I love this venue so much I feel like it was made for 30-year-olds. The air conditioning is immaculate. There are seating options. In the concert I went to on a weekday was over by 10 Parking is super simple and plentiful as well, I go to about five shows a year and now I will go out of my way to see who is playing at Echo lounge.

Nice, clean club that is about the size of Trees in Deep Ellum, maybe a little bigger, so there really isnt a bad spot to view the stage. The staff was friendly and helpful and the entry process was streamlined and straightforward. I was impressed with the sound quality. I was 10 or 15 feet from the stage and off to one side but the sound was fantastic! The bass was pumping but higher tones and mid range were also clear. I would definitely return to Echo Lounge. I would suggest that you arrive before the doors open because parking is a bit limited. Or use Uber/Lyft. We were fortunate that they opened about 20 extra parking spots that had been off limits right when we arrived or else we would have been circling the area looking for non existent street parking. Very nice to have another option besides the tired clubs in Deep Ellum. The parking cost about $15 and mixed drinks were $12 and up. I didnt use the restroom so I cant comment on that part of the club. If you have the opportunity to see a band at Echo Lounge definitely take it. You wont be disappointed!

Excellent experience from this pocket sized venue! We took a Lyft because parking in Dallas....am I right? They use the lot to the Maverick facility right next door so there was plenty. The line through security moved quick and the staff were all super friendly. One bartender, Janine, also got my son and sister to a less crowded area when the crowd got overwhelming! The venue itself is about the same square footage as trees, but it was BUILT for this, so all spots are good veiws AND good acoustics. The smokers patio also isnt the pathetic tiny corner it usually is. Open enough for it not to smell like it allows smoking. I look forward to seeing more shows here!

Ive only attended The Echo Lounge once for a concert. We arrived early since we were not sure how parking would be. We were allowed to park in Handicapped parking since we had a tag that was right on the side of the building. It was quick and easy parking. We had Handicapped seating in the balcony. When doors to the venue opened, the staff showed us to the elevator that went to the balcony. We were excited to try a new venue that just opened in Dallas. The bottom floor is standing room only, and you could get pretty close to the stage. Bars were located on the left as you walked into the bottom area. The balcony was very nice with limited seating and then standing room only on the sides. It was fun to look down at the venue and watch what was going on. In the balcony, there is a bar as you exit an elevator and also a restroom in that area. We enjoyed the concert and the sound was incredible. It was an easy out of parking lot and quick access to the 35 in Dallas. It was a fun time for all involved.

I went to see Lords of Acid on Friday and it was a disaster. They double booked the venue and the show wasnt supposed to start until 1130 but it didnt start until almost midnight. During their most popular song the venue cut the mics off and no one could even hear it. The guy working next to the stage was pissed off talking about how they were supposed to be done earlier and the band and their fans that they brought up needed to get off the stage. They turned the house lights on during the song and ended the show before the band finished their set. I paid for a ticket to see the full show and got to see a little over half of it. This is not a great venue so unless the band is someone you REALLY want to see dont even bother. I wont be.

So LOA only played half there set, cut there mics off and turned on the lights close to the start of one of there songs. Will avoid this venue at all cost

Saw Lords of Acid on 5/3/24. What can i say other than this venue completely ruined the experience. First all, they double booked headlining shows, one at 7pm and one for 11pm. So my lords of acid VIP was cut short. Was told i had to go back outside and wait in line again. Finally got inside and got a $19 long island iced tea that was super weak and didn t even buzz me. The mic on the singer kept cutting out. Then they cut Lords set by 30 minutes. Cut the mics and put up the house lights at 130 am when Lords were contracted to play until 2am. My friend in the band couldn t escort anyone around. Super rude staff. I wont be coming back. Lords of Acid was awesome though.

I won t go back here. It s a nice space, decent sound. But the staff will cut the mics off and turn on house lights before a set is finished because they re ready to go home. I think that s disrespectful to the artists you are hosting and the fans who paid to see them.

This has become my least favorite venue in Dallas. On this particular occasion they double booked acts on the same night leaving one not coming on until 11:30 pm which resulted in the set being cut in half and they even cut the bands mics on the last song!! I was very disappointed in this since I have waited years to see this group all the way from Belgium not to mention a waste of money! Unless its an artist I really want to see and there is no other option, I will not return to this venue.

I asked if she could repeat what she said and then she just brushed me off. She came back, I ordered a plain drink, and when she gave me the receipt she said you better fill it out all the way because I ll will write in my own tip . No joke, no smiling, none of that. Thought it was real trashy, bartender or not. I get it s not the happiest place on earth but there s no way anyone should have that negativity serving one of the first drinks of the night just after a venue opens. Pretty nice place inside though.

