To say, I am disappointed with my experience, is an understatement. This was my first time even dealing with any Pizza Hut location in 10 years and this store quickly reminded me of why I stopped eating from Pizza Hut and switched over to Domino s. Their food was mid at best. The best thing was their pizza, but their slices were disproportionate and their new snack meal deal flats are so basic and definitely don t look like the pictures. And now don t even get me started about the boneless wings. I ordered the flat 6.99 deal with buffalo wings and my wings looked like they just had hot sauce poured on top with no real effort into the coating process. Oh and please don t get me started about the cinnamon sticks I ordered two things of icing for one. The regular icing. Not only did they not give me both icings the one they did give me barely had any icing inside the cup. The whole order was deplorable and quite honestly made me want a complete refund. Then I called them and told them they messed up and they resent me the completely messed up items. But then they messed that up as well. They sent me better wings, but the icing they sent was not the correct icing. They sent me cream cheese icing. Let s just say, they reminded me why I don t like them and will never order from them again. And I still want my refund. Update 9/21/24 Let s Add to there disrespect. A rep from their team told me to reach out and send me my order details so we can rectify this matter, but it s been over a week since I reached out and still no response. Yea I d say visit another location because this ain t it.

I have called them several times and the lady keeps hanging up on me. My husband placed a to go order and it went to the wrong location. He paid over the phone and the lady who answered the phone wasn t willing to listen to anything I had to say. She was extremely rude. How many times do I have to call to talk to someone? When I went in to pick it up the woman ask my name a told me it wasn t ready and disappeared into the back. A man came up a minute later and ask my name and I gave it to him and he turned around and pulled it out of the glass door cabinet where it had been sitting. Other than that the pizza was great. And no, they were not busy.

I didnt plan on ordering last min for the kiddos,I did order it online and completly forgot to add the toppings,this was a busy Friday night at pizza hut, I frantically called and spoke to a Daniel, who stated the pizza was already in the oven, they were very accommodating and did fixed my mistake and made it right, thank you VM Pizza Hut for saving the day!!!!

Paid for extra cheese. Didnt get it. In fact it looked like it was less than regular amounts. Paid for 2 paramesan cheeses too. They stuck them in the box so theyd heat up and cake together so it couldnt be poured out. We Paid them a tip too. Wont happen again.

I ordered a 3 topping stuffed crust pizza the pizza was like thin flop paper no cap and the stuffed crust was was like warped around the whole pizza the breadsticks was trash no lie everybody in this Pizza Hut need to be fired! Never had a complaint until they forgot my drinks, but sent item the next day when I called. Asking for light sauce on 2 pizzas and getting no sauce on both pizzas is upsetting. The friend with me wont eat her pizza because of the lack of sauce. How do you forget that when even the Receipt says Ez on Sc When ever this location gets the order correct its the best pizza in town, but when they mess up, its more the disappointing and depressing. But its the only place that delivers to my area. If that changes Id consider ordering else where.

FOOD POISONING: Got pizza last night. (1 pepperoni stuffed crust and 1 pepperoni jalapeño stuffed crust) They gave me food poisoning. 15 minutes after eating just one slice I started feel nauseous. Then it was time for me to leave and hopped in my car, not even 20 minutes into my 2 hour drive I tell my fiancé to pull over because I ll be throwing up soon. Sure enough as soon as I stepped foot outside the car I threw up on the side of the highway. We stopped at a rest stop shortly after and I threw up once again in the bathroom and so did my fiancé. Texted my MIL to check up on her and she reported that her and my fiancés step brothers also got sick. Woke up this morning and threw up for 30 minutes straight. 24 hours later and I have been throwing up non stop and cannot hold down food. My fiancé also felt nauseous from the pizza and like I said he threw up as well but I guess I have a weaker stomach he was able to go to work today, but I haven t been able to separate for more than 15 minutes from a bathroom. Save yourselves and go somewhere else.

Enjoy coming here. With the exception of a minor mess up on an order once or twice, this location s service is pretty decent. My only complaint is people parking in the curbside spaces only to get off and do inside pick up. It s rude and inconsiderate to people actually needing curbside. There are plenty of spaces to park if you re going to get off and come inside. Leave curbside spaces for those that actually need it.

With the increase in pricing and decrease in toppings it is ridiculous. Every time I order it s the same 2 pizzas. They always know what you order when you call. So I order a supreme with jalapeño and pineapples. Repeated three times. Picked up and drove 20 plus miles and open the box and I have one pizza with about 6 total pepperonis and the supreme was cheese with jalapeño and pineapple. No I didn t waste my time taking them back. Fuel is expensive and time is worth something. I m all about helping restaurants but I don t agree they should up the price and decrease toppings. 6 pepperonis on a large and no meat on the supreme I ordered and was charged for.

I ordered 2 chiken alfredo and the pasta dishes did not have lids they just put the plates with the pasta in the box when I got home I had to throw everything away since the food was everywhere. I would like to know if they no longer put lids on the saucers or what happened and I bought it before and the saucer with a lid was fine and it arrived at my house very well. This is the first time this has happened to me. Yesterday I ordered online for a personal pan pizza. I ordered it at 2:02. It was nearly 2:30 before it was brought to my car. Apparently only one young man was working at the time and he was overloaded with orders. He was quite stressed. He was still very nice and professional and apologized, but management should not have put him in that position where he had to do everything alone. That is not fair to him or us as customers. I witnessed a delivery driver leaving and upon first impression I know he would not have been willing to help.
