Ill never understand why people like this venue. Its standing room only. If youre not in the front of the line, you might as well stay home cuz unless youre 6ft or taller, you arent going to see the band at all. (Balcony seats cost 3 times as much as GA).

The staff is awesome. Im diabetic and wear a G6. As I was leaving my phone alerted me and told me my blood sugar was dropping. The young lady working the Box Office heard it and said I have some candy if you need it. She said I know that sound. I was blown away by that. She deserves a raise. This was Saturday night for the Tripping Daisy reunion show.

This venue is great! The sound was clear and loud, and there were awesome effects. They had good security, an outdoor area for smoking or taking a breather (could use a bench or two but not complaining), and they actually have a decent amount of womens bathroom stalls! After some of the experiences Ive had trying venues in this general area Im so stoked about not having to wait for the same 1-2 womens toilets. They seem to take safety seriously based on how I saw them react and bring a person out of the crowd who started to go down. A little while later I saw that person come back looking better and enjoy more of the show. It seemed like their main goal was to just ensure their health and not kick them out, which was refreshing. This is the first venue Ive tried in the area that I would actually return to.

Went for a kpop concert StayC. The outside line was really long and there was no distinction between VIP and GA until last minute. Once a staff member was outside directing people it went alot smoother, and the staff even brought out ice water coolers so all the people waiting outside didnt get too hot. The inside venue was nice and cold (good a/c), and clean. Sound setup was nice. Overall very good concert experience.

Been coming to this venue for some years now. This is hands down the best venue in Dallas. Every time an artist I like is in town, Im relieved that its hosted at THE Bomb Factory. Great sound all around, can handle various setups. From hip-hop, rock, to dubstep. The staff is flawless, security, bartenders. All great and easy to deal with. Ive even seen them deescalate some rowdy folks a few times. Super professional. Always a pleasant experience from the staff. Plenty of room to move around, it does get crowded but theres always an option to go around to the bathrooms and whatnot. THE BATHROOMS, TOP NOTCH GAHTDAYUM. Feel like Im getting VIP treatment every time I go in there, seriously. These people know how to do it. This is a great venue all around.

Drove from Houston to see a band from India. The venue looks really new, really clean. Parking options were not bad at all, area looked pretty fun if you make it there earlier, make a night of it. Sound was clear and loud for the metal bands playing, entrance and exit were smooth, too. I would happily go back if it was the closest someone I wanted to see was playing.

I go to a lot of shows, and this venue didn t hit right for me. This was my first time at this venue, and I see they definitely oversell on GA tickets. The concert was pushed an hour because the line at the time of show start stretched across three blocks. It seems like the venue doesn t have the capacity to screen quickly enough to meet their capacity ambitions. On entry, we were so far back that we were under an overhang, which muddled the sound quality and narrowed vision of the ceiling. Combined with the wall of people, it was near impossible to glimpse what was happening on stage because everyone was packed so tightly together. How incredibly claustrophobic. It was very quick and easy to get drinks once you could push yourself to the edge. Could use some queuing improvements. The merch line wasn t organized and stretched into the crowd, so it was tough to find the end.

I m 5 2 so the only time I am able to see the band at this place is if it s not too crowded. Otherwise I have to stand all the way in the back. But then those stupid TV screens ruin it. I asked the staff guy if they could turn it off & that was so much better. But between the people passing, talking, the staff coming & going, and toilets flushing forget about being able to hear a band unless it s metal.

Quaint venue with balcony offering an excellent view of the stage and still feels like your close to it. Friendly staff from security to the bar. We had issues with our tickets my mom bought for my husband as a gift, and the lady at the box office went above and beyond to help us. WARNING - ONLY buy tickets from the venue sight, at the box office, or AXS. My mom bought from another sight, paid over $300 for tickets with seats, and come to find out they were general admission with no seats and untraceable by the venue. General admission for this particular show totaled $98 for two tickets, so save yourself money and time by only buying from vendors above

Seen a ton of shows here hit or miss. Last two alt j was awful way to packed feared for our lives multiple times do to deadly ripple effects. Not to mention the talking overpowered the concert. Saw Oliver tree last week honestly canton hall is way better. If you get swarmed under the balcony prepare for some really bad echoed sound. So I totally this month we spent 400$ and $200 on drinks back to back awful experiences. We have had some incredible experiences here before. Venue has no control free for all staff walks around instead of doing their job.

The venue itself was great. The acoustics were good. The bar set up nice and didnt interfere with the set up for the bands. The staff was great. My only issue was with an ill behaved patron who would stop trying to crush me against the side barricade and stomping on me each time someone alerted the bouncers as to his behavior. Unfortunately, they never caught him in the act so nothing was done. Perhaps the set up is too big for them to properly keep watch. Other than this, we had a good time.

This is a great venue since it opened. Ive lost count of how many shows Ive seen here since it opened in probably 2015-16. The addition of a parking garage on the formerly empty, adjacent piece of property behind the venue was a much needed, very nice touch. We sat in the balcony for the first time last night for Action Bronson and Earl Sweatshirt, The Alchemist, and Boldy James. There really arent any bad seats in the balcony. Every other show Ive ever seen there Ive just gotten general admission tickets and gotten as close to the stage as I could, which is also fine, but just depending on whos playing, it can get really crowded near the stage, and your feet get tired as Hell. Now I fear I may be spoiled on balcony seats. This is exactly what I expect from a big open venue like this. What you see is what you get. Big, open floor. Plan accordingly. The facilities are nice though. Drinks are pricey of course but bar service is really great. A handful of food options are available but mostly snacks and stuff. The restrooms are clean and friendly with plenty of toilets as well! Good venue, one of my all-time faves honestly. I have seen some historic shows in this venue over the years...

What can I say the bomb Factory was the bomb sucks they change their name to just the factory because covid or whatever reason they were forced to be politically correct. The venue holds a lot of people. They always have a wide variety of music that plays also a perk for your company they provide private concert events. The bars were fully stocked and the bartenders were a tentative to my drink needs, however they did not have Chambord which I was shocked because almost every bar has Chambord other than that I had a Midori Sour actually too and it was great I will go again please be advised though they want you to have the covid card deals to say that youve been vaccinated they will not let you in if youre not vaccinated
