No signage on the building the Uber drive said he would not get out there were homeless people laying in the front. A sign said no hand guns on the wall. Called them the would not refund the money we paid. We paid our uber driver to diver around for 45 minutes because we could not find it a thought no way could it be at this address. Cost us $344 dollars. Scam stay away!!!!

Nothing like the photos! Terrible location surrounded by homeless people. My family did not feel safe to even stop, so we kept driving. We made the reservation online 2 hrs before we got there and they would not cancel it or refund the room for the weekend. Safety: Not safe!

This is NOT a hotel. These are Airbnb apartments that are advertised as hotels. The apartment is ok, but ours was dirty and smelled bad. The location is shady, full of outliers and simply feels unsafe. The only positive was that parking was included, but that didnt help much when we had to wait 1.5 hours to get the car, because the man who worked in the valet service was sleeping in one of the cars. The worst is that for the same price you get a room at the Hyatt or Fairmont! This is a far cry from a 4 star experience. What a great location for the Downtown Dallas area. Attended a Seminar at Convention Center which was in walking distance. Close by restaurants, 2-3 blocks away. Grace responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was very clean, completely furnished with very comfortable furniture. Huge closets, bedrooms, and living space. We will definitely be back next year, and recommend to our friends. Rooms: Very spacious! Nearby activities: Within walking distance of convention center.

Our host was great the unit is absolutely stunning. We loved the luxury industrial style. Convenient location and the valet was included with our stay. Rooms: Super spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Nearby activities: Lots of fun family friendly activities we enjoyed escapology, Andretti, cidercade, and meowwolf. Food and drinks: Tons of great restaurants nearby we took our kids to The Sugar Factory and they absolutely loved it! Also Shugs is the best for breakfast bagels.

My group and I had a great stay at these loft style apartments. the loft was very nice and industrial. It was spacious with smart tvs for our entertainment and huge windows to watch the beautiful skyline. There is a homeless shelter nearby but what major city doesnt have that issue? We werent bothered by anyone and everything we wanted to explore was only a hop and a skip away. Access to the building was interesting but the host was proactive and made it easier for us. The parking garage with valet was easy to use and we had no issues getting our vehicle out for the day if we needed it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and left with minimal complaints.

We LOVED staying here! It was perfect for our Mary Kay convention! We got to be all together comfortably! Check in was easy, clean, pool was great! We will be back! The only thing that was a little scary was the Homeless camp to the north and the people walking in the front entrance Which we knew had nothing to do with the building itself and our service. I would just advise others to come in the back entrance by the Fairfield and Towne Places Suites where it is a little safer. Other than that it was perfect!! Cant wait to book it next year!! Awful experience here we stayed for 4 nights. The hallways and elevators smelled of marijuana, urine, and vomit. There was a homeless camp in the parking lot and people just coming and going from the building and sleeping in the lobby regardless of security. The actual unit looked nice and suited basic needs of sleeping and showering etc but... the floors were filthy, if you walked barefoot or with socks on your feet were dirty and sticky. The tiny AC vent going into the bedroom was a joke, the unit was freezing and the bedroom so hot. We had to go buy fans to be able to sleep. Several lights not working, hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms, scratches on the floor. The bathroom vent fans didnt work. The only mirrors were in the bathrooms so if someone was in the bathroom you couldnt finish getting ready etc. Not ideal when traveling with a group of women. There are no currtains only pull down shades which dont block the light at night from the outside lights or from the sun. The dryer sounded like its going to explode after running for 10 minutes so we ended up having to pack wet clothes. Long line to pickup or drop off vehicle for the free valet and the pay to park lot across the street did not feel safe. The only good thing about this place was it was cheap... you get what you pay for. Absolutely nothing LUXURY about it! No one on site to help you either have to call and hope someone answers or track down a security guard. The pool was dark green with a dead bird floating in the pool from Friday morning through Sunday. The hallway downstairs was flooded one morning. One night one of the elevators didnt work at all and the other had a puddle of urine in the elevator. We would not ever stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We were there on 07/26-07/29 very spacious apartment for 6-8 people. Super roomy bathrooms, super comfy beds. We had no complaints really. Valet parking included, a big bonus because the property connected had to pay for parking. The space was cute, and sound proof. near all things needed .food, shopping, entertainment. The room is nice but there is a horrible smell of gasoline. The service sucks, dont ask them for anything because you wont get anything. Its unsanitary, there was excrement on the floor. There are a lot of people in social difficulties in the surrounding area who manage to enter the building, there is no security even though it is necessary. It smells of drugs everywhere. If you like the underground go for it otherwise run away I suggest changing luxury to underground there will be no mistake on the merchandise. Many of the reviews written recently are false in my opinion

I rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment while staying for my daughters wedding on July 13. I wanted a big place where my daughter and her 4 bridesmaids could meet the day of the wedding and have hair and makeup done and get dressed for the wedding that night. The wedding venue was 3 blocks away. The apartment was perfect! Extremely clean, very roomy, well accommodated, and had an excellent view. My only complaint was that I did not feel safe coming in the front of the building because of homeless people in the park across the street. You can enter the back of the building which is in a more secure location. There is also a convenience store with coffee in the back of the building which was nice. I highly recommend staying here, but would enter from the back.

