completely unacceptable for a business in highland park. I didn t realize we weren t teaching manners anymore. Totally disappointing to have this place represent Lombardi as he is such a courteous and kind individual.

Decent food, Nice place. Terrible management. Don t get me wrong, the servers are very nice. They are attentive and respectful. But, the management is awful. On our very first visit we were greeted as if we had been coming to Lounge for years. The vibe is energizing and the service is authentic and kind. We absolutely love their Gm Sarah, the assistant Gm Shannon and Michael who oversees the property! Craft cocktails at their best and Sushi that s fresh and delicious. Service is unparalleled to most places! Enjoy as we do! Can t wait to be treated like royalty this evening for New Years. A little birdie told me they have a few spots left. Sunday evening was not very good. The staff was nice enough. I first sat at the bar, there wasnt much to be said about the a.c. it was quite warm inside. Not a huge selection of gin, but I tried their gin cocktail. I preferred the Mexican candy cocktail, it came in a beautiful mug. The food was delicious or what bit of it I had the chance to try while with my table group. It was a bit difficult to get the waitresses attention, but again, it was a large group. I will come back on a Saturday to see if the vibe is better. Bartender was nice enough to recommend some places and is helpful to recommend food and drinks that taste good. Very tactful, I appreciate. Besides that, I suppose because its in highland Park it gave off the impression of it seems you dont belong here to me. Still, Ill come and give it another go.

Love coming here, such a great vibe. Faith was our server and she was so kind and attentive. We got chicken potstickers and sushi rolls for the appetizers. We got complimentary truffle fries which was unexpected and a table favorite! The shrimp tempura with imitation crab was absolutely amazing. For entree we got the Bistro burgers, branzino & roasted chicken. Everyone loved their dish.

This place is always 10/10! Great vegetable sushi, spicy tuna, potstickers and let me just say that the little baby sliders are an absolute revelation. I don t even eat meat but I swear my life was changed. We go here most fridays. The best vibe ever! Best food! Happy people! Love this place!!!

Super rude downstairs bouncer. Stopped here with a friend after honor bar and was told my ID was fake (not sure how since it s from the DMV and I m 28). Bouncer was super dismissive and wouldn t tell me what was going on except that I had a fake, which I don t. I talked with security upstairs to try to figure out why it was scanning as no birthdate and he told me that the machine is finicky maybe if that s the case get a better machine to scan ID s then.

Had brunch here and it was amazing, the atmosphere is great but make sure you dress to impress cause the people that eat here are outstanding. Our server was amazing and did a great job to accommodate us, we celebrated a party and were kind enough to cut the cake for us. DO NOT GO HERE WITH A SHELLFISH ALLERGY! I notified my waitress of my shellfish allergy to ensure no cross contamination with my salmon roll & ended up in the ER with a life threatening reaction. The waitress assured me I would be fine and that there would be no problem. I would have preferred a simple no, rather than what I went through. The cute drinks are not worth the ambulance ride, the ER visit, or the overnight stay in the hospital. This place is dangerous and needs to better train their staff.

Bistro 31. What can I say or write, that hasnt been raved on before. At face value, it is a posh, hip restaurant and lounge.. It is full of beautiful people who are amazingly dressed, and is always a happening scene. After one has been coming in awhile, it has a neighborly bar feel. I enjoy coming in several times a month. Highly recommend.

Took my wife for the atmosphere and the people watching. 11/10. If you like seeing double digit age variances between couples, youre going to LOVE it here. Went before the Byron Nelson and saw several professional golfers and their entourages. Drinks are not cheap but they are pretty good. Also, if you like lots of ice in your drinks, youll be happy here. Oh, and get the Shishido peppers, amazing.

Hugely disappointed. Haven t been there in a while. Found the food subpar and overpriced. Sushi rolls were small and flavorless. Cocktails were over iced. Waitress was NOT friendly no matter how hard we tried to engage, she didn t know how to make a drink, and dressed as though not working in Highland Park Village. Noise level incredibly loud and the Dj wasn t even playing. The crowd has changed at this establishment for obvious reasons.

