Don t sit on the patio if you want to hear the concert right next to it. We stat down and the garage doors were closed, but then they opened them. We were told the blaring tv noise from one football game would be turned down when the concert started but they refused so we left. I don t think more than a few were listening. Have lots of TVs so why is one game CO vs Neb so big? It was 28-0 and they still made it difficult to hear the music outside. Don t care about the customers. Nachos sucked. Ribeye steak sandwich was good. Tempera ice cream was good. Megan took great care of us. Best ever service.

I visited for the first time hoping to enjoy the food, but I was quite disappointed with the service. Although our waitress was kind and apologetic, she accidentally spilled nachos on one of our guests. While she did apologize, the incident was quite inconvenient as we had to drive home to change before our next stop. Given the extent of the mistake, I think it would have been appropriate for her to offer a discount or remove the item from our bill. It felt like the waitress missed an opportunity to go above and beyond in addressing the situation.

Today 6/22/2024 my son & I had lunch. We were greeted nicely by bartender. The place was empty there was only a couple. We sat & waited. The waitresses scattered 1 with green hair & a black girl. After 5 mins passed the black girl came out but stopped first with white couple to ask if they needed anything than about 2mins later mosied her way to us. Spoke to us with a cultivated white mean girls voice. After that I did not want to even look at her. The very few times she came over I sd to my son you respond to her because my eyes may just burn her. The young man who brought us our food I should have slipped him a tip. I know the waitresses share what they choose from a tip with servers & cooks. I told my son leave a penny & maybe she will get the hint. He sd, no we leave nothing. Here is what annoys & angers me. My son doesnt understand because he looks white & I dont. I am 11 generations Spaniard, Egyptian, French, Chinese & Native American Indian. Am a lighter shade of brown. I expect white people to treat me poorly because they are ignorant. But I will not accept ever for a darker skin person to treat me like a second rate person. We dropped $50 for lunch on a simple meal. Their were a few others who walked in after us & waitress was handing them their menu before they sat down. hope the black girl waitresses is reading this review, YOU are a disgrace to your race & to people of color period!

I have been to Chop Shop a couple of times, and this was my second time having Hayley Wessel! She was so attentive with our table as well as the others in her section. Hayley was constantly walking around bussing tables in and out of her section. She suggested some of the top selling items, and I absolutely loved the pretzel bites and the ice cream! I will definitely be back to see her!

The food is bar food - nothing spectacular. And if you want to watch sporting events, its great for that. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Asked my for check and it took nearly 20 minutes to get it on a medium busy night. Also asked for the daily special and pointed to it on the menu to my waitress - Celeste. She told me the different types of tacos and then I ordered. When getting my check,the food was higher than the special. Her explanation was that those tacos werent included. Then why not tell me that when Im ordering and asking about the special. She clearly didnt care. Then there was an auto gratuity added. But its not just her - Ive had it added numerous times at this location. Theres always a reason - there was 6 or more people at your table or we do this on karaoke night or we do this for big games. Ive caught on to the game now. I think its time for me and my friends to take our business elsewhere. Were usually in here twice a week and Im sure our money wont be missed, but on principle, Ill let my wallet do the talking. There are other equally as good or better choices.

Tried this place 3 times and still disappointed. Waitress literally said the kitchen would be open at 11pm and then, when I tried to order food, told me the kitchen just closed. Now Im driving around trying to find fast food because their staff dont even know the kitchen hours. Watching playoff games somewhere else next time.

I went the Friday night and the food was good but the service was horrible! I thought it was just because it was busy. I went back Sunday afternoon and waited 20 minutes didnt even get anyone bring me a menu or a beer. I dont understand if you want good help pay them. If you dont pay people they wont work!! A full restruant will pay for the extra money u pay your staff. I know why I have not been there I 2 years. Close to the house just not a good experience. If a place has to force a tip ( aka a gradituity% ) because others supposedly have walked their tab. Then the place has issues with not handling business decisions properly. A forced gradituity is stealing. Not sure how thats even legal. Look if ya keep havin folks walk tabs but ya dont address it thats bad and sloppy business decisions on the bar, or if you feel the need to force a tip and call it gradituity cause people wont tip at all thats theft. A tip is a tip for a reason and if a place has to force a tip even if your payin cash...thats messed up and it means ya need to tighten up you skills on service. A tip is a tip cause you earn it. But if ya force the tip and still do a shady job on service then you will lose business.

