Attorney Christopher Brown is one of the attorneys at this law office. He represented me in my case and I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, professional, dependable and reputable. I am not the type to write reviews - but this was the worst experience Ive ever had with a legal representative. Brooks Bass and his staff could care less about your case once you pay 100% of your fees up front. Radio silence feedback - I had to call the office every single week asking for updates up until I was forced to seek legal representation by another law office in the area. Thousands of dollars wasted. The office staff is rude when asking simple questions and made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. My case was fairly simple and the lack of response and overall carelessness caused my family a lot of grief and time lost in a simple resolution. Once I hired a different lawyer, my case was resolved in 2 WEEKS! I would highly suggest you take your business somewhere where they actually care.

It was fortunate we were able to engage Patton Ritter attorney at law. We had been engaged in a lawsuit for an extended amount of time. Patton Ritter was able to get a resolution to our ongoing lawsuit in a matter of a week. His timely action saved us thousands of dollars. If your ever in a jam Mr. Ritter is the man you want on your side. He handled my case with a better end result than I expected. I was looking at jail time and the DA would not budge and Mr. Ritter never gave up and got my case dismissed with no fees. That s amazing and I owe my freedom to him. Patton Ritter, This man is a amazing attorney I had a misdemeanor criminal case against me. Went to his office sat and talked with him and knew he was the man for the job!! My father in law has tried endlessly to try and get ahold of someone at this office since November of 2020. From the looks of their reviews this isn t the first incident. It s very unprofessional how his lawyer and her secretary haven t answered nor returned his calls. Definitely don t go through these people if you re looking for a good, trusting and efficient lawyer cause you won t get that here. Definitely do not care for their clients.

Since November 2020 my brother, Dominic Gutierrez, has not been able to reach the secretary or attorney after his attempts for SEVERAL WEEKS. His calls have been ignored even though he s current with his attorneys fees. This office has not shown any concerns or cooperation for my brother who has put his trust in them. For an attorneys office, this attorney and his office has shown NO PROFESSIONALISM .

My father has been dealing with them since November..both my dads attorney and the secretary at this law firm have been unable to return any calls or communicate anything but they were able to take my fathers money ...it has been a complete nightmare he has called every week with no response since nov completely in disbelief of the unprofessional way they have handled and treated my father.

I have attempted twice now to schedule a consult with Mr Bass. The first time, the office was closed, and no one bothered to call and cancel my appointment. Today, my appointment time came and went, with still no phone call. And when I called the office, they were unable to reach Mr Bass, and said he must be in front of the judge and running late. At $200 for an initial consult, I really expect more professionalism. I will be finding another attorney.

A state trooper gave me a ticket for a wreck that he didnt even see. Cited me for unsafe speed even though I was on cruise control on the posted speed limit and he didnt show up until 45 minutes later. Brooks got it dismissed for me! Such a relief!

Deleted my review. Must be how they have such high ratings. Not happy with Shannon Tigner. Paid $2500., spent several days in court only to have it reset. No communication. Now its been months, the money is used up and they wont return my calls. Even billed me for more. Waste of time and money. Delete this one Ill write another!

It was $150 to be told they would help me with my case and then they never called me back. They said I will call you tomorrow and if we can not help you we will not take your money. But they took my money and never called back. I tried to get through to them a week later and no one returned my calls. Scam likely here. Beware.
