After not having my name change included in my divorce (different attorney) I was lost and wasn t sure what to do. they were representing my ex-wife , the sad thing is they painted the air pink for her, at the end me and her did our own agreement.they dont even have a notary in the office , we had to go next door,miss led her and told her a lots of lies.

I dont know if its discrimination or its the way they handle cases. I went to process my divorce and paid $1,100 and they told me to wait 60 days and they will call me back to notify me the court date, well that day never came. after 120 days I didnt receive any calls, I had to call constantly and they told me to wait until they find out the date and they will call me back. so now it smell like you dont care about my case because you dont even call me to gave me any notification. I feel like, because I already paid, you dont care.. I called yesterday and today you told me today you dont have my email, when I fill out that information back in October. * I CANT BELIEVE IT* so today I was told that on February 17 I have my court for my divorce.... guest what everyone know February 17 is PRESIDENT DAY and is GOVERMENT HOLIDAY so that mean even schools are closed. What h@#$$ really? this is too much now but I am sure is one way to fix this..... I want to let the public know that I am here waiting to get divorce and what you suggest me. please what I need to do? someone can help me this is fear?

I heard such good things from your law firm and I understand that your firm had a tornado in your area. My area was hit with two different tornado but yet I still try to call you and email you asking you about my daughter case. My daughter case was time sensitive and needed an answer if youre going to take the case or not. I didnt need to hear it from my daughter old lawyer that youre not taking any new cases. You shouldve called.

I m at the courthouse now, sitting in the lobby basking in victory in my child custody case. We were awarded everything we asked for to the point of us requesting a decrease on the child support offered. Ms.Battle took what could have been a nightmare of a custody case and turned it into a very smooth and amicable process. If you are transferring from another county, they do their absolute best to expedite that process. They went above and beyond to help resolve this matter as timely as able, and they were very kind to put up with my tons of emails, calls, and settling my doubts and fears of how this could go. Worst decision ever in life ! First the lawyer Latrice Battle didn t even know what she was doing ATALL , she didn t even know what all needed to be on the affidavit nor that i needed to get it notarized that s when i should be knew then she wasn t the lawyer to get the job done so when we got the court of course the judge couldn t hear my case so then waited and waited so basically he wasn t going to hear it anymore so then i basically just wanted the rest of my money back and me and her receptionist or whoever handles that talked we came to agreement so i told her my mom would just pick it it so came the end of the day of course no money and she told my mama she would be representing me at my next court hearing after she told me it was no point in me going so basically she just wants to keep taking your money while she s not doing anything but sending emails so then i come to her office to get my money back they wanna handle you any kind of way and i had to wait a whole hour ! Unprofessional and a waste of time and money !

John Weninger and his law firm are frauds! 99% of their reviews are fakes written by A Google User or by someone who is clearly from a different country I didnt know this at first and believe the reviews. They lure you in with the offer of a low initial payment, but you NEVER can get an attorney on the phone unless you call them a trillion times, and even then their attorneys dont know a thing about your case. If you hire this lawfirm for you divorce or child custody case you are digging your own grave, I had to fire them and get a new lawyer after they did nothing for 5 months but take my monthly payments and get pushed around by my exs attorneys.

Ok first and foremost the service is Horrible I walked seeking a lawyer with little money crying needing help john accepted my case with compassion and sincere words he was also patient and understanding at that time I paid him and began to ask questions 2 weeks later and found out that he only available via MEETING no email or phone calls which for me meant I had to schedule and appointment and then take off work only for my appt to be rushed and when he finally did come and talk to me he had NO ANSWERS it was THATS A GOOD QUESTION ILL HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOU. so i said ok and waited for his call I got nothing i had to call him back and when I did i never got him his assistant(s) had no information they would just rush you off the phone interrupt while your explaining the reason for your call and tell you his next available meeting time. DO NOT USE JOHN its a waste of time and money
