I had the worst experience at this restaurant recently. I found a roach crawling in my pizza box and the manager took zero accountability. DoorDash refunded my money, thankfully. Im just so disgusted. Pizza boxes will probably freak me out for a long time to come.

This place is a hidden gem! I have been looking for a good pizza place in Dallas with thin crust and I finally found it. I m a big pizza fanatic and they have the best thin crust pizza in the DFW area. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won t be disappointed. I look forward to trying out the other menu items available.

The bruschetta is really good; the balsamic reduction had a nice, mild flavor, not too strong. We also had the create your own pizza, lasagna and caesar salad. Food came out quickly and hot. Service is good. I like that they don t interrupt multiple times while still managing to check on you.

Overall, 7.8/10 i would go back I ordered pickup online through their website because the link in the maps app isn t working. Just a regular pepperoni pizza, but it was surprisingly pretty good with a decent marinara sauce 7.8/10. It is paper thin though, so geared towards the thin crust lovers. Garlic dough bites were solid 7/10. I did not have a chance to gauge customer service since it was only pickup, but it seemed decent. Plenty of parking in the front and in the side.

Food was ready relatively fast. Friendly service. The calzone was good. But the chicken Parmesan???? Please, don t send out burned food. And chicken Parmesan does not normally come with ziti. It is supposed to come with spaghetti. Very disappointed. The charge for the side of soft garlic bread is outrageous. It s dry and really doesn t taste according to its cost. Never again.

2nd time coming here & always the same experience! ORDER IS NEVER READY!! Website is useless & does not relay orders properly, miscommunication even when you call in. Called the Keller Springs location was told I had eight orders in front of mine however if I place the order online it would be ready in 25 minutes for pickup. I get to the location 45 minutes later they havent even started my pizza. Im literally sitting in the parking lot as Im typing this review waiting for my order to be prepared a small pizza and 12 wings Im waiting until 8:45p.m. they had not even started it from 7:36pm. They have 1 customer in the entire restaurant. I wont be coming back to Dough Bros again.... good food but not worth the disappointment & wasted time.

Pretty good and the location is more convenient compared to other places. The extra crispy really hit the spot. Solid place to regularly visit if you live close. Parking: The parking is okay but the plaza itself is kind of confusing and I imagine its more difficult during peak times.

I ordered the gluten free pizza and it was delicious! The atmosphere was not my vibe, but the staff were friendly and we were able to see our food being cooked and taken directly to our table. The gluten free pizza didnt give me any sort of reaction as a person with Celiac but this is just my experience. We happened upon this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised! Fun cozy atmosphere, kind and courteous staff, prompt seating and delicious food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The pepperoni rolls were amazing and apparently a popular item on the menu. We will be back!

Winner! Straight across the board. The two owners are welcoming and have created a pizza haven. The salad was fresh and the dressing choices are tasty. Ordered the 16 inch Supreme Pizza and I must say it s probably the best ever. The crust is light and toasted perfectly. The sauce is just the start of a perfect blend of meat, cheese, vegetables and seasonings. The result is a sensational pizza . The atmosphere is so Italian especially the red booths. Service is outstanding and you can tell they care about your dining experience. I can t wait until my next visit where I will explore the diverse menu offerings. We went to the new Plano location. Ashley was awesome and we were a large group they seemed to easily accommodate. The special was $2, 8inch pizzas and they held every bit of flavor. So delicious and cooked to perfection. The pepperoni rolls were one of my favorites but the tempura fried zucchini SHUT UP! So fricken good that I dirty looked all the Keto people in my party trying to sneak some. The side salad and Caesar salad were great portions. Love both balsamic and Caesar dressing. Mac and cheese was homemade and the spaghetti and meatballs were delicious. Also, tiramisu and cheesecake, yum. LEAVE ME ALONE IM STARVING!

The atmosphere here is great. Not crowded. Not loud. The employees are friendly and it feels as though they enjoy being there and are genuinely glad to see you. I met someone here for dinner and conversation, so we stayed for a long time. We both had pizza. She was thrilled because her pepperoni was not greasy at all. I have celiac disease, and my gluten free healthy pizza was pretty good. (But probably not healthy! LOL!) If youre liking for a place that feels like a local neighborhood bar, try it! Vegetarian options: Good options for vegetarians. And they have a good gluten free crust.

This used to be common spot for my friends and I. Ever since they switched over to new management, my experience has been poor. First off, when I ordered a drink I was laughed at and told I look like her kids age. So off putting. Today a lady who I had never seen before refused me service based on the fact I had an out of state id. I am well over 21. I am from Oklahoma and had moved here recently. If you can t tell a fake id from a real one you need more training. Period. Refusing me service based on your lack of knowledge is poor customer service. This lady claimed to be the bar manager. Unfortunately, we are repeat customers and they will no longer be getting our service. Do better.