I recently went to see a show at the Echo. I purchased the valet (worth it) the pre-show(a joke) and the show ticket. The pre-show was an absolute unorganized pointless joke. We were let in only 20 before everyone else. There was really no point in purchasing the Pre-show. Sri is in the lounge were overpriced and options for those not drinking d driving were water and sparkle wasted with was in a can and $6.50. The food is low end bar food at best. You get better food from a food truck at the fair. So the Pre-Show: There is no real benefit. The venue. Within the first five minutes the pot smell was overwhelming. If I could ve gotten a refund at the door I would ve. Last I check weed was still illegal in Texas. But because of a cowardly manager and owner, there was no enforcing the law. There were also kids at the concert I attended. Y all want our country to change and be better but you cowards can t even ensure the law is followed in your establishment and protect kids from being surrounded by illegal drugs. I hope the venue is looked into by the authorities and shut down. The performers were amazing. No reflection in them.

First time at this venue. We attended The Movement last night. Parking is plentiful however, they only accept cards to pay and be prepared to be approached by what looks like a homeless person but is really a parking attendant. We almost didnt stop and did ask for credentials because it was sort of sketchy. Be prepared for ID checks, bag checks and metal detectors. It was a very quick, seamless process moving people in. Liq drinks were about $18/each and beers were around $8. The bathrooms were clean and there was an attendant at the womens restroom constantly replenishing. Theres only 4 stalls, so, there can be a bit of a wait. There are plenty of bars to get drinks at and outside area for smokers. The venue is supposed to be vape/smoke free however, people still vape everywhere. I did see someone in a security shirt address someone in the crowd once about vaping. The sound and lights were amazing for the Concert. This was our first time here and Id def go back. You may want to pregame prior or youll have a $200+ bar tab for about 8 drinks

The speakers are around the entire venue and the sound is pretty crisp so I use earplugs to protect my ears! There s food and drinks at the bar and I haven t tried it but it looks good. There s an upstairs balcony area where you can sit and watch the show or stand near the railing to watch and it s comfy up there. The general pit is relatively small due to the size of the venue but it feels nice being able to get closer to the artist you like so I don t mine it!

Great music venue with helpful staff and a nice outdoor area. People are allowed to bring in empty bottled water bottles only if its the kinds that arent reusable. Simply recycle. They have water jugs to fill up the bottles. If you squish your plastic bottle like I did. They have cups. They have great sound quality without it being so loud that youll lose your hearing. The VIP lounge upstairs is amazing. This is the place to go for concerts, and if youre lucky. Youll get invited to VIP parties with the band with pre-approval. I never had to stand in a long line for a drink. This place has enough staff. There are plenty of and as a woman. You know. We cant just stand and go. I like that there are so womens and lines arent an hour long like so many other places. In fact. This is my first time at Echo Lounge, and when I asked about whats a favorite thing about the place was women telling me about the many . That was the first thing that came to my lady friends minds.

Horrible customer service from their valet parking staff to their security. May want to consider staff to be more welcoming

Hands down one of the best venues in the DFW area. It s small but not cramped, very intimate but you also have multiple areas to choose from if you re looking for more of a spot to hang out rather than being in the crowd. Speakers all around the venue including outside and in the bathrooms so even if you have to step away from the stage you still feel fully immersed in the experience. There is ample parking in the Mavericks lot next door and it s more affordable than most venues. I ve been here on multiple occasions and am always excited to see one of my favorite musicians perform here. This venue also has free water, which we all know most venues want to sell you a bottle for more than it s worth!

No re-entry on an all day, 9 hour festival show is unheard of and downright torture!

Giving one star due to parking fiasco. Self parking was full when I arrived. Only choice was $25 valet. Told to park around the corner they know damn well there isnt any other parking choices. Parked about ten minutes walk away... Hoping I would not get towed. Dont hold events if your venue isnt capable of holding that many attendees.

Venue and staff are solid, but if you go to a popular event, get there early because parking is a nightmare. Theres not enough parking for the venues size. The no re-entry policy also seems unnecessary.

Fantastic venue with an intimate stage set up. This was our second time attending a performance here, and its definitely in our top three! (We saw Medium Build and Cece Eliot this time, and Reliant K the first time) Prices are not bad at all for a concert venue, and there is almost no bad spot to stand when on the main floor. Well definitely be back!

Great sound to see a show. 2 bars downstairs and 1 upstairs. A nice patio to hang out on. I think this is a great place to see a show. As a person who has seen 1000s of shows at venues this is a great small venue.

Echo Lounge is a great space. Sound quality is great and its easy to see the stage from anywhere on the floor. Theres also an outdoor patio with trees and seating. There are speakers out there so you can hear when the next act starts up.

Nice, clean, great staff!! Thought parking was high and no alternative places. I went to a spot that was close to have a few drinks and free parking and ubered to the venue and back. Less than 10$ each way and no issues.
