Very first time coming here for a record convention and it was really great! The vendors were all very nice, well informed and negotiable. I picked up a lot of new records and learned some valuable information about records along the way. This center isnt massively huge, its a very comfortable and an appropriate size. Was the perfect place for an event like a record convention and I didnt feel as if I missed seeing anything beyond what was there. Thank you Jessie for all your help and experienced knowledge. I will definitely be back in October!

There for a wellness and healing event. The vendors were pricey but there was some nice things. The event was about wellness in a natural healing way. Crystals, herbal medicine, palm readings, healing beads and much more.

Came here to check out repticon. And I had a great time! This place was huge! I was bummed that I didnt get a snake but it was a great experience!! Note: in this convention also has mammals! Sugargliders, hedgehogs, and even piglets!

Grapevine Convention Center hosted an anime event. I went out to support MY DAUGHTER, the MC of the event. She SLAYED it both in her performance AND the costume that she crafted and sewed!!! This is a good location for conventions and events. Parking can be a pain if the event is super busy. But the restrooms are clean. A few of the vendors had issue with WIFI, which caused the check outs to be really slow, but I switched to cash to avoid the problem.

To be fair, I cannot fairly judge the amenities and service because we could not get in. What I mean is tickets were bought in advance, left a serviceable amount of time to arrive for a 8:15 event[in line to park 50 minutes ahead], were informed with .. point 03 miles to go that there was no more on site parking and would have to shift to secondary parking and then shuttle in. This was done in not a positive manner. It happens but to move on... I understand peak season, I understand peak time, and massive crowds what I do not understand is why was this not noted or prepped for under the website beyond NO REFUNDS. I would have planned accordingly, insured the time tables and needs of my party were met. I feel that the event planning was poorly planned, poorly expressed, and poorly executed. I cannot judge the events themselves or the service.of the actual on site happenings. I would have liked to have been able but there you go.

Came for the first time to check out the Vinyl Record Show and even though I arrived 2 hours before it ended I still feel as though I needed more time. There was so much to see and so much more than Albums, there were t-shirts, posters, stickers, buttons, signed LPs and even action figures of artist. The ones that really stood out in my opinion were the KISS action figures, I never even knew those existed. I left with both my arms full but could easily have spent the full day there. Some were great bargains, others I felt were over priced but others did there research and items were priced accordingly. Everything from the Beatles Butcher Block album to Run DMC to Tupac and more could be found. I was amazed at all the different genres and how every vendor had it organized for easy access. Finally was able to add some hard to find Blues from my list as well as Jazz and Hip Hop to my collection. The Vendors were super friendly and informative and some were even going from vendor to vendor looking to add to their personal collection as well, which was awesome. I could go on and on but Ill say this, I will definitely attend this again in the future and next time be sure to plan my whole day here. Also, most vendors did accept debit/credit cards but there were a few that did not. Luckily there was an ATM set up in the lobby where you could go and withdraw cash from, but some cash on hand next time is a must. Next time Ill take some pictures for my review, this time my arms were happily filled with vinyl.
