i found this place maybe a year ago and i haven t been able to stay away. it s the only pho place i think about. when i crave pho i specifically crave sprouts. i compare every pho i get to this place and nothing compares. they are always quick and always nice. i just wish they were open later. i would marry sprouts if i could.

Yum! I only got the spring rolls they were great! She hand rolls them in front of you I m not big on fruit sauces, but the pineal sauce is so GOOD! Most restaurants in a space like that have a bathroom smell to them, this one was nice and clean! I didn t place my order online, because I wanted to see it before I ate there. Will return! Customer service today, (not sure of her name, but I went at 1:20) was great as well.

10/10 this is my go-to pho spot in Arlington. It s the cleanest, most flavorful, and well-prepared Vietnamese shop. I ve had practically everything on the menu because I m telling you I ve been here I think for almost 10 years. It s wonderful. Any of their phos are good but their shrimp vermicelli definitely stands out. Only annoying thing is their hours! They close so early.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The tofu spring rolls are amazing and the veggie pho is wonderful. They allow for you to ask for none of something (like no baby corn gross) and the food is served fast. Food is a five. However, I ve been going here for years and they either have a lot of new people/turnover lately or are understaffed because there was not a lot of follow up service. Had to ask for a box twice and the ticket twice. Ended up paying at the counter. Place was really busy at 1:30 on a Saturday. One family took up three tables and all of our server s time and energy. I hope they tipped well because they were super demanding and kept our server too busy. Very young staff and I my Vietnamese person I saw was the springroll maker.

I ordered Basil Chicken to go and it was so full of red pepper, I couldnt eat it. Basil is supposed to be a mild dish. Thats why I order it. And if they were going to do that, for Gods sake, ask the customer what spice level they want. Wont be back.

I won a gift certificate at a school bingo function and when I called to redeem it Gabby the manager was absolutely delightful and kind. I purchased pho for friends who were recovering from surgery and illness. She recommended extra broth and helped me make use of my whole gift certificate. Parking was easy and when I walked in I was greeted right away. The cashiers were chipper and when I showed them the gift certificate, they got Gabby and she quickly came and was so kind to help me. She remembered it was for 2 diff friends and offered to bag it up separate and include the necessary utensils. My total was a few dollars over the gift card and she generously covered it. Her kindness and helpfulness was exceptional.

The person that took my takeout order was great and my food was delicious . Usually pho Restaurants, Play classical music, This Place play rock music, I dont like rock music, Service good, Soup Pho , This number one pho restaurant serves, like many other restaurants, the same recipe, the broth is not like traditional pho soup. Great food if you can get it. No seating available, they stopped serving outside, I guess due to no staff, the staff used to be super nice, but lately they are curt with you and seem annoyed. The issue here is not their food, it is a poor customer experience. New update (02/28/24): I am here at 11:30AM and once I am turned away for service because they don t have seating capacity. Just don t come here at all. If you really want to grow your business, expand.

I cant figure out the review scores for this place it is not worth these high reviews... this place was terrible... the Torpedo Shrimp... the shrimp had such a strong fish odor you couldnt even eat it...they were full of grease and soggy....spring rolls were flavorless and complete mush on the inside... Sesame Beef... 0 flavor and the box was filled with lettuce... maybe 8 pieces of beef at most and wet cold slimy noodles with 0 taste...Beef Pho- the broth was basically clear in color, I have no idea what seasonings they use but the taste wasnt like anyone elses Pho and was gross... again barely any Beef for the price...absolutely not we ended up throwing the food in the trash and going to a drive through for dinner... this place is disgusting not authentic and a waste of money... from the odor of the shrimp they clearly do not know how to handle food... save your money and taste buds go somewhere else.

The manager Gabby has ZERO customer service skills. We had 3 different prices told to us by her staff and that we found on their website and she wouldn t honor them at all. Like I told her it wasn t about the money as opposed to the customer service and she was flat out rude about not being able to just change the price because her employee told me the wrong thing . Stephen needs to really think twice about having her as his manager because his business is going to go down hill if she keeps that attitude. Put her back to cash register.

