Unempathetic and did not handle my case in a professional way. He let the process go as it takes and missed to provide the necessary documentation needed to the relevant authorities on time which caused severe delays. I hired another attorney who was an ex DA and he closed the case in 30 days which was with Manny for months. More than the money I wasted it was time that was lost.

My car was confiscated by the police in lieu of my son being much too trusting with someone whom he called a friend. The friend asked my son to pick him up from his girlfriend s home because they had an altercation. As they were leaving they were pulled over by the police and the friend had placed what appeared to be a bag of clothes and a backpack in the trunk. The police searched the the car and found nothing, however, during the search the friend fled the scene. My son was arrested and during a more through search after the friend ran they found narcotics in the backpack; once the friend was found he had the key to the lock on the backpack on his person. End result is the police tried to keep my car BUT I was able to get my car back THANKS TO HADDAD LAW FIRM. That car has a great deal of sentimental value for me because it represents one of the last of my mother s things (my mother transitioned now two years ago). Miss Sylvia and attorney Manny Haddad were soooooo informative, patient, cost effective, and helpful; GLAD my daughter found them.

my my experience wasnt the nicest, I was charged with misdemeanor c the lowest possible, had good evidence against me, c misdemeanor, this law firm still settled for 6 months probation and 900 court fine, for a c misdemeanor , I was booked for 18 hours a fine would be fine with me, hey Im getting taxed. my problem? got me probation I wouldve settled for a court fine . no this firm couldnt get it...why?get these people out of my life dont keep em there. total fi e and probation $$$1300, I would settle for that fine to the court, why not?for sone reason mr Hadid settled for more bad, bad lawyer keep em out of my life dont invite them in. big court fine. ok no probation no jail time ...c misdemeanor

Today has been a blessing in disguise! I received a call from my attorney Mr.Manny and he had some good news for me, my case has been dismissed!!! Mr.Manny is an excellent attorney, but for a minute I thought I was going to have to do time or be on probation for the type of case I had, but IMr. Manny made it happen to where my case got dismissed. Let s be honest, the need to acquire an attorney in any situation can be scary and challenging. In my case it was stress free and straightforward. I was looking for an attorney so I called several places. Manny was the only one to break down how we would go about the case PRIOR to me giving him any money, and he also provided advice countering what I was told by other attorneys-- Mannys information was the correct way to go, and theres was not. That alone saved me time and money. He ensured I had to go to court (and miss work) as least as possible, always answered my text messages, emails and calls, and was affordable. Very professional. I went to jail in Arlington Texas the day before my Aunts funeral on a Saturday morning. This was my first time using a lawyer (misdemeanor charge). I called all around town and did my research. Many lawyers in Dallas talked the talk but didnt walk the walk. At the initial consultations, they were wonderful but upon reading their customer reviews it told a different story. I was appointed Mr.Haddad through the court system because I was going through a financial hardship and facing a very serious crime. Growing up there was a stigma attached to public defenders because they get paid either way so expect to lose your case. However I wanted to fight the case because the charge was ruining my life. My case was set for trial and even though I was confident I would win the slightest doubt can sway the jury. I received an unexpected call from Mr. Haddad and amazingly he worked out a pre trial deal that would dismiss my case upon completion of a class. Now being that I studied law at one point, I understand the exhilaration of standing in front of a jury and presenting a case. The thrill of the court room is the reason most people pursue law in the first place. He gave that up just to make sure I was taken care of and that was not on the day of the trial but a month before. If he worked that hard for me through appointment I could only imagine what he would do if he was hired. All I can say is I thank you for getting my life back.
