I was here for breakfast and lunch on 2 different days as I was staying at the hotel. The quality of the food is bad (cold scrambled eggs, mushy leaves for a salad), it takes forever for meals to be served and service is overall poor (there is simply no one around most of the time). Really bad experience all around.

I am writing this review mainly because of the bartender that waited on us at the bar. Gabriele M decided to tack on 18% service charge for 2 people to sit at the bar. Did he mention this to us? Uh, no! He didnt. We always include tip on the total bill (including tax) to allow a higher tip total. So not only did he get the 18% he added, he also got tipped on the amount being added to our total bill. We checked our bill for the correct items ordered and never even thought to look at the additional charge slipped in on the Subtotal. That is a dirty dog move if you ask me! You allow your employees to do stuff like that. We wont be back!

We went last Saturday for my birthday dinner and was so disappointment. I chose this place because 1 it has my name in it and thought that was so unique, 2 on there website it looked hyped up with entertainment, 3 food looked so good. We get there and place is dead, we asked when was the entertainers gonna get there and they tell us that they stopped doing that since a year ago! We then ordered and the food was very salty that we could not eat! The waiter advised us that over the last year they have gone through 10 chefs and it seems that they still cant get it together. Overall so disappointed and such a bad experience

Deceiving management. They did not have anything in the menu ( very very limited) and we were not told, on purpose, so we would order drinks and bottles. The management was rude when we complained as well. Also all the food and drinks are so overpriced. A bottle retailing at 70 ish was being sold at 200.

Im surprised to see so many negative reviews, in fact, I always look at Yelp to see pictures of the dish I want to order. I made the mistake of not looking prior to our arrival and noticed a very low Yelp score. We almost just had a drink and left but the service was great! We were seated immediately and to be honest, we were pretty late for our reservation the place was empty, but it was a Wednesday evening. The fish was cooked extremely well and was very flavorful. The lets get guava drink was tasty and refreshing! Server was attentive and frequently checked in to make sure we didnt need anything. Very upscale vibe, welcoming and good music. Would visit the establishment again when were in the area.

A pretty nice lounge for a quick drink. Atmosphere was calm yet had good music in it. Drinks were delicious with a good variety of flavors. We tried the Touch of Azur and Purple Rain both were very good. Touch of Azur was fresh and flavorful while staying light and Purple Rain was a little richer and deeper. The vibe of the restaurant was great however the food and service was terrible! The food was absolutely disgusting and not worth one cent! The pasta was overcooked and tasteless. The filet mignon was cold and not cooked to medium rare as we ordered. Overall the food was 1 out of 10, drinks were 8 out of 10, and service was 6 out of 10. I wouldnt try this place if I were you.

This place is a joke! Not only do the servers not know how to do their job but they cant even explain what goes in the dishes. I have an allergy and all I got was Im not sure. Obviously the Chef doesnt know anything about culinary due to the cold seabass, undercooked filet and the sauce for the steak tastes like some kind of pre made beef broth. Honestly Ive tried it twice before leaving a review. 1st time me and my family got sick now we know why! This place needs to be shut down its a sore thumb in a nice area. Every other restaurant/Bar is always having business but this place is empty 90% of the time. The hotel isnt much better but at least I had a comfortable room but its not worth the amount of money I spent at this garbage restaurant. If thats not enough, the dishes didnt even come with what was described on the menu. My fish didnt have smoked parsnips which Id mentioned on the menu, Polenta had no onion jam which again is described on the menu. Theres no way people actually have a good time here cause based on my experiences and the amount of people that stop and eat here, theres no way it will survive. Whoever is running this needs to get off their butt and actually manage, from owner to the bottom. Very sad. My advice DONT EVEN TAKE A CHANCE!

Made a big mistake to celebrate my birthday there yesterday. While waiting for my guests I ordered a drink: Cosmo. I had to explain to the waiter what Cosmo means - Cosmopolitan. I thought in fine dinning places like Villa Azur staff would know what Cosmo is. And it took a while to get it to the table. Staff were simply incompetent and not professional. When asked for suggestions in a menu, waiter couldn t explain or suggest anything. I asked to make me a delicious birthday drink, because I wanted to try something new. Waiter when brought me a drink couldn t tell us what s in it. What kind of liquor etc. He just said: Well, it s pink . Food was ok. Salmon was delivered a bit cold to the table and dry. I wouldn t recommend going there if you have any kind of special event and want to create beautiful memories with your guests. There are plenty of amazing fine dinning restaurants in dallas to enjoy. Villa Azur is definitely not one of them. Disappointing

