Had a great night out with my daughter. The food was good and the Stagg were awesome. We got there a bit late but we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The food came out fast and was delicious. We never had to ask for drink refills or more chips or salsa. The food was hot and really hit the spot. Really appreciate the effort that was put jn for us as we were the last guests there and though it wasnt quite closing time it was close to it, they didnt act like it was an inconvenience or a bother and they just took really good care.

Service was great. Food was prepared well too so no complaints there. The food just didnt bless my palate like food usually does. I know ppl who love the place. My taste buds didnt like it but Im more of an authentic Mexican food enjoyer. This is too far into Tex Mex territory. Its delicious dont get me wrong, just not for me. I recommend this location. Everybody was super attentive and the place was really clean. Like I said food was prepared well just not my cup of tea.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never once got our drinks refilled, we were checked on once to bring us our food. Ordered and asked for our Queso 3 times and it was still never brought out so went ahead and had them cancel that. We ran out of chips, took our basket and never got them back until we got our food which was cold and nasty. Definitely don t recommend. Maria was our server and she should not be a server if she can t do her job.

For the price and the amount of food you get is not bad. The service was great and the kitchen got our food out really fast. They did not have the music playing obnoxiously loud either. We were able to carry on a conversation with out feeling like we were yelling. I am glad that we gave them a chance and we will definitely be back. Parking: When we went there was plenty of places to park. If the parking lot is full you probably will be waiting for a table.

I decided to take my friend here to try the food. We live in Houston, and she has never been to any of your restaurants. The server was great, as well as the food. However, I wish they would shredded chicken when its in their burritos, chimichangas, or maybe chopped them into smaller pieces. Besides that, I always enjoy myself.

My food was alright, got a burrito. My wifes food was bad, it was a quesadilla but it looked like it sat out for a while. And my daughters meal was awful. A kids quesadilla but it looked more like two chips with queso. And theyd forgotten my wifes other side dishes which took a while to get to us. Edited: My wife and I love to come to this Casa Ole which has a great Tex-Mex environment, wonderful servers, and a nice family setting. The food is served fresh and hot, and the Fajitas are a great choice. We have been coming to Casa Ole locations across SE Texas for many years. This Casa Ole is near our Granddaughter, Son and Daughter in Laws house, and is very easy to spot when you are driving either direction on FM 518 / Broadway just west of Pearland Parkway. It is near Discount Tire and the big HEB at the corner. Highly Recommended. Parking: Plenty of Parking Spots in front and along the side and plenty of ADA spots if needed. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is WC accessible and enough room to move around inside.

Update 2/18/24: I had a terrible experience here today. The waitress got the take home order wrong and we saw she missed half the order when we arrived home. We went back and while driving, I called and let the manager know what happened. She was defensive on the phone and when I arrived, she accused me of knowing the meal was missing and that I just wanted a free meal! I was disgusted by her attitude! I told I didnt want the food and she just said, ok, have a good evening, very sarcastically! He r AME wa Marisol. Do not eat there if she is there... Was a terrible way to treat someone. No customer service at all. We ended up picking up food for my son at Panda Express... Good food. Nothing fancy, but the prices are great and portion sizes are also great! Nice place to take the family to eat Tex-Mex without breaking the bank.

I enjoyed eating in alone. Marie (my waitress) she was so sweet and attentive. I had 2 lunches the cheese enchiladas & the beef fajita plater. Everything from sauce, chips, to cheeeeese was great. So I decided to Grubhub an order this evening and unfortunately the family chose Casa Ole. With that said, when I received my order there were items missing. I haven t been to a casa olé in YEARS. Stopped here for dinner and I loved it! The guacamole salsa is so good! We started off with the shrimp, crawfish and spinach dip, it s a 10/10! I had the mucho pollo plate, it s a lot of food and worth the price. I ve never had a flauta like that and I loved it. We ended up ordering sopapillas and they were great. Most importantly I want to mention our waitress Arely, she went above and beyond for us! She gives excellent customer service!!

It had been years since I visited a Casa Ole location. I stopped in recently and it brought back a lot of memories and a lot of flavor to my life. The chips and salsa are definitely their signature item. I came in just for that but we ordered a full meal as well. Overall about $18 a person plus the tip. It was worth it. Love eating here, me and mom have been going here since the 90s. We started requesting Carlos because he is so nice and attentive. Some of the other waiters and waitresses are good or fine but we prefer him. Food is always great, they mess up rarely and if they do they are quick to fix it. My favorite is the tacos ole with spicy chicken soup, the cheese enchiladas are great as well. The queso dip with beef is great, but has been a tiny bit on the watery side a few times, not this last time tho. The chips are by far the best i have ever eaten, they are mostly super thin and i love that. The red sauce is my favorite also i come sometimes to get some chips and sauce to go only. Update 9/28/2023 Love their food but their queso has gotten watery and also last time i asked for beef on it and it was mostly beef and barely any queso wont be buying their queso no more. Also i used love their chips but last few weeks or so they have gotten thicker and not as good as they used to be. I dont know if they changed recipes of chips or what. But they are not that good anymore and for these 2 reasons i took away a 2 stars. if they bring back my good thin chips ill give the stars back. I used to look forward to the chips and salsa so much and the salsa is still good but the not so good chips have almost ruined it for me. :(. It may be harsh but the chips and salsa is a main reason i love this place and the chips have been so bad. Last time a few of them were wet. Btw this location doesnt do double points day smh :(

This is the last surviving Casa Ole in the Houston area that I know of anyway. The food is exactly how I remembered it. Thats what was wonderful about Casa Ole; they were consistent, with few variances. The queso, green enchiladas and margaritas were great. I had an order of beef enchiladas with chili sauce and they brought out my order with cheese sauce all over it then when I let the waitress know this she taken the order back and just added chili sauce over the cheese sauce. I had discovered this when I got back home to eat my order. Make sure you check your order before you leave, if I hadnt checked it before I left I wouldnt have known till I had gotten home.

Its ok is the best I can say. The cheese queso is watery and seems to be from a can and then doctored a tiny bit with some bits of green chilies. But, it didnt really help it. My husband had the beef fajitas and said they were overpowering garlicky. I got a coconut rum drink that was quite tasty but there was so much ice in the very tall glass it was probably only a small juice glass full of actual liquid. Probably wont be back anytime soon.

This place is amazing!! We came here for dinner with my sister and her family. We are here visiting from out of town. The queso is hands down the best Ive had in years! The salsa is perfection too. This place is really gone downhill. since ours closed on Fuqua and 45, we go to the one in Pearland. The last two times I ordered there they got my order wrong.