If you are looking for downtown then this is your place. The loft was plenty big for 5 of us. Ovie the property manager was very attentive in getting us access to the loft. The valet was super easy and secure. Unloading in the front is much easier than the walk from valet. Don t be alarmed by the high number of homeless. We were on the 7th floor. Upon entering there was a horrendous mothball odor. It never went away but we got used to it. And some of the clothes required two cycles when we got home. The coffee maker never worked but we enjoyed Palmieri over in the farmers market each morning. I would stay here again but hope to be on a different floor. Walkability: Super close to Kay Bailey Hutchinson convention center.

Hi, just letting you know that though we enjoyed our stay overall there are some issues I would like to address: all concerning the Bathroom 1 - missing/ loose tiles in the shower floor. This is not only a tripping hazard but could lead to a cut foot injury. My wife had to go out and buy a shower floor mat so we could comfortably shower. a- The light in the shower stall was not working. b- The exhaust fan was not working. c- The vanity mirror in the bathroom there were several light bulbs not working. d- With such a large bathroom there was only 1 hook to hang anything on.There were No towel racks, No shelves, No soap dish. With such a large bathroom you could easily have a bench to sit. Very poor planning on bathroom essentials. 2- The rest of the apartment was great. a - comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. b- big walkin closet. c- great kitchen with all the utensils you would need, clean big refrigerator. d- plenty of cabinet space e- the building is secure/ though the key entrance pad gets super hot because the sun rays are hitting it all day long so be careful. Its covered by a metal cage so it gets . f- the valet parking was great (Free)....one of the best perks was that they provided indoor garage parking. Very easy to drop-off or pickup your vehicle. We contacted our host as soon as we arrived and she was fantastic. Helped us navigate through the process of checking in. Thats it. Great value for your money. Its definitely a good deal. Enjoy!

The whole building smelled of stale cigarettes/weed/chemicals that permeated my clothing and bags - could smell it at the event I was attending- I was very embarrassed at my stench. ( kind of like getting gas on your hand when filling the tank- right after you have showered to go to work). Outside- human feces and urine in corners of window wells, trash, dirty diapers on sidewalk and everywhere. No pride is being taken in the area around the Butler Brothers Building. This is Not a great area to represent Dallas. And wait- it is almost impossible to see the keypad to get into building if sun is out. No towels at pool. Light in shower did not work. Shampoo dispenser in shower did not work. Duvet very worn. Couches in worn state. Then, we received instructions on cleaning up our rooms before checkout. The whole ambiance was a bit scary and filthy. No central gathering place. Nope- don t do it. Get a hotel. We moved to Marriott Springfield Suites and are much happier- and we don t reek.

Deceptive Misery: Avoid Amyfine Luxury Downtown Stay at All Costs I booked a stay at what was advertised as Amyfine Luxury Downtown Stay, expecting a lavish experience in the heart of the city. What I got instead was a nightmare disguised as accommodation. Firstly, let me clarify that this place is not a hotel. Its a short-term rental nestled in the sketchiest part of town. Forget luxury; the only thing surrounding this place are homeless individuals. In fact, our welcoming committee was a homeless person holding the door for us as we entered. Talk about a warm welcome. Upon stepping into the building, we were hit with an overwhelming stench of mothballs that permeated every nook and cranny. For someone with asthma and a pregnant guest relying on inhalers, this was nothing short of a health hazard. To add insult to injury, the heater was on strike, leaving us shivering throughout the night. The bed resembled a torture device, and the ancient floor creaked with every step. Luxury? More like a medieval dungeon. We endured this misery for a mere 6.5 hours, counting down the minutes until we could escape with the sunrise. And to top it all off, when we pleaded for a refund from the owner, they callously refused. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Amyfine Luxury Downtown Stay like the plague. This place is a disgrace to the concept of hospitality, and its deceptive description only adds insult to injury.

We were SUPPOSED to stay March 11-15. When we first arrived the area itself is a bit sketchy as homeless have camps on all sides of the building. The building itself isnt labeled well at all. We had to stop and watch the video from the website again to insure we were at the right location. When I got to the building door to enter our code the building door was already unlocked. Again not safe at all. A lady that had been there for 2 days then told me it had been that way since she got there. Once inside the halls were very dark and it appeared the building was still under renovation. We took the elevator which wreaked of Marijuana to the 3rd floor. Again dark halls and smelled of Marijuana. Got to our room and the code didnt work to get in the room. Messaged the owner through the guest app which they tell you to do and no response for over a half hour while we are standing in a dark hallway. My wife and I both tried to call multiple times during that time as well and no answer of course. Finally got someone to contact us and they told us to try the code again. We must have entered it wrong. I assured them that after standing there for a 1/2 hour that we had plenty of opportunities and we hadnt entered it wrong every time! I opened the door and immediately one of my daughters said what is that smell? There was some air filtration machine or something on the floor that was trying to cover up the smell of something with another smell and it was WAY too much. As we proceeded in the room it was immediately obvious that someone had been sitting or laying on the bed in the living area. I looked in the master bedroom and bathroom and someone had left us a nice present in the toilet! At that point I told the kids and my wife lets go! Were not staying here! So we turn around and leave. As we get down stairs there are several homeless people in the building by the main door which remember wasnt locked. There was no one there to address the issue. I message the host again to get my refund because the product I purchased was not the product I received based on all of the issues above. The response was all of those issues were out of their control so a refund wouldnt be possible unless someone else booked the property for those dates. I informed them that all of those things were under their control other than potentially the Marijuana smell. I then had to inform them I would be taking up the refund with Expedia and stopping payment. So the other review responses you read when they say they wish they knew during your stay so they could have addressed it are completely false. This place is unfit for anyone with a family or anyone traveling alone. Noteworthy details: The pictures on line tell a completely different story that what this place actually is.

