If you dont mind paying for a deferred adjudication outcome (which you can do yourself without paying a lawyer), then work with them. If you expect a little more help and hope your case to be dismissed, then maybe think twice before hiring this firm. Rude and unprofessional! I filled out their request for a quote and they sent a text message saying that they sent the quote by email however in the email there is no quote. I called back to see if maybe I was overlooking it and the gentleman who I spoke with was so irritated because I was inquiring about the link in order to get services rendered. Call me crazy but when it comes to conducting business and getting clients, you would think you as the service provider, would want to help them in a cheerful manner. It was like dude was upset that he had to get on the phone and explain to me where to click (which was the same link that had the form that I originally filled out to get the quote). I don t understand. What s the problem or how to make it any easier for you ! Ummm well the easiest approach would ve been to say something like ..no worries I can help you and direct me to exactly where I need to click in the email or you could ve said is there a different email you would like me to send it to? But Instead I got an irritable and disgruntle man ( Wish I knew his name). When I told him, never mind, I don t even wanna work with anybody with an attitude like yours . He said OK and hung up in my face. Even lawyers, lack business acumen nowadays. I would look elsewhere if I where you!

EDIT 2: Their lack of professionalism is quite clearly shown in their response. They literally just accepted the first offer thrown at them before even contacting me about it. To answer their question, I retained them in the hopes they would actually be able to negotiate a better outcome than what I could do myself, which is exactly what did NOT happen. If they had put half the effort into actually negotiating a solution with the court that they have into arguing with me on my review, my outcome would likely have been significantly better EDIT: No one Negotiated a resolution all you did was fill out the single page form for deferred adjudication request, something I also could have done... I wouldnt have had to take a defensive driver course since Im past the age limit for that anyways... and yes the 90 days thing is how deferred adjudication works, which is again a single piece of paper that I could have filed myself. You charged me $100 to file a single page of paper. ORIGINAL:Paid $100 for this traffic attorney to get me deferred with $200 court costs....so exactly what I could have done myself, except I paid an $100 for the privilege. Waste of money.

I can only speak on my experience. I received a ticket for 100+ in a 70, which would not qualify me for a deferred dispostion. They had my ticket delayed for over a year, and got me a deferred disposition. Now if your ticket isnt as bad as mine, maybe give deferred a try yourself. If not, Id recommend these guys.

You sure are right, we with the small money cases sure do get put to the side and ignored. I owed thousands and a mere little change was taken away from my case. Was later forced to pay off the whole thing. Bad customer service, no communication skills whatsoever. So unless your case is a big one that is guaranteed to make them money, dont bother with them. Havent heard from them neither in months. Not fair I gave so much for some mediocre, shabby work. Sure learnt my lesson but I guess its the American way, even the so called justice representatives will also screw you over in the blink of an eye..

This is definitely the best law firm in Dallas! The best thing is their affordable and they get the job done. I must say they have made the rest of the year great for me. I m so excited I moved back to Dallas last year, but I ve been struggling with 5 traffic tickets that were in warrant status. Payed them 300$ for them 2 represent me in a speeding ticket. All thay did was take my money an do nothing to help me! I got defferd disposition with 120 day not to get another ticket. Thay didnt even try 2 fight the case when there was multiple things incorrect on the ticket that should of been thrown out of court since its incorrect info on there. Still have not received my new refund check that came in the mail ripped in half AFTER I PAID FULL PRICE FOR ALL OF MY TICKETS. The receptionist lady keeps giving excuses as to why I am unable to speak with the lady that handles the checks. But I see now I have to go up to the office to get things done. I will try not to be too lengthy but I have so many great things to say about Attorney Jonathan Winocour and his secretary Catherine and how they assisted me with my personal injury claim. I was hit by a 18 wheeler while riding my motorcycle. Multiple injuries. The main injury was my leg. Jonathan was a highly recommended referral from a coworker. Trust was established right off the top the way he met with my wife and I at the hospital and insured us he would take care of us and just focus on getting well. He fought for us against hospitals and doctors to make sure I got the treatment needed, while he continued to work on the case. He has gone a far as to referring me to a doctor that immediately got me to a specialist who got me the hinged knee replacement I needed. I live in California and was travelling to Dallas. I was cited by a police officer for speeding 40 over the limit in Dallas. This was my very first time hiring an attorney, I saw the reviews of Winocour and contacted them. Within a few minutes, I got an email reply with a form to fill and the actual procedure to hire them. After I filled the form which was given to me, I was immediately contacted via phone and was explained how everything works. This place will literally tell you anything to get your money and in return will do nothing but cost you more money.. Guarantee is the key word! They will never guarantee but will lead you to believe you are better off using them to save u money. My ticket was $207 (stop sign) one of 4 in last 15 years. I paid them $100 to get me a $180 fine....add that up...I paid $280 for a $207 ticket..Police extort money from the citizens and the lawyers do the same. BAR accredited ( British Accredited Registry). The CQV Act 1666 makes all Americans slaves look of UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and Maritime Law and get out of this game, learn your rights and enforce them.. you get ONE life so do something about it! Or continue being submissive..These people should be in jail..Wish I could leave a negative star review cause they sure as hell dont deserve 1 star!..

