Horrible attorney. Very rude. Doesn t take anything serious and is extremely flirtatious. He should be disbarred. He took my money and did nothing for me. My case was never taken to court nor was I charged. Refused to refund me.

Worst attorney ever!!!! Paid him well over what he was worth. If I was offered to have him represent me for free I d take my chances and have my neighbor represent me. Kent Poyner is unprofessional, disrespectful and degrading to women. He has made me feel uncomfortable with his Pervy comments and side bar remarks. He s not attentive as in having his clients to call to make sure he s going to appear at court because there s been plenty of times where he didn t show as required. If you enjoy giving money away and being disrespected then by all means!!!! I m surprised he hasn t had any sexual harassment charges against him honestly.