The only down side of the location, despite being so conveniently positioned to walk into tte centre of Dallas and all the attractions, was the park opposite where the Dallas homeless population of Dallas congregated. Such a shame.

We adored the apartment building, atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is very spacious with the most comfortable beds we have experienced in quite some time. The only complaint was not have a luggage carrier as it s a good walk from the parking garage to the apartment with all your luggage. We did feel for the Valet guys as they were working out of a makeshift tent in the freezing cold and thought they should have had more than one person working at a time. We will definitely be booking with Amyfinehouse again for our next business trip. People have complained about the homeless outside the building but they do not bother anyone.

Thus was a welcome surprise, great customer service, tried booking 3rd party was a nightmare. I called direct. Received a better deal and I was booked. Customer service was with me to ensure I was parked, able to enter building and apartment. Apartment has a great view, pmenty of amenities and most of all clean. This place is on my top ten in the US to come back to. Safety: Plenty of safety measures, from parking to entering the building. Easy And beautiful views - very New York Penthouse feel and all the details are considered from parking to check in. Just follow the directions that they were so careful with. Someone was available immediately and 24-7 and theres a whole team from the parking garage staff to the building manager who all are ready to help and work with excellence to ensure you enjoy your stay and everything is simple. I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews but this place was perfect! Only thing I wish was better is the bed mattress. I have a video of the place that I m posting to my YouTube page for anyone who wants to see what it looks like inside and out. Homeless people are everywhere downtown (police too!) for the ones complaining about them. I saw none sleeping or hanging outside the apartment. Well worth the money and in a great location.

the room was beautiful. location not so much. there was a shooting right outside my window the first night i was there. lots of cops and i could see the bullets on the ground. valet was horrible. it was raining and cold and there were about 10 people standing around waiting for their cars and about 5 cars were waiting in like to be parked. but they force you to use valet, there s no where else to park. the view was decent except for the large number of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk. i didn t feel safe being here especially with my baby.

All good. Hosts were very attentive to my needs. Just one thing. The booking said no smoking, but there was a weed smell all around me. Everyday, every elevator ride, and every time I went out side my room. Dont say there will be a fee for smoking and have it all around. Or provide the amenities for it. We had a great stay with the kids (Thursday- Friday). The apartment was clean and safe. They responded quickly to noise complaints. We were assigned a Host who checked on us and responded promptly to questions. We really enjoyed the free valet parking and game room- it was unfortunately closed on Saturday. The smart tv was also a plus, since we could stream movies and shows. We walked to the Farmers Market twice once for breakfast and once for dinner. There were several homeless people around but it wasn t an issue for us. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great host and a beautiful apartment in a great location! My sisters and I decided to have a staycation in Dallas. The apartment was only minutes from bars and restaurants in Deep Ellum and Bishop Arts. I had challenges getting into the room (user error) but Grace was so responsive and helpful. There was maintenance issue with the elevator but Grace proactively gave us a convenient work around so there was no negative impact. I will definitely book again. If you are looking for a clean central location to have a fun weekend in Dallas this is the perfect place to stay! Nearby activities: There are nearby museums, bars, restaurants and a farmers market. The outside of the building was a bit more dated/run down looking than I thought it would be based on the photos. The valet parking was a great feature. Only one working elevator made for long waits. We did send an email that never received a response but it wasn t critical to us entering or exiting the building so didn t negatively impact the stay. Rooms: The rooms were what we expected from the photos. It was very nicely kept and clean. Safety: I didn t feel safe walking outside at night, even with others. The Luxury Stay by Amyfinehouse apartments are all located in the old Butler Building. Apart from a few inconveniences, which the hostess managed to resolve, we had a lovely time here. Its sad how many homeless people there are in this area, but of course Amyfinehouse cant do anything about that.

Amazing stay at Graces place. Furnishing and pictures didnt match however the place was beautiful and clean. We didnt get the balcony and view of the pool but the view of Downtown Dallas that we did get was even more beautiful and appreciated. There was no disturbances the entire weekend, no loud noise and no bad smells. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Outside the building, after hours had a few homeless laying around but thats expected in nearly every big city downtown. The doorways were clear of them though. Check in was easy and we even got a late checkout easily. Hands down, without a doubt, well definitely be booking with Grace in the future! It was Home away from Home. Thank you Grace!
