Wow!!! This has to be one of the best studios in Dallas!!! We recorded three music videos here and everything was perfect. From the set designs to location. Ample parking and facilities were great We needed projectors and lots of props and this place was a treasure trove for design. It truly is a place of creativity, inspiration and community. Best of all the host is an extremely generous and supportive team member who literally was there every step of the way to bring all facets of our shoots together with ease. Perfect place for music videos, events photography it has it ALL!!

Mel and his team were amazing! I was allowed to arrive earlier than agreed on Peerspace to give me more time to figure out the decor. Mel and his team stepped up and made sure the place looked beautiful for my event. I was well taken care of, everyone was kind, I had a successful debut and it was the most beautiful ambiance I could ask for! To everyone at Royal Lane Studios, all I can say is thanks for being real life angels to me. Will be booking this space again for sure!

This is a very honest review. The space is comfortable and is 100% equipped for the event you want. But, until the day of my event I knew that there would be other clients taking photos and videos in the area where I would be with my guests. They never told me that was a possibility. I had to set everything -again- 1hr before the people came. My team, people from the venue and some guests helped me to finish all the decorations so it would be ready before the rest of the guests arrived this was not necessary and not the customers fault, sorry. I do not recommend this place, my event was perfect, but having a bad time was not necessary if the venue had been clear from the beginning. This review is in here because they blocked me through Peerspace. I am not a bad client but they never ever apologize instead they told me we can t book only your event . Thank you, not thank you. I don t recommend them.

Studio is clean every time I go there.. Apparently the owner saw room for improvement so he improved the cleanliness and the atmosphere. The people who occupy the space here are very nice and respectful. I enjoy coming here for their events and conversations. I would recommend booking here. Thank you to the owner for being so kind....

My beautician had her wedding here. Great concept to have wedding on one side and reception on the other. Only problem was that somebody was using the booth part to make beats and you couldnt hear nothing the preacher said.

Easy to book and check in, really dirty studio. It s just a big space with l high ceilings, and white walls. Our photographer got good shots of us but I never care to shoot here again. The furniture is dirty. Husband and I didn t feel very comfortable here but it is affordable and we got we needed.

Had a smash bros tournament definitely coming back for the next one. Theres a system here for everyone from nes to Switch lol bring your own games as well! Food, art and even music studios (50 an hour btw) its a true vibe. A hidden gem indeed.

I paid a $200 deposit to have an event I had to cancel which I did so more then 3 months in advance, he was supposed to refund me my deposit then stopped responding to me and I disputed it with my bank then he disputed it back there was so much more to add to this yes he took from a single mom that didn t have much but I will make sure people know the type of business this man does and karma will handle him and god!!

Pictures were a little misleading and space was not cleaned at all. Looked more like a rowdy night the night before. If you are looking for just a space this is ideal but as far as a professional environment this is not it. This place needs a lot of TLC.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STUDIO. Had my event here and found the place dusty, cluttered, trash non-taken out, and a used condom. Please do not come here. Talked to the owner and basically told me I would ve gotten the same experience and studio if it was $600 than for what I paid $200. Please know your worth people. Know that this place was unprofessional, graffiti from the front of the place to A USED CONDOM FOR GUEST TO FIND. Worst studio experience ever. Do not book your events here. Owner did not want to give back the money and did not please my as a guest.

These reviews are a lie if i could give nothing i would that place is so unprofessional i scheduled a photo shoot for my bby i got there they were smoking weed the so called white room look like the black room the black room was filthy ad so so dirty i wouldnt let a dog take pictures in there ,theres no privacy ad ppl just show up i requested a refund bc the website is false advertisement just like these other reviews that place is a scam and i should have known better when i called and google voice answers i will also be posting this on yelp and reporting to the bbb be warned a scammer