They handled my speeding ticket kept me updated via email and every time I spoke with them I received perfect customer service and they got the best possible deal paying half on speeding ticket and not on my record soooo I got a great deal because I went to the court house to pay the ticket after they told me if I pay the ticket and not get a ticket in their town for 90 days it wouldnt be on my record but when I went to the court to pay after standing in line for 30 min. they said the ticket price plus another $40 for something idk and it would be on my record so I told them nevermind I was going to hire an attorney and I did and instead of paying $300 on the ticket and having to take time off work to go to court im paying half on the ticket and it wont be on my record. Thats a great deal for me

I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. Against all odds fighting insurance companies and adjusters, Jonathan Winocour prevailed and got the full settlement amount without even having to go to court. I was very impressed and grateful for his genius. He is a very personable and honest. He gives it to you straight, and he has your best interest at the forefront always! About ten years later I was involved in a second auto accident which cause more spinal injuries. Having my preexisting conditions, Jonathan had to prove this new accident had exacerbated my injuries. I was beyond pleased with my experience with Winocour Law. After forgetting I had two old tickets that were in Warrant status, I reached out to Winocour hoping they could at least get the near $1,000 in tickets reduced. I was very pleased with Winocour Laws performance on getting my case dismissed. This was two old tickets from several years ago that I had completely missed somehow and were now coming back to haunt me. I was able to simply give my information to the firm, make sure they had all the paperwork they needed, and not worry about another thing. They handled getting a hold on any legal action currently against me for the issue, the court hearing without me having to be there and the next thing I know I got an email that my tickets were dismissed. Although I know things dont always go this smoothly, they were efficient and I was always kept in the loop for anything I needed to know. Also, the only fees were my initial fees that they advertise, no hidden additional fees after the fact. They were up front that there could be additional fees depending on the outcome of my case, but I was pleased to find that in my case at least this was not necessary. I would highly recommend their firm for ticket dismissals at the very least and would definitely consult with them first on any other legal issues I had that their firm handles.

I was extremely pleased with the results of my case.. I am a CDL holder since 2013 but unfortunately I had several citations from 2010 on a state issued I.D. card that surfaced when I went to renew my medical card.. I was extremely concerned because one of the citations was for driving while license invalid which can result in a year suspension of my current CDL license.. I d generously deleted a review on this attorney, something brought me back to leave a final review on the disrespect I d experienced with meeting this man. I will be using this platform to post this review because it is the most popular one. Mr. Winnocur had me wait an hour even when I arrived 15 min early to our scheduled job screening. Waisted my TIME! absolutely had no respect through the interview, asked me simple questions such as what is a LOP or who authorizes a release of medical history? but continued to undermine me thorough exchange of conversation by saying yes but thats not right or when I asked what about it wasn t right he responded with you re the one being interviewed after having to listen to this guy tell me how he hopes I gain interview experience from this he ends the interview by saying he had no intentions of hiring anyone but was happy to bring me in. Of course with our exchange of emails and changing of hearts, I believed all was well until he finally said that he wanted to meet the young lady who left a bad review on his receptionist.

I was so grateful for the result tjat I was given on my speeding ticket that I received in August ( my bday weekend) 68 in a 40 (Garland) of all places.... Yes it was a $284.00 ticket...
