Food was very underwhelming, especially considering the cost. The side of fries felt very skimpy and were on par with fast food fries. The desserts were unique and tasty, which may have been the only redeeming quality from my visit. I am not from Texas, but if this is a high quality burger joint, I would recommend Texas sticking to BBQ.

I saw reviews for this place 2 years ago, and I finally got the chance to eat here. My husband and I stayed at a nearby hotel and were able to walk here, but there is ample parking for those driving here. It has a laid back atmosphere: seat yourself, sit on stools, and share large tables with others. There is also outdoor seating. We weren t very hungry, so we joined in the fun of the cast a vote burgers and shared a McDonald burger with an order of handpunched fries. We liked the unique Cheetos bun and the fresh ingredients including the meat. My one complaint is that we asked to swap the American cheese which came on the sandwich for cheddar. When the burger was delivered to our table, we noticed that not only did the burger have the cheddar cheese on the side, but it also had American cheese melted onto it. The fries were some of the best fries I ve ever eaten! We liked the full service bar and ordered gin and tonics to accompany our burger.

The hamburger we ordered was incredibly good. The meat must have been doubly ground because it was so tender. We went there specifically for their sweet potato fries, and they did not disappoint. The meal was delicious, and on our next trip to Dallas, we will be returning there.

Came with my mother for dinner and we really enjoyed the food and service. Upon arriving, you re able to seat yourselves so we found us a table and we were immediately greeted by our waitress. I ordered a B-L-TX and thoroughly enjoyed this drink. For my burger, I stayed simple with the D.C.C. Burger but made with a ground turkey patty and added avocado. The burger was huge and delicious! We ordered the hand cut fries to share and they came out crispy and hot! My mother also enjoyed her D.C.C. burger and added fresh jalapeños and a fried egg! We ll definitely return in the future!

Laid back atmosphere with delicious eats! The Mike Rawlings was delicous, well portioned. I love french fries and the order that was for 2 didnt cut it. If you like fries order your own. Dont pass up the Goat Balls!!! Its essentially cream wrapped in funnel cake drizzelled with blackberry compote. I will dream of the dessert.

Overall, customer service and atmosphere was excellent to say the least, I got some good recommendations from staff and ordered a burger, was slightly disappointed when I brought it back to the hotel down the road and the fries were lukewarm and the burger was nice but not outstanding. Came here for lunch. I chose it because they allow dogs on the patio. Our waiter even brought my fur baby a glass of water without me asking. They had fans with mist that made sitting outside enjoyable. The food was great as well. I was able to substitute my patty for a turkey patty and got it bunless. I would definitely return.

We had the most sweetest server.. she was a ball of kindness and care. We sat outside, it was clean; they had things to keep my kids occupied and were super sweet from the moment we walked in! The food wasn t quite what I remembered from previous visits (other locations) very heavy on the cheese all around, we got the steaming pile lol it was tater tots(tasty) but drowned in cheese and freeze and maybe some goat cheese.. anyways chill out on the cheese ! Fries, burgers, all of it was just a ball of grease .. no offense. But 4 different burgers and all were drowning in greasey mess overboard. Kind of a different review. Im in Dallas for work. Was recommended this restaurant by the front desk at the holiday inn. Decided to check it out since it had a dog friendly patio. I have travelled with my dog for almost 10 years. We have flown almost 1 million miles together. She has accompanied me to happy hours and dinner all over the US, Mexico and western Europe. I really cant imagine going on trips without her at this point. She was diagnosed with cancer a couple months ago. I have had to feed her through a syringe for the past month. Since then she hasnt eaten solid food. We sat on the patio and we were welcomed quickly. He took my drink order and we sat and enjoyed the weather for a minute. Soon our server came with my beer and introduced herself as Bria. I never remember names but hers struck me as memorable. I saw on the website that they had their cheese fries on special. I ordered those and the Bodacious burger. Bria brought out water and a dish for my dog which I thought was very thoughtful. Food arrived well prepared and just what I was expecting. It was all very tasty and of good quality but WAY more than I was expecting. After eating half of the burger I saw my dog was kind of begging for some which she hasnt done for months. She was all about the loaded fries. Couldnt get enough of them. At this point all the memories of our travels came rushing back. A tear came to my eye as I reminisced about the meals we had spent together. I tried to keep it together but choked up a couple times. Im not sure if we are going to share any more meals together but I know this is the one Im going to remember. A beautiful day spent with my best friend. When we were finishing up Bria brought the check and ran the cards at the table. I usually pay for drinks on my card and everything else + tip on the company card but Im honestly not sure what I pushed. I was getting embarrassed bc I know my eyes were glossy. I hope it was fair bc Bria really was fantastic. I had half my burger and fries left over but walked out without them in my emotional stupor. I realised after getting in the car so I can back over to the gate but they were already cleaned up. I will hopefully be back on my next trip to Dallas in a better mindset. Just want to thank them and Bria for a great meal and a fantastic memory. Edit: she passed on June 7th. This was indeed our last real meal together. Thanks again for the memories.

Third DFW area Rodeo Goat location weve eaten at. All of their burgers are delicious and easily at the top of all burgers weve eaten in DFW. The Billy F Gibbons and the Nanny Goat burgers are a couple of must-try burger. Be sure to check the special Burger Battle choices for the month as they change each month. Sweet potato and regular fries are perfectly cooked. Nice selection of beers and craft beers. Our server was awesome - super friendly and attentive! On weekends the Rockwall location on the lake can be a parking challenge due to the density of restaurants and a movie theater, so plan accordingly to arrive 15-30 minutes ahead so you can find a place to park close, or plan for a bit of a walk.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available as well as tortilla chips and salads. Kid-friendliness: There are two kid menu items, 2 slider plate or grilled cheese. My girls loved the sliders. The atmosphere is very causal and it backs to a green space. Outdoor had ample seating and some shade in the evening. Definitely a family-friendly choice with good food and quick service. We did dine and take out during our short stay in Dallas. Very close to Hilton Anatole and parking wasn t hard to find.

I have eaten here on multiple Dallas occasions and enjoyed every meal, including a chicken Caesar salad one. Full bar w a casual/chill/relaxing environment and attire. Not overly expensive!

Grabbed a late lunch after spending a few hours at the Dallas Museum of Art, and this place definitely lived up to the hype! The food was absolutely incredible, and we couldnt have asked for better service. Even our daughter with celiac was able to eat safely!

Great Rodeo Goat location. Seat yourself with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was top notch as always. Our service was a bit slow due to our waiter working both the bar and tables but he performed proficiently. Limited parking lot.

Burgers were ok, but they could have used a lot more explanation. Fries and chips were really enjoyable. Our waitress was distracted and didnt explain well and never asked about orders from the bar, The Mavericks were playing, so the atmosphere was really loud and not conducive to conversation. Were glad we tried this new-to-us place, but probably wont return as nothing fantastic stood out to us.

It wasnt our first visit, and well be back. Our burgers and cheese surprise fries were good, as usual. Our server, Samantha, seem to be in a rush as she kept asking if we needed anything, to an excessive degree, and offered our checks with my fork literally in my hand. Such an offputting experience that I would be sure to kindly request another server in the future. We sat in the pen area because the raised stools arent comfortable for us. If that space needs to be clear by a certain time, post that and make it clear. Hovering and aggressively checking in, rolling eyes looking at our table while chatting with other servers, especially when its not busy and there are empty tables, makes for a less than pleasant experience. Again... weve come and enjoyed prior visits. Our meal was delicious. Service was unfortunate, though. Hopefully next time will be better.
