I can t recommend this island very highly. Personally I find the island unreliable. Sometimes it s here, and other times, not so much. Call ahead before you visit to avoid disappointment.

Walking around my private beach naming every stone. Gerald and Claire and Pat and Frank and the little one call Joanne. Walking around my private beach deciding what to eat. Mussels and clams are everywhere but a little sharp on teeth. Walking around my private beach admiring the view. The water is clear, filled with fish, and three shades of blue. (Sung to the tune of rockin around the Christmas tree)

Sometimes Island is great! As long as its winter and there arent a lot of wakes rocking the boat. Beautiful views and a nice place to hang out!

Beautiful and peaceful. Drive up the narrow road to the parking area and walk down to the water. You will see the 2 entry points in between the brush.

Several years ago, I was lucky (in a way) to visit while it was sometimes peninsula. I was able to walk to it due to the drought at the time.
