The intake process is terrible. Instead of wanting to talk to you they make you fill out an online form then somebody emails you saying that will not represent you. LOL. Of course not, you dont even know the whole story.

One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no not willing to take your case, especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say No as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well thats a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

Alex Pennetti defended me in a County Court lawsuit. He obtained summary judgment on the plaintiffs claims for breach of restrictive covenants, which precluded the plaintiff from recovering substantial attorneys fees. I have a lot of respect for Alex for his knowledge of law and also his candor. Alex is professional and is very good at what he does. Highly Recommended

These people are misleading and plays dirty! Be mindful of that when dealing with them. It s all about the mighty dollar with them and they ll play dirty games and bend the law if need be.

I encourage anyone reading these reviews to look Rogge up and watch him in action online and listen to him on YouTube. He is beyond intelligent and witty. I had the privilege to read an exchange between my ex employer s lawyer and him. And I remember laughing at how incredibly smart he is. I would hate to ever have to be on the side that has to go up against him. Thank God he was in my corner!!! The truth is important to him. Very important. He has high integrity and he is kind as well. However, anyone mistaking his kindness for weakness would be wise not to do so. He has a confident swag that isn t at all arrogant which makes it even better. He s just confident because his brain operates on a higher level than most... which is good news for you... bad news for them! Ha. His family is important to him...you can tell that by his voicemail greeting. And he s cool too. Just google him... you ll see how down to earth he is in some of his pictures! He s just an all around awesome dude! Oh, and... when all was said and done, he told me he was proud of me for standing up for what was right!!! That felt so Dad like! Which is what I needed. A good ole Dad pat on the back!!! The happy ending was just oh so validating and I feel like so much healing took place from being wronged by my ex-employer because Rogge fought for me. If you re looking for representation... look no further.

Bryan Collins and his team at Rogge Dunn walked with me through an almost 3 year process after being wrongfully terminated from my employer. They were highly recommended to me and I soon found out why. They listened with compassion and with a depth of understanding of the law that guided me and ultimately resulted in a settlement that I believe would not have happened if I had used any other firm. Bryan created a plan to send a demand to my former employer that quickly led to mediation. I ve never written a review for a law firm before, but feel compelled to do so with Rogge Dunn. We ve almost always used the large bulge bracket firms and wanted to see if a smaller, more boutique firm could offer the same level of expertise and service and a possibly lower cost. Rogge Dunn provided this in spades. We utilized one of the their top senior lawyers, Greg Clift, and he was as good if not flat out better than any attorney we have used at the larger firms. He was concise, efficient, tough, whip smart and most importantly human! I know that last comment may sound weird, but point is that he took the time to understand the dynamics of the situation, and apply his strategic and tactical advice knowing there were humans on the opposing side. This had the effect of solving the issue quickly and cost effectively, in a much faster time frame than we could have ever hoped. Rogge represented me when most wouldn t take the time to listen to my situation. I had filed various grievances to the EEOC without any results. I faced retaliation in a very hostile work environment. No one should work in these circumstances in order to make a living. It was a long process to get justice but in the end Rogge was a pit bull in the court room. Watching him work with passion and persistence to hold those responsible and hopefully change that environment mean t everything. I will forever be grateful for his belief in me. I was nervous about signing an NDA agreement presented by a former employer so I called the Rogge Dunn Group. After consulting with the Rogge Dunn Group, my nervousness was validated in that the agreement was too one-sided in favor of the employer. I had begun to despair of finding the world class employment attorney I needed who was not conflicted out because of a relationship with my global firm; similarly, the arbitration process I was required to use seemed highly biased toward my firm as well. Amazingly, Rogge is not only a world class employment attorney, hes arguably the best employment attorney in the country and one of the best things that ever happened to me was when he signed on to take my case. Although others in my firm had similar cases, I was the only one with Rogge as my attorney and my outcome was multiples better than the next best. At this point, I think simply making it known Rogge represents you gets you treated better in employment situations. i met Rogge as he represented an employee that had violated our non compete many years ago. I was impressed with his ability to defend his client (my ex employee). Since that time I engaged Rogge on several occasions to represent us with respect of drafting employment agreements, as well as protecting my firms on non competes. We have always had a positive outcome.

Mr. Dunn lacks any morals he provides clients with a bill before he even understands a case. I employed him for years with spending over half a million dollars close to three quarters of a million and at best got invited to SMU basketball games and his art gallery. But never recived any legal results to speak of. I would advise prospective clients to look at other Attorneys.

While he focuses a great deal on employment and labor issues, hes willing to take on most business related litigation and has great results in any of the matters he takes on. Rogge understands his clients goals, gives them all the attention they need, and helps them achieve their goals both in settlement and at the courthouse. Hes afraid of nothing, and opposing parties are generally not happy to find out hes on the other side.