We had a great time having happy hour at the restaurant at the W hotel in Dallas. It was a special occasion. Mike Modano s statue was being unveiled and Dallas Stars played that night too. Drinks (cocktails) are mixed well. Food is solid. I will eat there again. Parking: You have to valet your car.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel restaurant that charges 4 star prices for alcohol and yet the bartender is wearing a baseball cap and they have the servers walking out with tacky nightclub signs above their heads??? You wouldnt see this at the Four Seasons. I USED to love this place because it is so close to my apartment, and most of the staff are very friendly AND I COULD BRING MY LITTLE DOG, who would sit quietly under my bar stool. But just tonight, for some strange reason, we were rudely kicked out because they wouldnt let me bring the dog in, even though most, if not all the other Victory Park restaurants and bars allow it. Overall, youre just better off going to Black Tap, Hero, or Mesero.

This is a beautiful space. My family had breakfast on the first morning of our stay and came back later that evening for drinks at the bar. Loved the look, both day and night. Night time had nice lounge feels, with low lighting and nice music. The staff took great care of us and made a special birthday recognition for my nieces birthday. I recommend, and would go back even when not staying at the hotel.

I visited last night for a birthday party. everyone in my party is dealing with food poising today from the chicken and the steak. I have been trying to call the restaurant all day to make them aware and no one has bothered to answer nor return my voicemail call. When we received our order we voiced concerns to the waiter who did not have a pleasant attitude regarding what we were saying so he walked away mid conversation and he sent the chef to our table. The chef was very gracious and offered to fix the issue but we did not want to waste his time as we knew we wouldnt try it again. 4 bites later they removed the food and or Course we still paid our tab because we did not expect this to be food poising not even an hour later we were all doubled over in the grass and more... I will never be back but it would be great to speak with a manager regarding this issue goodness.

We decided to visit Villa Azur to celebrate the birthday of a great friend. My husband and I ordered steak, it was very salty. The service was horrible. The man I wont mention his name had a bad attitude from the first moment and would have liked someone else to serve us, they placed things on our bill that we had not ordered and charged us for many other things. We didnt realize it at the time but when I checked the check the next day I realized that they had overcharged us. Sometimes we decide to pay more to feel safe and these are behaviors that should not happen in a high-end place, but they do happen. I would not return to this place and I do not recommend it either. The food is not good and the service is terrible.

A Night of Delight with Room for Improvement. Villa Azur offered a delightful evening with outstanding food, inventive cocktails, and top-notch entertainment. The stilts dancer, Shay B., particularly impressed with their captivating performance. However, the wine list felt limited and overpriced and could benefit from a wider selection to complement the diverse menu. Overall, a memorable experience with a minor area for improvement. This place was amazing! I ordered the seabass, and my husband ordered the pasta cheese wheel they made at the table. It was delicious! The seabass was cooked perfectly, tender, not dry, and very flavorful. I had a touch of azur cocktail. It was sweet and tart. I liked my husbands better, the purple rain. It was a tequila drink that was sweet. But the star of the show was the pates a la meule!! It was creamy and tasted great. It is made at the table and cool to watch. I would definitely recommend this place!

Do not visit this restaurant if you expect drinks or food as a part of your dining experience. The very worst part of our W Hotel stay was our visit to the Villa Azur restaurant in the hotel. While we understand the restaurant is not owned/managed by the hotel, it is recommended and pointed out at check in as if it is part of the hotel experience. I have never experienced such poor service at a restaurant EVER, let alone one at a supposedly high-end hotel. We went this morning for breakfast at 10AM. The restaurant was not crowded, but there was a wait to be seated. Once seated, no one came to our table to provide any service. No water, drink orders, waiter, nothing. We were completely ignored. Waiters and service staff interacted with a few tables and just walked by others, including ours. I finally went to the hostess after 20 minutes and she was absolutely no help either. We left. We let the front desk know of our experience and there were other guests complaint to them as well. Looking at restaurant and hotel reviews, this experience and treatment is not out of the norm for this restaurant. We walked in the cold to the Crescent Court hotel where we were immediately seated in the restaurant, where water was poured within seconds of our seating. Drinks were ordered within a minute and service/meal was impeccable. Our experience at Villa Azur will keep us from staying in the W Hotel in the future.