Restaurant been filthy, all employees on there phones etc. tonight we walk in at 710, there s 3 tables eating and the Chinese kid with glasses on said , we re closing early tonight bc our cook has a family emergency . The Arlington location is the only location in DFW that is worth the wait and price. Food is made fresh, every item made from scratch while you wait. Everything is delicious!! So many options to choose from, there is something for everyone. The service is surprisingly fast, and so so friendly! They know the menu well and you can trust the recommendations. Ive been frequenting Sprouts for years. Its my favorite place for Vietnamese food. I always have a great experience when I dine in and the quality of the food is no different when I get take out. I get something different every time, snd im never disappointed. If you havent been, youre seriously missing out! Parking: It can be a struggle during holidays or football season. Four stars earned. Three smells are great at various times of day. The food is good. Filling. A bit pricey, but for me, I can buy a large pho and spring rolls which can feed 4 in my household. If that were to feed one person, it may be a little bit less appealing. The spring rolls are so fresh and filling, I often have to take a break after eating a half of one. Ordered to-go due to time constraints, which making the dishes as fresh as they are is greatly appreciated, unless ordered before lunch time begins, I d spend much of my lunch time waiting on my food. The wait each time has been roughly twenty minutes and doesn t give grace to those who may not have the capability of ordering beforehand. Great service though! Greeted immediately upon entry with smiles and welcoming tone, seeing patrons enjoying their dishes and eating and drinking with smiles and comforted faces, Sprout s should be proud of their staff. From recommendations and explaining menu items, to the food packaging, presentation and delivery, all that s missing is perhaps an updated floor plan, and seating.

Food was good and fresh. But my beef portion was tiny for $18. Adversely the fried rice plate was enormous. The service was personable and efficient. The manager needs to have the restaurant cleaned. The lamps hanging above the booths are caked with dust and the dust can potentially fall into the served food. Some of the lamps are broken as well. I m curious how hanging lamps that are 8 feet in the air were broken.

When we lived in Arlington, this was the place we went to at least once a week. Now when we come into town to visit, we make it a point to stop here for one or two meals. The spring rolls are always fantastic, we have yet to find a place in Arkansas that can match sprouts, spicy, edamame and the vermicelli & pho are the best in town. I placed order today (8/18/2023) @ 6:40 pm for brisket large pho and grilled pork and shrimp spring rolls. I came to pick up food around 7:20 pm , food was getting ready but they placed wrong order for my spring roll . They prepared regular shrimp and pork instead of grilled. I requested them to correct it and since I had kids I waited in the car. They lady on front insisted to drop it off then ready. After another 20 min wait in the car , food was no where to be ready so walked in again. The lady said food is ready but now they prepared wrong order again, grilled shrimp roll instead of combo grilles shrimp and pork. I get the order being wrong once but after correction it got wrong second time for in person pick up order. I felt like my time and patience was not valued here. They did even consider to acknowledge . So I requested to cancel my entire order. This was my favorite pho place to eat with friends and family but I would now have to think twice to order again. I like the food here but they aren t available to take to-go orders over the phone. You have to sign up for a service to place an order which charges a fee. This is not a good trend. Id like to take the time to call this place out on their portioning of my meal and also the management that couldn t face a problem right in front of them and fixing it. I ordered a simple dish to go, chicken teriyaki and no drink. At first I was iffy with the price but I figured, since it was 13.99 plus tax I kinda assumed that I was getting a real good portion of rice, chicken and salad. But that wasn t the case and instead I got about half the price portioning in my opinion. I got my order and left to where I needed to be and noticed the portioning was all off. I called up the place and the front desk young lady was very nice and patient w me and the guy was also but this is where the management needs work. The manger insisted that they had everything correct and that there was no issue and etc. they asked me to bring my food back just so they can LOOK at it. So I did and when I took it to them the front guy just looked at the food and said yea that s correct. And apologizes for ME THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET A 13.99 WELL PORTIONED CHICKEN TERIYAKI PLATE. so anyways, they told me I couldn t get a refund, I couldn t get more portioning and insisted that my food was correct, the picture I provided is what I got. HALF A ENTREE SIDE OF CHICKEN. FOR 13.99+TAX. = 15.14! INSANE FOR WHAT I GOT!!!! The young lady and young man helped a little bit with the situation by offering me a drink. I told them that that was nice of them. The whole time I didn t talk to any manager, which is insane because they are the ones who are suppose to fix whatever they can for the customer.

