Worst attorney anyone could ever hire! Tremendous lack of communication with regards to cases or anything related to them but are quick to demand more money. Hire this honest and hard-working lawyer. I was in immigration custody for 3 months until we hired Belinda Arroyo and she got me out of immigration without a bond. She did an excellent job because I dont know where I and my family were going to get the money to pay the bond. This is my story I was locked up for 3 months with immigration after they caught me for a DWI when I was visiting the city of Dallas, it was my second DWI and other charges that I already had in total I had 3 misdemeanors and other charges from when I was a minor. Of all The lawyers that my family contacted all said that nothing could be done and they did not take the case because my family decided to hire someone named Christopher Lewis if he took the case. In my first court after a month Christopher Lewis came to my court a insecure lawyer without being prepared and without any idea of the laws or what he was going to do for me, he was just saying that they are going to give you voluntary departure, accept it and sign it in that first court, the lawyer didnt even know what he was going to go fight for I didnt even have the documents that my family had given him. The judge saw him as a fool and humiliated him and the judge moved the court to the next month. At that time, I was still locked up and started to hear a lot about Belinda Arroyo from other people. that they were there and the way that Belinda Arroyo defended the people and took them out with bond and as I was well prepared for the courts was when my family and I decided to change a lawyer and hire her, clearly the other one only wanted me to sign a voluntary departure and not She was not going to do anything for me, we hired Belinda Arroyo and all her staff were always very friendly, my family answered their calls when they needed to know something. The first court that accompanied me was always very safe and she did not leave the Judges behind and knew The law was very good, just like a good lawyer should be, she explained to me all the ways I could save myself from being deported and thanks to her and her team I am out and my residency just arrived. I was in Immigration custody for 3 months I really dont know how to thank Belinda Arroyo and Amanda Doom and all the team for what they did for me and my family. THANK YOU!! This is my story I got arrested in Dallas for a Dwi and My family got me a lawyer Christopher Lewis After the first month I was there in immigration custody It was time for the first court Christopher Lewis showed up to court without knowing anything about me or the law and my chances of me not getting deported he sounded so insecure in court and nervous and dumb the judge humiliated him for not having clue of what he was doing or having my paper work so the judge moved the court to next month The Judge clearly told that I had no chance to stay in the US but I had another court for next month. That was the time me and my family decided to change lawyer because obviously that guy didnt know anything he just represented you so you can get voluntary departure and take your money and thats it he did that to some of my friends that I made when I was there in Johnson County So me being in custody and hearing all the cases from other ppl inside with me in Johnson county and all of the inmates that had Belinda Arroyo as an attorney she was helping them a lot with getting a bond and getting out so me and my family decided To Contact her she did help me a lot she went and visited me and explained to me the possibilities of me and what could save me from getting deported she told it was a really difficult case because of the record I have she did everything to help Me out and now thanks to her And her knowledge and the great team she has I now have my GREEN CARD!
