I saw Dr jack pipniazek and had worst experience I ever had his nurse was rude and unprofessional made my feel uncomfortable dr was nice i might not go back because of the nurse never been treated like that before

Dr Sheih has been our family physician for many, years and we really love the whole group. Have used his partners several times when he was on vacation ton, very helpful. Staff are so helpful and follow-up on voicemails etc really well. Not long waits either. Highly recommend them!

Upon arrival they told me I was scheduled for the wrong doctor that I had waited two months to see. The woman at the front desk was apathetic and rude about it as well. Do not recommend.

Dr Chapman I am so sorry for the low rating you are a wonderful Dr and I have seen you for several years but, going elsewhere. Your front staff is horrible especially the woman at the front desk. Very rude and uncaring.

I always enjoy coming here, the staff is great and Dr. Chapman is always thorough and understanding. I appreciate Dr. Chapman as a healthcare provider, not all healthcare providers are the same, when you find one that listens to you and treats you like a real person and not a number, you hold onto that doctor. I will continue to come back as a patient.

I give the clinic and the doctors five stars, because my family and I have been going for years. The staff is very caring and respectful to our needs. Whenever we need something from the office they are always available and get our prescription sent right away to the pharmacy. And the nurse call us back regarding the results right away. I want to thank them all. the whole front office, the doctors for always being so awesome at their jobs.

I chose Dr. Chapman as my PCP from a list of doctors through my health insurance several years ago, and I m glad I did. He s thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate. His staff is just the same, especially Stephanie, his nurse. I am always impressed by the care I receive from check-in to check-out. I recommend them to my neighbors and friends every chance I get.

Dr.Sieh (she) is fantastic. Hes been out physician since we moved her 5 yrs ago. Every one in the office is great. Everyone I sent to he has loved him

Been coming here for years seeing Dr Shieh. By all means he is a wonderful Dr. Problem is his staff. Let me go a whole month without a refill on my diabetes medicine because I needed to come into the office for a check up. I had covid.....long covid at that for 3 weeks. They never called to tell me I needed an appointment or let me know why until I called MULTIPLE times to find out why. Im sure it could have been cleared up but this staff lacks in communication. Ill miss Dr Shieh but ill be moving on to another dr and hopefully a much better staff. The low score is this has been happening for some time now Im not one to complain but its gotten worse over the years.

Ok, I am beyond puzzled. I have been seeing Dr. Hinds Campa for several years, and have always found her to be friendly, thoughtful, accurate in diagnosis, and just plain up front. So I was somewhat surprised to see their rating of 3.9. However, I had a need to see her as we returned from a family vacation and I had been running a fever of 99 - 102 for about 5 days. So as usual I called for an appointment and was informed that being I have a fever I cannot come into their office for an examination, but, they would be happy to schedule a Telemed session with the Nurse Practitioner. So I had to stop and wonder, just how is that going to work? How do you diagnosis over the computer what I have when you are not listening to my lungs, my heart, checking my ears, nose throat, checking my breathing, blood pressure and all the other things you check during an office visit to figure out what is wrong. Now, I get it, in todays day and age, the Pandemic changed the world of medicine, doctors, need to insure safe protocols are in place to protect themselves, their staff, and the patients that are ALLOWED to enter the office. But on the other hand, this is a doctors office where sick people should be allowed to come in for a diagnosis, not one over the computer. Wow, how the world has changed. I am very disappointed in their protocol, one would think, hey, we are smart people, we can figure this out, all we need a a different way to process and segregate those with a fever from those with not, they can wear masks so the the staff and doctors are not exposed. I would think there are better ways to serve a sick patient then via a Telemed session. Enough said.

I went to this clinic for a PCR test. It was easy to get to and test was no problem. I was told they would call me the results and send an email of the results. I got the call but no email. They do not open on weekends and close by 5 or 6pm. Do not depend on this clinic getting you results. I went to an Urgent care they recommended after hours but the urgent care did the wrong test. When flying in to specific countries this is an issue. I paid over 300 Euros for the combined 2 clinic failures to do their job.

Awful front staff...so bad that I wouldnt ever go back. The letter I wrote to them: I just want to make you aware of your front office staff. I came in last month to get established with Dr. Hinds-Campa. I wasnt overly impressed, but my GYN, Dr. Sejour, highly recommended your practice. I then scheduled my son for his well-visit/getting established, as he is turning 19 in just over a week. I had 2:00 written down on my calendar. Then I get the reminder call the day before (automated) saying the appointment was at 2:15. I had already filled out several online forms with all the info for his appointment, and I sent him with the entire list of immunizations from birth to now to give to the nurse for your records. He got there at 2:10, but waited to go in till my husband got there at 2:22. The front desk lady was VERY VERY rude. Said he was late and would not be seen. I even sent the voicemail transcription to my son and husband to show them that the appointment said 2:15 on the voicemail from yesterday. Wouldnt budge. My husband asked to speak to the office manager. Still no give whatsoever KNOWING that all the paperwork was already done online. I dont know what kind of practice this is...Ive been all over this country in many states with places such as Mass General to Yale and never been treated with such rudeness...absolutely ZERO grace. We WILL NOT BE returning to your practice. I will not give a positive review online, because the face of your practice, your front desk, represents you very poorly. I would suggest some training in how to treat customers. I have lots of other places in the area to choose from for our family care. You may be a very wonderful doctor, but now we will never know if that would be true. Thank you for your time. Blessings!

Love the location, as its easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Check in is a breeze, though I suggest you acquire paperwork anytime, take it home, prepare it, and return it on your next visit, if you are a new patient, as it will save you wait time. Staff is friendly and have a genuine interest in your health. I recommend this medical facility for you and your family.
