Caruth Park is lackluster. The trails are basic, lacking diversity. Limited amenities and outdated facilities detract from the experience. The lake, while scenic, needs attention. Not the ideal spot for outdoor activities.

Small trail with tennis court and some ponds with fountains. Good for kids they do have a park area to play. You can fish the ponds.

Beautiful park..just walked through with my dog..many families with pets there..very clean and enjoyable! Everyone was enjoying the park and ponds Playground: There was age appropriate playground equipment for younger children.. Dog-friendliness: Dogs were on leashes and there were trash cans all over the park for dog poo disposal Picnic area: Lots of picnic tables scattered around as well as benches for folks to sit in the shade of those beautiful trees!

Very nice atmosphere, we (me, my daughters, & granddaughters) were getting Canes.....n wanted to stop n had lunch in the park...we only had one Karen to look at us as if we didnt belong there. All the rest of the park goers spoke when they passed us n some allowed my gannie girls to rub their dogs...we enjoyed ourselves despite Karens reaction to us.

This is a friendly little park in a busy neighborhood. Fun little pan fish always frenzy for little redworms or slim jim, or corn on a tiny hook about 1.5 to 2ft under a bobber, heck just about anything could get your little one a feisty bluegill or perch all day long. Take care with unhooking and toss em back. Lovely park and people.

Beautiful and pristine park with stocked lake tucked away in Highland Park neighborhood. Had a very productive fishing adventure catching a wide mouth bass moments after casting the line. Very enjoyable and relaxing. You wont be disappointed.