This was my first time here and all I can say is wow! Great taste, very filling, not heavy on the stomach, and you could really taste the nutritional value. It is literally perfect for diabetics as they do thin crust pizza. This restaurant has even served us (my boyfriend and I) one of the best cannolis we have ever eaten! Was a odd set up going in. They have main counter half bar and half closed off. They had a glass half wall blocking the seating from the counter. Instead of this being an area for customers to line up and place an order. Its blocked and for dishes and fountain area for employees to dispense soda drinks? I tried to order a to go and I had to qr code the menu from table. No visible menu which is fine but the setup of the location looks like there would be. I suppose you could go to the bar and order if your not dining in but no indication to do so. So I was walking to what I thought is an order line setup. I got stopped by the waiter who helped but seemed put out that I didnt understand their set up. They have 4 pizza options and no standard types, only specialty. I ordered an all meat pizza and it was good. I honestly think their setup is not organized or utilized well for an obvious flow to place your order.

Brooke gave us information about places to visit with your family and children. There was also a lady named Eve there who had just moved to Dallas from Florida who was very friendly and had good resources about the area as well. It was very nice and clean in there as well! The food was average. However, I do recommend the fried Zucchini...amazing! There was only one person taking orders, waiting on people and cleaning up the tables and bar. She was super busy so we waited patiently. Our fried Zucchini came out quickly. But, we were almost finished with it before she brought regular Ranch dressing to our table after being asked multiple times. Then, it was an hour before she came back to get our main order. When I said something to her about how long we had been waiting, she gave me a very dirty look and didnt wait long enough for me to tell her what I wanted. While my husband was in the middle of telling her his order, she turned to another table and started talking to them. I visited this place a few years ago and I forgot why I hadnt been back. Recently I decided to give it another try in an attempt to support local businesses during this time. The pizza is just okay - nothing special or memorable. When I walked in the pick up my order NO ONE (except for the hostess) was wearing a mask - this includes the cooks, bartender and multiple guests at the bar - and there was NO social distancing being maintained. They all looked at me like I was crazy for wearing a mask and gloves. For this reason I will not return or recommend this place.

I ll give them the second star because they were pleasant and friendly but the food was bad. I ordered the 16 pizza with ham and bacon. The crust was about 3 mm thin and you couldn t of put less toppings on!! The pizza was so thin it cracked when you folded it. I also ordered an order of garlic knots that were ok but they give you a tiny cup of sauce for the order. They were ok but at the size of a quarter, there was no need for only about 12 of them for the 6.00 they charged for them. The pizza and the dough balls cost $24.00. Not worth I m afraid to say!

Really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant ... my server was Austin , he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with , he recommended a pizza with brisket and it was delicious . We loved the environment and food and will be returning soon .

They run out of wings all the time and they doesn t serve a variety of beers. They don t have XX is a classic not even bottled. I used to spend my dollars over there but I m getting disappointed. I will erase this if someone at least take care of the problem.

The wild nettle pizza was delicious. They precook the bacon to prevent sogpie, which I really appreciate. The dough is good, not perfect, but the toppings really make their pizzas shine. Well worth the stop.

No one picks up the phone when I call to order. I m not even put on hold, they just let it ring until it times out. I m not driving all the way over there just to place an order I ll have to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish. Get better business practices or you ll keep losing customers because I m never going to try and order from this franchise again.

This is a bar and a Pizzeria. The reason its so great, apart from really excellent thin crust Pizza that has some very interesting twists is that the staff create a neighborhood pub atmosphere that makes the experience delightful. Its become a regular part of our culinary lives.

Wow. How disappointing. Super thin pizza that is no different in quality from frozen pizza. Literally nothing to it. No substance, no crust, nothing. Awful. I honestly never leave reviews unless a place is absolutely amazing. But this pizza was so horrendous I had no choice. I feel bad. I don t want to hurt any business, but what in the world are you guys thinking with this? Crust is extremely thin and flavorless, barely any toppings, it was absolutely one of the worst pizzas I ve ever had in my life. I would have preferred a Digiorno. By miles. Absolutely a joke they charge what they charge for that. Wow. Just unbelievable.

Excellent homemade pizzas, and they were even kind enough to give us an extra pizza for free because they accidentally left off a topping! Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for pizza with more of a hand made, fresh flavor.

The pizza has a delicious thin crust. I had the Bianca which didnt have tomato sauce and I loved it. The Dough Bites are the best! The service was friendly and attentive without being annoying. Love it!

The pizzas are great, especially the white-out but the person working at the bar is pretty rude if you re placing an order over the phone. They accused me of having them on speaker phone, when I didn t, and never thought it might be the noise from other customers or the TVs blaring right behind them. I m not sure if management has changed hands but your front of the house staff need a little more training when it comes to customer service.

I had a Florentine calzone, which was the first calzone I ever had, so it was great but I cant compare it to anything. My friends had the Bro pizza and were kinda nonplussed. Lunch time on a rainy weekday was empty, only us as customers for a while. Good service, good food, good enough.

I ordered pizza and wings, the pizza was very small, i didnt know it would be toddler size lol, but still good, nothing spectacular but good, the wings were giant , i actually prefer smaller wings so i ended up trashing them after a couple, all & all i do recommend them just dont expect anything life changing
