Cliff was the third lawyer to try to get Allstate to do what they should have done anyway. Unlike the previous two attorneys Cliff and his team of engineers and experts were able to get a full settlement on my behalf. I had a claim denied from my own insurance. I am a builder in Dallas TX and one of my flips was $1 Million dollars and I called an agent and said I wanted this Million dollar home FULLY Insured cause the Interior was expensive and had all appliances. Well turns out I got robbed and vandalized at that home and I filed claim and MY OWN INSURANCE SAID I WAS NOT COVERD AND CLAIM DENIED!!!!! I was in disbelief cause that is exactly the reason I got that policy. So i called My lawyer Clifford Nkyeasen and showed him the emails, text and details of the situation . He was on point, he attacked them for the right to pay and he achieved that for me. Insurance companies sometimes need to be put in place and Clifford Nkyeasen was the perfect lawyer for this. Clifford was amazing. He was referred to me by a friend when my insurance company wasnt honoring my coverage after a flood. He was extremely professional and nice and went in and took care of the entire situation. He made a stressful situation so much easier for me and really had my back when no one else did. A friend referred me to Clifford when my insurance company was not wanting to pay me in full for a claim. I reached out to Clifford and he was very professional and made the whole process easy.
