Contacted law firm to see if they could provide assistance with mold in apartment, scheduled consultation and then I receive an email saying lawyers declined on taking me as a client. Called and Mr Novak answered and stated they are allowed to do that and didn t require an explanation as to why I was being declined. They are promoting things on their webpage yet declining for unexplained reasons, unprofessional and rude. From the reviews seems to only help landlords and not tenants.

It was a great pleasure working with attorney Craig Novak. I had to evict a tenant who had a very complex case but with the guidance of Mr. Novak, we were able to get the tenant out of the property. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely use and recommend Sprigg-Novak Law Firm as they make sure to take care of you.

As a property manager and a landlord, I cant recommend this firm enough. I have worked with Jeff Sprigg for years, and his knowledge of landlord-tenant law and the Texas property code have been instrumental in resolving multiple, diverse situations. To date, we have always prevailed in court with Jeff. In addition, I appreciate his honest and no-nonsense approach to problems--he will suggest what he thinks is the best route to take, even if that route doesnt require an attorney. Ive also have had some interactions with Craig Novak since the firm was formed, and have found him to be an impressive attorney as well. Great firm, great attorneys.

My initial consultation with Mr. Sprigg and Mr. Novak was informative and straightforward. I was presented with the options and risks, my questions were answered, and I did not feel rushed. Mr. Sprigg helped me throughout my case to a successful resolution. Despite being the little guy in my case with a small issue in comparison to much larger & lucrative cases they handle, I was never made to feel that way. Responses to my questions were timely, clear and direct, and I felt reassured that the right team was in my corner. Highly recommend.