Normally I dont have a problem with the togo pho I get from here. Tonight I specifically asked for raw meat, when I got home, the meat was in the broth, cooked. I like rare tender meat. I ve only ever had excellent food and good service here through all kinds of weather and staff changes and the pandemic. Will continue going regularly until the end of time. I absolutely love pho, but this place had some pros and cons. Pros: our server was great and attentive, nice atmosphere like a small intimate date spot or lunch with friends, better spring roll options than everywhere Ive seen. Cons: pretty skimpy meat and veggie toppings. I order without noodles and most of the time it still feels like Im getting a meals worth but this place was so light on the meat I felt hungry still after finishing. Broth was good but not the best Ive had so having almost all broth was a little disappointing.

As a fellow viet, I had high hopes for this place. My first experience at Sprouts: Was told 30 min wait. Got called 5 minutes later which was great. We walked back, about 3 minutes, and was told the table was given away to another party. Wont be returning.

The place and staff are nice! The food is delicious and made in the typical vietnamese fashion. Their phos are where it is at. !!The pho deluxe. It had some great flavors with good deep umami. I recommend you get the deluxe because of the various meats and fats added to deepen the broth. The house vermicelli. It was a refreshing meal with a good balance of noodles, proteins, and veggies. I would have liked an egg roll but no biggie. DO Add the fish sauce to kick it up a notch. The spring rolls were alright. It was typical in how it was constructed. You cant go wrong with it. Fyi. Wait to be seated.

Ive dined in and grabbed lunch to-go countless times over the past 10+ years. The quality and taste of my favorite dishes, Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli & Shrimp Pho has remained absolutely superb! Anytime Im passing through Arlington, I try to pick up my favorite lunch! Definitely my fav place to go when Im craving Vietnamese cuisine!

DFWs pho scene is honestly horrible. HOWEVER Sprouts is a glimmering ray of light that brings hope that we can yet again have a delicious bowl of pho. Service is a bit slow and we did receive the wrong order... but you know what, we didnt even care, we were just glad that we, for the first time in DFW, had a pho that tasted so good we didnt regret choosing pho for dinner. I had the vegetable pho without tofu and it was delicious. Our 2 year old devoured the fried rice. Husband comes a lot for the meatball pho, but this time received a random beef pho? He still liked it. Cute, tiny little place with what I think is the best bowl youll find in DFW. Definitely recommend, esp if youve wondered if youll ever have good pho again. Vegetarian options: Vegetable broth, not always easy to find! Dietary restrictions: I m vegan, but they had vegetable broth pho which is great. They also took out the tofu if you aren t a tofu girlie. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs or boosters and didn t give us dirty looks when our toddler threw her rice all over the table

I normally try not to put bad reviews because I understand things happen. In this case I had to due to poor customer service. The place was very busy. I asked for dine in and was told that it would be 10-15 minutes wait. I dont have a problem waiting what I have a problem with is I asked to be seated in one of their 3 patio tables for dine in that were empty and was told it was too much of a hassle to serve me outside. Hassle? When did the customer become a hassle? Regardless there are about 50 other Pho restaurants in Arlington. Just went to the next and got treated like a customer. Thank you for addressing my experience. I have changed my review to 4 stars since there is an effort of correcting.

Rude staff I come frequently as I work right around the corner. Sign on the door says open at 10:30 I walk in the open door at 10:56 to be yelled at We re closed. No polite treatment just loud rude yelling. Change the sign on your door and teach your youth polite speech.

This is my Pho-king favorite place to eat pho! The staff is so amazing and always energetic, even the new staff shows interest in maintaining a good dining experience with their customer. The pho is SO flavorful to the point that no sauce is necessary. Boba teas are freshly mixed and the traditional spring rolls are fresh and crisp in every bite. If you re a big beef fan, the meat lover s pho is the one for you. Oh! And don t forget about the military discount, there is a generous 20-30% discount for all military with a valid ID.

