Professionalism, High Quality, & Very Responsive. Attorneys are expensive! and most of the time you re speaking to attorneys secretary and or assistant. NOT Stum Law Firm! Brad was very hands on day or night even between the many case loads he has. Simply sometimes sending a quick notification advising that he received communication from me was pleasant knowing he didn t view me as a number. He was very fair but most important, he was straight forward. He gave options during my case and didn t allow me to make irrational decisions based off my emotions but allowed me time to understand how the process works. My experience with Brad showed me, he truly has a passion for his career. I m very grateful and thankful to have crossed paths w/ him. Brad was a blessing in disguise. This attorney gave me his word that he would work on my case as soon as he returned from vacation, and gave me instructions on what date to contact him, and pay his $2,500 retainer. I did as he instructed and all he sent was a read receipt, never emailed any documents, or even a reply. I reached out to him to ask if he had sent the forms, and still only received a read receipt from him. This man knew that I had a deadline for my lawsuit, and ended up essentially ghosting me, and wasting my time. In my opinion that demonstrates a lack of character and unreliability. He said he only takes 12 cases at a time, so maybe he found another case that was going to net him more money then mine would, Guess Ill never know, because he didnt even have the decency to email me an apology.

While at college in Texas, my rental home became unlivable due to the property management companys failure to maintain the property. On our own, my roommates and I did not possess the leverage or knowledge to successfully terminate our lease. Brad of STUM Law Firm was incredibly helpful in negotiating with the property management company and was able to come to a fair agreement that got us out of a poor living situation. I contacted Stum Law Firm for help with credit matters I was disputing on my credit report. I had tried to resolve several erroneous and false reportings on my credit report on my own but had absolutely no luck getting through to the creditors to receive proof of my debt(s) in an attempt to resolve the matter. I was in the process of needing to secure a larger line of credit for business purposes but was unable to do so due to the errors on my credit report. I contacted Stum Law Firm and realized I was in good hands from the very first phone call. They took the time to get all of the details regarding my issue and made the retention process really easy and simple and they started working to resolve my credit matters almost immediately. The next time I spoke with the attorney about a week later, he was calling to inform me that he had contacted one of the creditors and they were removing their claim from my credit report immediately. The second was removed about a week after that. Completely removed from my credit report! I can honestly say their customer service and professionalism really stood out throughout their time handling my case and I have recommended them to so many of my friends and co-workers who are experiencing the same issues with their credit. They didnt waste time and they truly cared about helping me resolve the credit issues I was having.
