I ve been here 3 times. I ordered tacos & rice. The food tastes like it s been refrigerated overnight or something made out of a box. The waitress doesn t come by to check on your table because the gratuity is automatically added therefore they have no motivation to do well. Furthermore, the manager made a snarky remark to me because i yell out Ayee! in order to get his attention because the music was too loud & i was making sure he heard me. He had us move from the lounge area where we were seated on the couch( my friend paid for a table online) to the restaurant side in the very back by the kitchen. He said the first table we were at was for bottle service yet no one in that room had bottles.

Birthday celebration went Wrong. I regret celebrating my birthday here. The food was cold, my tacos were very chewy, like if the were microwaved. All the menu is way over priced. I had 1 drink & that was horrible as well. The Paloma drink tasted just like sparkling water and straight liquor. I never do reviews on restaurants, but on this one I have to, cause my guest friends were very disappointed too.

Saturday, September 27th we had reservations to celebrate our best friend 56th birthday. The party was there before the birthday girl and we walked up to the hostess and let her know we arrived. The hostess took a few minutes to find the name of the party. We were seated and the after 5 minutes everyone arrived. Unforturnately, the evening at La Neta went downhill fast! We did not get chips and sals unless we asked the hostess and when she was busy the waitress came to the table and we finally got chips and salsa. We ordererd our food and it was the longest 50 minute wait. The food came out a few at a time with a time lapse of another 35 minutes. The food that came out first was not hot, the birthday girl fish in her tacos was not cooked and my food as the few that received their food was not good it had no taste. We asked for the manager and he came to the table to offer us drinks to make it up and also he would bring out new food as they took our plates. Keep in mind the other half of our party still do not have their food. Most of us including me only ordered a non-alcholic drink so they brought the drinks out in cups for people who drink alcohol. They finally brought out the missing food as well as the food that they made over. It still was not good. We had a table across from us that never got there food and they were offered tortillas and salsa instead of chips. A wedding party waited on there for fro almost 1 1/2 as well as a table by us on the patio.Another manager name Eric came to our table after we waited forever to pay to leave. He was sarcastic and extremely rude to my best friend when she explained to him about our experience and walked off. The restaurant business is supose to be about good food, atmosphere and great customer service. La Neta was none of the above!! I will NEVER EVER go back and no one who reads this long reveiw should go either. Read all the reviews they are mostly negative on Google and Yelp. The corporate office for La Neta need to take note of these reviews and do something before you are closed permanently!

The ambiance is quite lovely, and the bar service is commendable. However, the dining experience did not meet expectations due to several factors. The food appears to be overpriced and was not satisfactory; for instance, the cilantro rice was overcooked and dry, while the shrimp tacos were acceptable but unremarkable. The beans were also unremarkable. For those wishing to enjoy a dining experience, it was disappointing. The music volume was excessive, making conversation difficult for our large group of nearly 20 guests, some of whom experienced a wait of approximately 2 hours for their meals, which is concerning. Additionally, our server exhibited unprofessional behavior. It is customary to receive chips and salsa upon being seated, but we had to request them, which should not be necessary. Water refills were a challenge, too. We could barely put our request in. At this time, I do not plan to return unless there are notable improvements in the quality of food, service, and overall atmosphere.

Do not come here based on tik/tok or any social media. It does not live up to the hype. However . If you live in the neighborhood and need some place cute to go to then yes. The decor is awesome and I do like the vibe. Came for taco Tuesday where they have awesome specials but expect to wait a long time for your food and drinks. Endless tacos for $20 = 3 tacos at a time with 45 minute wait in between. I got the $9 birria tacos and they were tiny. Our server was amazing though and she was on point. I thought the food was fine but you can find better Mexican food elsewhere for a better price.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! We had a horrible experience. I was there to celebrate my birthday and it ended up being the worst decision ever. 1. The food was okay in some dishes but we order the shrimp tacos and they were undercooked and served with the entire shell. 2. They served us with the plates dirty! They didn t even wash them!!!! Disgusting!! That s the only photos I was able to take. 3. The drinks were expensive and not worth it at all. I ordered the piña margarita and it was more water than any other ingredients my friends ordered the pepino alcoholic drink and same experience. In addition, they charge us for the 20oz when we have ordered the 16 oz. 4. The waitress took too long to even bring us water. We even had to walk to the manager for us to get charged because she didn t know how to charge us when we ask to get split. 5. One of my friends had to wait more than 1 hours to get her food while the rest of us had finished eating by the time she got her food. Overall bad experience. Would never recommend and would never visited again. A waste of money!!!!