If you are planning a private event here, dont speak to Marque who is their event manager!!! Do not trust her - she does not care about the details of your event. After multiple emails she did not do anything she was supposed to. She told her staff to not allow my decorators in until 7:45 when my event was to start at 8 pm. (They were supposed to be allowed in an hr before which is 7 pm). I had to drop everything while getting ready and go there so they would kick out the previous party and give us the room. My guests had to wait in the cold outside because the room was not ready on time. And definitely do not ask her to do balloons for your event. She did not get a coat rack as promised or give us the requested bartender. Please speak to the manager directly.

Very nice people working here, but compare to what you get, price is not reasonable. Literally 5 small piece of sushi roll (like tiny as quarter size) is like ~$20 and taste is just fine average. Super crowded and loud; Interior is not that even cute. what is so hype about this place? I much prefer bistro 31 downstairs tho. I love Lounge 31. Food is delicious, but its the atmosphere that sells it. Tucked inside Highland Park Village with great cocktails and vibrant, upbeat, lounge music, its a party that never stops but reaches a feverish energy on Sundays. IFYKYK. To top it off Priscilla is one of the best managers in the business, attentive and warm both to her staff and patrons, which keeps the good vibes flowing throughout.

Came here to get a couple of drinks with my girls and we had some appetizers. They were both delicious and the bartender was very attentive. Food and drinks came out fast and even though we werent able to get a seat because it was packed, my girls and I still had a good time hanging out by the bar. Sushi was decent, however, incredibly small portions for the price. Also, the waitress had her mask around her chin (not covering her mouth or nose), rendering it completely ineffective. With the exponential rates of covid, I expect more. I wish I had read the prior reviews, which have already called out this concern prior to bringing our business to this restaurant.

A waitress accidentally dropped a dish over the balcony when setting it on our table. The dish did not hit anyone. Over an hour later a manager (never got her name), came up to our table and told us someone was bleeding because we dropped a glass and needed to get out. She walked away before we even realized what was happening. She then made two waitresses clear the table with unfinished drinks we had paid for. I would like to note no one at the table had more than 2 drinks and the mistakes was admittedly the waitresses fault. I have never had a more rude experience at a restaurant. Honestly, the food wasnt anything to write home about either.

I was there on Sunday August 3rd. Most of the staff wore their masks around their chin & not on their faces. The DJ who performed didn t wear a mask at all. Currently the state of Texas has restaurants at 50% capacity. This was not the case at Lounge 31. Not only was the place packed, upon leaving their was a line of people waiting to get into the place. I think it s extremely irresponsible to but patrons at risk of catching COVID considering the cases in Dallas County are extremely high. I reported my experience to Dallas City Hall & to the number that is dedicated to track these type of violations in Dallas County

The food and service was Great, loved the Benedict, mimosas and live entertainment was wonderful. One of the waitresses had lots of strings of loose hair on her garnent made it uncomfortable watching her serve food. Upstairs seating was close but the overall service made it worth the challenge. Outstanding food, service, and ambiance!!! Super cozy chill place. We went there for a friends birthday and everything was perfect! If you like good food this is defiantly the place to go! We all got different things and we got to try them all... not one thing we didnt love! Great place all around!

Highlands park is one the most expensive areas in Dallas, lounge 31 is a part of Bistro 31 and the great thing about it is that they have HH offers during the week and all day on Sunday, sushi are excellent and with HH prices are super affordable, we had great time at this place and DJ did excellent job

Knew this place for 2 years. I never disappointed any drinks here. Very talented smooth & strong Cocktails as I tasted in Armani Milano, Sirroco Bangkok, Chill sky Bar Vietnam, The Pawn Hong Kong, Hollywood Hong Kong ... Sushi is fresh, good. But the best Oysters I found in town... they re sweet and skinny...I came back many times with my husband and definitely will date there again more and often

Visited 3 months ago and forgot to post the review. We stopped here on a whim, its a little tricky to find in that shopping center, and basically the only way to get there from outside of town is to go through toll roads so be prepared for that. I tried the bisque which tasted mostly like a red pepper soup. My husband got Oysters Rockefeller (I think, the ones with the spinach?) and wasnt particularly impressed. It was ok. An interesting experience, and our server was excellent. Probably wont return, but were probably not their market demographic.

Just met a friend for drinks and apps. Our waiter was friendly as was the hostess who seated us. I ordered the crabcake and lobster bisque, both very tasty. The white cosmos were good, too.