Dont even go here. The Pho that they make is not authentic Pho. We waited 30 mins for two bowls of Pho when the place is not even half full at lunch. The Pho broth was only warm, not hot, and the taste is all MSG...Never go here again. My wife almost vomit from eating their Pho. Not sure why people give them a high rating. I would give it a ZERO star if the option is there.

Absolutely love this place specifically the Korean bbq and meatball pho I have eaten here for years and never had any problems but sadly I wont be returning. The prices are unjustifiable at this point. An order for a Boba slush, KIDS pho and side of Korean bbq came up to $30 thats insane. I completely understand food cost has risen and would understand a slight price increase, but I honestly feel like its overkill with them and they are taking advantage just because they feel they can. Its their business and they can do as they please just hope it doesnt get to the point where people are just saying forget it like I did and just stop ordering from them altogether. Like seriously almost $7 for a slush!? Yeah no!

Their spring rolls and peanut sauce are great! Phó was good but could be better because the rice noodle was too soft and some of them stuck together. Soup and meat taste good! Service is friendly! The dish, silverware, and table are cleaned.

I placed a order for pickup and they didn t send half the meat that went in my pho meat lovers no tendon no tripe and both pho meals I got they put the meat inside the broth vs on the side with all the toppings making the meat tough. I also paid for extra meat and got the same as the normal amount. This was definitely a let down entirely. I will never do pick up from here again. Really upset smh.

Ok, Don get me wrong, it was very different but once I stared everything, it was great. Unfortunately when I let the Waiter see that there was hair in my food, he just asked was I going to use my fork ? After I said no he took the fork left and brought me the check. Didnt apologize or discount my ticket, NOTHING. My daughter flagged down another waitress and I told her what happened and she took care of it the right way. Prior to that I had realized no one had on anything to keep their hair from getting in the customers food hum? Yes I still tipped the waiter

First time here and I really enjoyed it! The service was awesome and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I wont be back because its too expensive for me. I had Spring Rolls, Regular Brisket Pho, and a water. The total came to $20.00 (plus a $5.00 tip) and my server earned every penny of it! May I suggest to the management that you cut the Spring Roll quantity and price to half of what it currently is? Also, maybe offer a smaller portion of Pho as well? I thought it was too much food for one person. Thank you!

Let me first say that this has been one of my families fav places to eat. But when we ordered our food the other night and saw the price we were shocked. 90 dollars plus for a meal for 3 seems quite high. I understand things are tight for everyone but the prices have gone up and this particular night the food was sub par. The pho was lacking its usual flavor. The fried rice was a bit dry. The only consistent thing was the tofu spring rolls. They were excellent as usual.

This place was amazing! I have never tried Pho before so this was a new experience and I loved it! The waitress was very kind and helpful. Despite being very busy she went above and beyond many waiters I have experienced. Amazing experience every time I come here. I had a to go order and because it was busy I went in asked about it and was told still waiting on a few items . I proceeded to go back outside to wait since I had my toddler with me and he was a bit energetic . A couple minutes later , they come outside to me with my order , I wasn t expecting them to do that especially since I drifted a bit from the location. But so thankful they did considering that it was quite busy for them due to holiday . Great customer service !!

We came for dinner. Arrived at 7:15pm. Got our names on the list. We were told it would be about a 25 min wait. At 8pm a server comes to us to let us know they were sorry but the kitchen was closed and we would not be able to dine in. After being inside the restaurant waiting for 45 mins. I placed an order at around 5:59pm or before, $55.39 is drafted from my account instantly, its after 7PM, still no food... request a refund, told Id have to come back the next day.. after I told them no, they get the assistant manager on the phone... now its 2 to 3 days to get a refund... why is it not instant, money is drafted out instantly why not refunded instantly.... this service is unacceptable, had I said ok then what, come back another day, maybe get my money back?? We had lunch on a Saturday and it was fairly busy. We order the Killa Pho (oxtail), Seafood Pho, Kids Chicken Pho, and Kids Shrimp Vermicelli. Overall, the pho was good. My Seafood Pho had a bunch of vegetables and included crab meat. Nice environment and clean restaurant. The wait staff was great!