Stayed at the Westin on November 17th on the 18th we came down for breakfast at 10:00 am. We waited to be seated for about 10 minutes due to no greeter sitting tables. After a few more minutes people just started sitting down. Greeter finally came and said 5 more min. After 10 more minutes we sat down and ordered OJ and water. Waiter asked what we would like so we ordered at around 10:23 am. At 10:47 I asked about our food and was told we will check on it. 5 mins later no food nor an answer to where it might be. By then it was close to check out so we asked for our bill minus food we never received. Poor service, no time management, no leadership running an already busy breakfast shift on Saturday and the hotel manager continued her business as usual while the restaurant was backing up even after informing her of the above issues.

They automatically added an 18% service charge, read tip, which I do not appreciate as I should be able to add my own tip and the service was definitely not worth 18%. What a great time I had!! The Dover Sole fish was amazing!! I can t wait for the new menu coming next month!! The service staff was very attentive and always on time!! Taylor was our server and she did the best that she could. After this experience, I doubt I ll visit another W hotel, and will especially stay away from their dining options. I can t imagine that anything positive I ve read about this place is true. The management staff is rude, condescending, and inexperienced in fine dining, steps of service or any kind of etiquette. The food is horrible, all of it, and allergies were completely ignored. Poor selection of wine and champagne and had very little of what was listed on the menu in stock. $24 glasses of champagne served in a beer sampler glass? No thank you. I m hoping the W is on the verge of a major overhaul. Do NOT waste your time on Villa Azul unless you want ruined memories and empty stomachs. Even the decor is rundown with worn banquettes and stools. Low budget, low brow, tacky, and deluded. I could go on, but I hope you get the picture and just stay away. This place has obviously tried to foolproof themselves from a certain crowd and in the process has become the epitome of ghetto itself.

The food was good but very overpriced for what you got. The atmosphere was beautiful but they promised entertainment for Bastille Day celebration. They said it would start around 9 PM. We had 8:45 pm reservations. Yes there was a DJ and the can can girls mostly just walked around and did birthday tables. No other advertised entertainment happened. However, the service was great. We had Oscar and it seemed all the servers were doing their best. The music was more appropriate for a night club than a dinner club because it was way too loud. So it looks classy, the service was classy but the music was too loud to be classy and the food is ok but really overpriced. Parking is valet and the W charges you 10.83 (not sure why its taxed) and then the tip for the valet. All in all for 200.00 for 2 people it was ok as an experience but I would not actually return. But please do try it once to see if you like it. Just FYI the place didnt really get going until 10 pm and goes until 2 am which is great but its rather empty earlier.

We spent a total of 2 hrs here. We waited over 50 mins for our entree orders, the Filet Mignon and Asparagus could have used salt. Ive had better at other restaurants. The Pate pasta would have been good if they cooked out the alcohol all the way. We expressed that I couldnt eat it because Im pregnant he said he would take it off I said that was fine he didnt. Any good manager would have taken it off. I would not recommend this place for $200 definitely not worth it at all.

Took my wife here for a date. Overall it was a good experience, but it was way overpriced for the quality and presentation of what you received. The food was good but not worth the money. I got the steak and for $80 I thought it would have less fat and be less chewy. I d give it a 8/10 on the professional scale. The chicken was good but was also pretty fatty. The fries were good. The villa azur salad was ok. The crème brûlée cheesecake was ok as well. Nothing to write home about. The broccolini was amazing however. The bartenders were great and friendly, they had me cracking up all night. The waiters were a bit cold. We had two during our meal and the male was a bit nosey and not quite friendly. The female was nice and friendly, but seemed a bit put off. I found it odd nobody introduced themselves to us and nobody used names. For a high end restaurant and for the prices, I didn t think the overall service, presentation, and so forth was there. It appeared to me the justify the price off the location and brand more than anything. I don t mean to be harsh I m just telling it how it is. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty, but this is also party the hotels fault as well. We wanted to hangout throughout the night , and the restaurant was empty. They gave us the check when we weren t finished, and seemed like they wanted us to leave. We had already had a $300 tab at that point and hadn t even started drinking. We kind of felt forced to move to the bar or leave. It was an awkward experience. Great location, nice inside but it fell short of what I expected.