Ill start with good. Lots of people go here so its a fun place. Also, its a great atmosphere. The upstairs is a really cool place to hang out with people and talk without loud music. Downstairs is definitely much louder. They also have a few games (including a pool table). Now for the bad. The mens bathroom door is broke and wont close but rather than fixing the issue, they simply put up a sign that says door doesnt lock, knock before entering. Seriously? Its been this way for 3 weeks too! You cant be bothered to at least fix the dang door? I have to push the cabinet in front of the door just to prevent it from opening. Thats inexcusable. Now to the food, the picture I posted is the Tennessee Hot Chicken. It says the chicken is fried chicken tossed in our house made tennessee hot sauce,. It was tough fried chicken with a VERY salty dry rub. No hot sauce whatsoever. It was a complete disappointment as it looked really good when they served it to me. Also, Ive had the Trashcan Nachos and those are just average. They dont put much queso Blanco on the chips at all. I did have the onion rings and they were pretty good. As for the alcohol, they dont have a great selection of local beers which is a disappointment but many of you might not care. But also, their spirits selection isnt all that great. I ordered the Old Fashioned using Bulleit whisky and wasnt made all that great. To sum up, great crowds, fun atmosphere, crappy food and drinks. Oh, and the service (unless you buy from the bar) is REALLY slow. I think its because they dont have enough servers. I had to wait a LONG time for my beverages (even finding my waitress to remind her I needed a drink). Right now, this is not a place I recommend.

It is a very good casual bar with good to very good burgers. I had the Boss hog, and it did not disappoint. Made with a Brioche Bun with the right porportion of meat to toppings. Went to grab a Thai Chicken Sweet potato hash bowl tonight for wife and I as we have not been here in sometime as last time it was on the decline of quality of food. Food came out with a small amount of sweet potato hash like 4 pieces of charred hash. Mind you it was torched and chewed like a burnt gummy bear with extra burnt flavor on the end. The girl told the kid in the back to add more as there was not enough but then chicken got cold and the next round of sweet potato hash was just as bad. This place started out like fire but seems it has fallen into the franchise death of letting 16-18 year olds try to run a company while they collect a check. Best of luck we will never go back or recommend. Food was horrible and thrown in trash once we got home to eat, otherwise we would have chocked due to the overcooked chicken and sweet potato. Really great sports bar. My go to place to watch my out-of-network Baltimore Ravens games. Great staff and great food. As a passionate non-vegan, I am surprised to say my favorite thing is the buffalo cauliflower. However, they have a bunch of good bar classics. The staff is wonderful as well. Can t speak for all of them, but my server Aspen has always been helpful and engaging. Never felt like I wasn t being paid attention to. I lowkey didn t want to write this review because more people may come here, but I want to do my part to help the McKinney area football fans.

Had an excellent lunch at Chop Shop today! We ordered the Cobb and Mustang Sally salads and both were fantastic. The portions were large and a great deal for the price. Our server, Bailey, was attentive and friendly. The patio was perfect for this mild day and would be nice to be on for one of the Hub 121 concerts since it backs to the side of the stage. Our party of 6 visited for lunch today. 1 adult had 2 kids, one adult had 1 kid, and then a lone adult. We waited a very long time to even be greeted, they weren t busy. We got waters and finally flagged her down to order a couple drinks. At that point we ordered the 3 kid s food. The kids meals came quickly but we had no silverware, no napkins, and no waitress for quite some time. She didn t seem to be in the weeds but definitely had no sense of urgency. Finally we decided we weren t even going to order food for the adults so we asked for the check. When the 2 separate checks came, 20% gratuity was added. We ended up leaving without eating because the service was terrible and now we know why she was getting 20% no matter what. We asked to speak to a manager, waited 15 minutes and finally left because he was too busy cooking in the kitchen . Not only will we not be back, we will let everyone know of our experience. There are way too many amazing places to eat if you re going to spend $41 on chicken tenders and one watered down drink with a side of terrible service. This place will be out of business without the year if they don t make drastic changes.

Chupacabra steak was delish. Pretzels were hot and crazy good. Lots of screens to watch the fight! Our waitress was great we had a big table of 12 and never waited for a thing! Food was very fast.

Really nice spot, motor sport themed bar/restaurant. Great music (classic rock, country, maybe some other stuff) and environment. Lots of seating, indoor, patio, and roof. Highly recommend the cadillac cheese steak - great taste, great portion size, and they cut the peppers and onions up enough that things arent falling out. Vegetarian options: Beyond Burger, salads

First time visiting. I am a socialite and love finding new spots. This place is a vibe. My first time checking out this place. I had the lovely pleasure meeting the Manager Princeton. He was personable! I loved how he walks around and interacts with the customers to ensure everyone is having an Amazing time. Great time and there was a band at the mini ampathatre. Also, some random man brought his horse wearing a cowboy hat. They make a good spicy red beer at the upstairs bar! I didnt eat the food, but my cousin did and she said it was good.

Wanted so badly to like this place. So little was good with the food I ll skip straight to the bad: el Camino not toasted, wilted lettuce, almost rotten tomatoes, old turkey and onion rings closer to a funnel cake than an onion ring; Tennessee hot chicken had no sauce, more bad onion rings; burgers way overcooked (don t ask for a cook temp if your cook can t cook that way), more wilted lettuce, old ketchup, burnt bacon. Oh yea .then there was the super long, but appeared well conditioned, hair in a burger ..mmmmmmmm. Based on the other reviews I was hoping for better, I guess the good cooks work weekends.
