I have received one of the best services in the DFW with this law practice; from attorneys to support staff. Amos Waranch has absolutely been my saving grace in a years long battle for justice. There is no way that I could have, or would have successfully navigated the legal system without his guidance. He was an excellent communicator and I always knew exactly what was going on, where I stood, and what my options were. He always gave me clear explanations in language that I could understand and always listened to what I wanted from the case. On May 26, 2020, the upstairs apartment flooded due to a maintenance error. We living down stairs suffered a flood of over 2 hours of water running into our apartment. This caused the sheetrock on the ceiling to fall on my Elderly mother s head. She suffered injuries, although not life threatening, she was injured. The apartment complex refused to help my mother. They said it was not their fault. We called several Law firms to be denied help. Then we were in contact with Mr. Waranch. We met and showed pictures and told him what had happened. With out hesitation, he said yes I ll take this case. We now have a reasonable settlement for my mother s pain and suffering. Mr. Warangal treated us like family. Amos Waranch quickly resolved a landlord tenant issue for me. He is an expert in this area of law. I am so glad I found him and saw the reviews online. He is honest, professional, kind and his fees are VERY reasonable. In the past, I have had to deal with other attorneys pertaining to other legal matters. Based on my past experiences and while observing how he handled my case it is obvious that he is in the top of his field. Well, I had a slip & fall right in front of AutoZone. I developed issues with my back and my right hand started to swell. Making difficult to write (Which is my dominate hand.). When I decided to explore the potential of an injury lawsuit. The other guys told me since I wasnt carted away in an ambulance. It wasnt worth their time. After a few of those calls. I was getting upset. The others didnt care about me as a person. Only the zeros that the case could bring. Then the phone rang. The voice on the phone was a warm & sincere. He introduced himself Hunter Nunn. First, he asked me what happened. Hunter was an attentive listener and felt my pain about the incident. Secondly, the most important thing to me was Hunter had genuine interested in my case. The size of my case was never an issue for them. He continued to share how Waranch & Nunn could make this company be held accountable for my injury. I knew and felt like I made a new friend. So, next was to go to their office for a more in depth conversation, and get the ball rolling. And of course meet the rest of the staff. I definitely recommend this firm. I had been fighting an issue with my HOA, the city, and my neighbors for over 3 years. I searched through several law firms before coming across Waranch Nunn.