I had reservations for 2PM and when I got seated at asked the waitress if we could sit in the lounge and then waitress said that they had different parties coming in so we couldn t sit in the lounge. They also had a drag show that we couldn t see because we were fair away and was seated by the bathroom. We ordered our food which was incorrect. We sat and ate our food and turns out nobody else came in to sit in the lounge area so we could have sat there the entire time. I also ordered rice that never came out with my food.

We had a reservation for 9:30 & were told it would be about 15 minutes for our table to be ready & to wait at the bar & we did just that & the bartender took forever to take our order & was taking a shot with other customers at the bar. Then we noticed that people walking in 30 minutes after us were seated before us. We ended up just leaving after 30 minutes when we were told 15 minutes.

I never leave reviews but this had to be noted. Had my birthday dinner here, 4 of my guests never got their food, we ordered the unlimited taco deal and only got one round of tacos and were told they ran out of carnitas, drinks took about 15/20 minutes, drinks were trash. Waitress was cool, thank you love, other than her I was completely disappointed. Would not recommend for celebrations as mine was a complete disaster and you only get one birthday a year and mine was ruined by this dissatisfaction.

I made the mistake of hosting my birthday dinner here. Honestly I was mortified that I inadvertently subjected my friends to this place. The service was atrocious, and the food was underwhelming at best. Everyones food came at wildly different times. A friend that drove 40 miles to be there didnt even get her food until most of us were done eating. It wasnt that busy so I dont understand why the service was so terrible.

Dined at dinner for a friend s birthday and I can t say I ll ever go back - this place added in a hidden 3% service fee in the breakdown of the check rather than than in line with the taxes - this fee also wasn t shown on the menu - the service was also crap and they had the audacity to charge a guaranteed 20% gratuity. So in total they charged us a 23% tip. The blue/purple sauce had 0 flavor and no truffle was found in anything like listed on the menu - food came in about 4 different waves for our group and we were ignored when one persons wasn t delivered for over 30 min after the rest of us. We had such problems getting water refilled that some ppl in our group had to go to the bathroom and get water out of the sink. I would not recommend to anyone and I won t be returning. It also was so dark that it was almost impossible to read the menu. I ended up using my phone to read it instead.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had the worst experience ever and it was my first time. The waitress completely ignored us the whole time. I was with a group of friends and we sat there for 1 hour and 40 minutes and still hadnt received our appetizer. That whole time I had only 1 cup of water and she hadnt even come back to check on us but was at other tables chatting. They brought out 1 plate of food early on but it was the wrong food so she didnt eat it, It took her 40 minutes to tell me they were out of Rosè. I asked for a manager and no one in site or anyone I could talk to. It was so late by the time we got out there. We drove 50 minutes to eat there and ended up leaving. Waste of time. Poor service

Where to start I went for dinner at 6:00pm on a Saturday night party of 4. I was super excited to try this spot out especially with all the hype on Tiktok but after going tonight sadly this establishment needs better management and food supply attention. We tried to order a few items from the menu and unfortunately the waiter mentioned they were out of steak only serving fajitas, my husband ordered the pozole verde they were out of that as well. My best friend ordered the mojo shrimp portion size of shrimp were small the bed of polenta was dry with no flavor of jalapeño and coming from a culinary graduate now chef this was a complete upset. My best friends husband ordered the flautas let s just say they were greasy wrapped in Filo dough. The queso fundido was not it either. Drinks were the only thing giving justice. Quite frankly for a Saturday dinner this should have been a way better experience. I do have to give a gold star to our waiter Dee for apologizing on the dishes and the food quality service encouraged us to come back, try it again. Unfortunately I will not be returning considering they did not have quite a few items on there dinner menu available. Chef Ramsey please come help.

This place looked amazing on social media so decided to give it a try. Went there for brunch on a Sunday around 12:40pm, the place was still kind of empty; understandable since they open at 12. The place itself has a very nice the decor & is on point, they had a Dj which really set the mood. We got chorizo breakfast tacos, eggs, bacon, french toast, you know the works. We asked for some hot sauce or salsa, but was surprised to find out they had NONE. No Chalula, no tabasco, no salsas, none, not sure if this was just something they told us to not go back to the kitchen as there was only one waiter for the 3/4 tables that were occupied when we were there. But I found it ridiculous that being a Modern Mexican restaurant you wouldnt have salsa(how do you do taco Tuesdays with no salsas?). The food overall was okay but definitely would not go back, I feel like Id rather spend 200 dollars somewhere else. Parking: Valet parking

