Definitely don t recommend this restaurant! Costumer service is 1/10 and restaurant is dirty. I received a ROACH in my food as well as a DIRTY cup! They didn t even offer to compt my meal , they offered a free drink or dessert.. when I told the waitress I d think about what I want they ended up bringing a drink in a DIRTY cup! Overall a DISGUSTING place.. first & last time visiting. Don t waste your time or money here! Just go across the street tbh

Terrible place I went to for the first time and clearly it would be the last time I go, nothing to do with the Grand Prairie octopus. To begin with, we arrived, a waitress served us and we asked for 2 Mexican cokes and I took them along with the menu about 15 minutes later they brought us chips, the waitress came back to tell us that in a little while she would take the order, which I asked her to I did it at once, we ordered a mixed broth and a fried trout, the broth was terribly salty and the trick was too simple, just as I dont know if they dont usually carry bread or tortillas there because I couldnt look at them anywhere, we They offered more coke and we asked for one more along with a lemon to at least eat the seafood with lemon and sauce, since more than 15 minutes passed and the waitress ran from table to table, I dont suppose she was taking orders but alas, she never arrived with the coke and lemon it really was terrible service I will not go again

You know the place is going to be good when the Michelada is great! One of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten. The outside of the restaurant doesn t seem too enticing but inside was cool and great music playing. I took my mom for her birthday and they made her day w the celebration and the cake!! Thank you

The safest place to go and enjoy an authentic meal, and be with family, no need to worry about some random gringos having too many margaritas and coronas, and forgetting their manners. The security person has your back, and the restaurants safety in mind. Quicker than you can say guacamole picante, the tall long hair in tactical gear will usher the poorly behaved gringos out the door. As the coronas kick in and bravado sets itself off, drunken people will be met with martial arts full contact from the well trained federalas taking no nonsense from the squad of sloshed miscreant. Clenched fists , arms, flying kicks will find their way to each person trying to test the skills of a single security guard. Don t try and take the wrong side of the ballyhoo, you think it will somehow make a difference?, no! You will be met with no less than 2 well aimed headshots for your participation by rooting for the team of gringos. I feel safe knowing my family and friends and the staff is safe from suburban housewives and hen pecked husbands trying to act like hallmark movie hoodlums. Stay in your lane, be well behaved, drink sensible, entitlement will not be your ticket to the south of the border racism or condescension or border wall problems.

I went there with my family for the first time and the truth is we didnt like it. To begin with, the prices were super high and the food was very simple, the waitress was confused with our orders and to finish I ordered a dessert and it came with tremendous hair tangled in a flan and the waitress He just said thats not mine, he went and changed it but I imagine he added it to the bill because he didnt even show the invoice for what he charged, he just gave us the ticket and like we had eaten a lot.

The food is no longer good, my peima had nachos with meat and they couldnt be eaten. A horrible taste and above all a robbery, they charged us twice for the food and drink and the waiter had very bad service and three bills for each of us. They gave about $40 tip to each one, but they deserved it and when it came time to pay, they were stupid and overcharged us. They didnt want to rectify the tickets due to a very bad experience

I ordered the camarones enchipotlados. It didn t come with just shrimp, it had something else that had a different texture and thin. It threw me off considering there was about 6 shrimps actually served. I really enjoyed the mango margarita, my friend ordered the strawberry one and that was a bit too sweet. Atmosphere is nice, live banda played which was very entertaining.

We have come here several times. In the past I have complained and the manager seemed like didnt care. Today I received my plate and the fish was way overcooked. I didnt complain because I know they wouldnt care. I was thinking just not to come anymore. They noticed I had a problem with my plate and offered to remake it. I really appreciate them doing that. They want me to leave $100 tip on a $300 order LOL They are lame. Pay more for your service! I called the city and they are investigating them. They cant force people to leave tip. Thats how the laws are and they cant say that you cant leave without leaving the tip, just pay with cash what you consumed and youre gone! Thieving people!!!

I was at Jaen Carloss and it was terrible, they charged what they wanted and very poorly organized the ticket was 100 and when they got there 130, which is that far away, the artist couldnt even be seen and outside of the fact he was hanging around behind the musicians. Lousy sound, not all that bad experience.

Ive been here a few times always a good service from the greeting at the door to the time we leave, but this past saturday night the waitress was a bit rude for no apparent reason. we were seated up stairs, my guess was that communication was a bit interrupted by the loud music that was playing live. I really dont know what her deal was. The food is normally good that night I couldnt say that. we did tip a different waiter that picked up our plates just so that the other lady saw we were not pleased with her attitude i dont know that she did. Lady working the bar upstairs had the bad attitude.

I would definitely never return to this place. To start, I ordered a horchata water that, apart from being simple, had pieces of lettuce and cilantro. I dont know if they grabbed the glass from the dirty dishes, but it was disgusting. I ordered meat tacos for my daughter and the meat was so fried that when she bit into the taco it seemed like she was biting into a very hard tostada. The simple fried fish had no salt, the cold beans were a total disappointment. Not to mention that it took them a long time to prepare the food. I dont recommend this place.

Waitress took too long to take our order. It wasn t even busy. We were a party of six & got charged auto gratuity. Oysters were plain it had no taste. One of us had ordered cheese enchiladas and the cheese wasn t even melted it was just a tortilla stuffed with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Kitchen didn t even bother to melt the cheese. I ordered a fajita Jalisco plate and the veggies were raw they weren t even grilled. The meat , shrimp and chicken were overcooked. We weren t satisfied at all and ended up paying $300 for food that wasn t even worth it.