EDIT: They re trying to bury the bad reviews with free shots for a good review that you have to show your waiter. Need to say that we were some of the first people to arrive, and it was not packed when we ordered, so it should have not taken an hour and a half to get avocado toast. I m also seeing people across from me who have sat and didn t get a menu for 10 minutes when they arrived, still don t have their food OR drinks, and it s been 45 minutes. So disappointing. They also include the tip into your price, so I assume it s why they don t really care about service. This place was probably one of the most disappointing experiences I ve had in a while. We re here for Labor Day weekend Drag Brunch, and that s the only redeeming quality this place has. The queens are great, but the service is mid (I know the waitress is trying), but why would you have food come out staggered? The avocado toast showed up last (on a hoagie bun), and it was 20 minutes after the first meal arrived, which was an HOUR after we ordered. The mimosas are pre-mixed so not the best, you have to keep asking for water, and when the food does come out you have to hope you re getting the right order because they set it down and leave. Drinks are terrible, so that didn t help either. Also asked for lettuce and they gave arugula? I wanted this place to be good, but it is not. Thank you to the queens for keeping morale up. They were FANTASTIC. The operations of this place need to be reevaluated because it has SO much potential, it s just not there yet. Hoping that others had a better experience, but this was mine. I hate doing bad reviews, but I cannot in good conscience let others be duped by this. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options during brunch lacks. I rarely leave poor reviews, I d rather just enjoy what I can and not return but this needed to be reviewed, especially because they were offering free shots for good reviews . I will say the vibe was pretty fun we came for the drag brunch and got seated in the back and we couldn t see anything until the queens came around to our side which was nice but you miss the fun of the show when you can t see or hear what s going on. Speaking of hearing the music was so loud I couldn t hear my friends or anyone else and the waitress couldn t hear us so when we were ordering it made it very difficult to hear what was going on and if they got the right order. I would also like to mention the fact that we got there well before 2 for our reservation and we didn t get our food till 3:17 which is insane because we ordered around 2 (2:01 to be exact because I took pics of the menu when we ordered). Also I know that it s just a typo but if there s a glaring mistake on your menu on a popular item it s a good time to fix it. $20 mimosa craft like girl cmon. The first food we got was at 2:54 and it was the chicken and waffles which was great but all the other food came out one at a time and the last item we got was the avocado toast at 3:17. I m sorry but what was going on that you brought that out 20 minutes later and it was on a hoagie bun like that s weird. I almost forgot to mention (probably because they were so bad) but don t waste your money on the drinks here. The mimosa was straight juice (see the picture) and the other cocktails that we ordered were so hard to drink we almost considered leaving them but for 17-19 dollars we literally couldn t. Also I m not a bartender but I know how to drink and they even messed up the shots we got like girl if you can t make a free tea shot just say that . Either way all these 5 star reviews are just people getting free shots at brunch so do your research before coming here!!

I was here for the drag brunch and the vibe was out of this world! The endless brunch is a great deal for $30. The variety of the food and drink menu is good everybody can find something they like. Three best part of my experience at La Neta were the drag performances. I recommend this place for brunch on Sundays!!

I have been to La Neta for brunch, and the food and service were great. I decided to come back to celebrate my birthday on 8/23. Pros- I sat immediately upon checking in for my reservation. Our 1st waiter, D, was excellent and full of energy. He wanted to ensure I had a great birthday experience and was very communicative. However, without notice, a young lady came over to start work our party. There must have been some confusion because D didnt know she was taking over either. I would have preferred D to remain our waiter. The queso blanco, chips/ regular salsa, quesadillas, birria tacos, burrito, and chicken enchiladas were just okay but lukewarm. The chicken flautas were good but couldve been a lot crispier. Drinks were the BEST thing!! D stated he would give me a birthday shot with a fire show, so I expected our new waitress would do the same, but didnt. She just sat the shot down and walked off. However, D came over and honored his word! He was really great! Cons- 1. Getting a live person or a return call is next to impossible. I would call at various times after opening and could never get anyone to answer, so I left 2 voice messages. Open Table sent a confirmation text, and I sent a message through the app, but it wasnt read until I had a verbal confirmation the day before the dinner. So, that needs a little tweaking. 2. The restaurant ran out of guacamole, but it was only 8:30 when we sat. The restaurant opened at 5:00 pm. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that ran out of guacamole. 3. The food was lukewarm at best, and my friends beans and then rice replacement were both ICE cold. 4. I guess they ran out of salsa, because the waitress, whose name I did get, gave us a different type of salsa and said all they had was a hot salsa, but it tasted like a smoke or roasted salsa which was different from what we had with our chips when we sat down. 5. Our waitress seemed stressed, but she did her best. She would forget some things and then would take a long time to return.