It s a really pretty place at first sight. For the price I expect it to match. Negatives 1. It says you have to reserve, I did. It didn t matter they didn t ask they just put you to a table. Whether you have a reservation or not you will have to wait if there is a line to get in. 2. They have a dress code . There were people there in work outfits. I guess the dress code is for only certain ppl. 3. The lights are dim to hide some of the scratches and blemishes that are on the booths. Which in hindsight knowing now that it s a club at night is probably why certain things are messed up. Positives 1. The service by our server was great, he was informative and nice. 2. The table side Pasta in a cheese bowl was good. Nothing spectacular but good the fun part is actually seeing it in front of you. From location to cuisine, the lounge/white linen dining of Villa Azur, places it in the category of upscale, on all charts; so, I suggest dressing accordingly. I found the host, and bar staff, pleasant, helpful, and skilled at navigating the diverse clientele. The kitchen is open until 11 weekdays, and midnight on weekends, so there s plenty of time to enjoy dinner. Sharing is Caring! My food selections were delicious, starting with Oysters, then the Branzino, and whole roasted cauliflower. The absolute best black truffle ravioli Ive ever had. Our waiter was amazing, too. I forget his name as we had been at the Stars game, and it was a long night, but hes from France, very handsome and extremely kind and helpful. I had an amazing experience at the restaurant last night! Everything from the service to the atmosphere was impeccable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the entire meal; I never had to wait long for anything. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, yet elegant, with dim lighting and a chic design. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience, which was exactly what I needed after a long day at work. But the real star of the show was the food. Came here for Easter Brunch after finding this place on Instagram and was incredibly disappointed. Ordered the Bakers Basket (super good!), 1/2 Chef Board (the crackers were charred and tasted like straight salt), Soufflé Pancakes (literally $15 for 3 plain pancakes, I had to request the Nutella nothing else came on them), and the Veal Patty Melt (it was good but had some kick to it). To drink, we had the Mule, Espresso Martini, and Cucumber Martini (I had to ask for my drink after I watched it sit in the service well for close to 10 minutes). Our waiter hardly checked on us even though there were a total of 6 tables and he wasn t the only server. Finally, I was shocked to have auto gratuity added on my tab for a party of two considering most places only do large parties or at least state gratuity is included somewhere on the menu. Went for a dinner party of 8 people last Saturday at 7pm and it took 3 hours for a 3-course meal. The restaurant did not get busy till about 8:45ishh so we didn t understand why the service was super slow especially when we had a set menu with 2 entree items. The main reason for the one start is for the slow service and the fact that I asked for my meal to be made well and it wasn t. I proceeded to ask have you all been carrying this plate back and forth discussing over it and the only response the manager gave was that it was cooked. For the sake of not ruining my friend s bday dinner I did not go back and forth with him. Instead I left the food there and left never wanting to return. I m not a complicated guest but I do not appreciate the way the manager handled my meal therefore I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. Came here for a friends birthday celebration!! Villa azur Dallas exceeded my expectations by a lot. I had my 26th birthday there on a Saturday night and booked for 7 guest but ended up having 8 and the host moved us to a better spot to accommodate my 8th person. The food was delicious and the drinks were hitting! The ambiance, vibe, decor, music, entertainment all were 10/10. The service was excellent and the manager Matt really helped in making sure my birthday was a success. I couldn t have chosen a better place to have a birthday dinner. Extremely disappointing. I dont generally give bad reviews but this experience was unreal. We had such high hopes for a birthday celebration. This restaurant requires a $50 deposit upon reservation and talks of a strict dress code but the overall impression I had was of overpriced, under-quality food and overall service. From the basics to the $80 steak...just a disappointment. Our water glasses were always empty and most of what we tried to order was out of stock. Not exactly a refined and upscale experience when they pay no attention to the basics. The manager wasnt particularly helpful but did remove some of the meals from the final bill.

I celebrated my birthday here with a few girlfriends. We enjoyed ourselves because it was a high energy vibe with a DJ and dancers. Our waiter took a while to come take our order after we were seated, which was annoying. Worst culinary experience I have ever had in Dallas. Went here for my wives birthday, and even made a $50 deposit to hold my reservation . Drinks took 20 minutes to get to the table, which I can excuse due to a somewhat busy restaurant. But second round of drinks never showed up. Appetizers were ok. The pasta made table side was good, but the waiter had to see if our second appetizer was actually in stock. What was delivered was a burnt piece of goat cheese and 9 small cubes of squash. Then on to the main course. Half of what the table orders was not in stock. Then when everything was corrected and alternates ordered we ordered our wine. All of the wine ordered was no longer in stock, and again we had to make alternate selections. Then as the food arrived three of the four dishes were made incorrectly and everything was served cold. They also forget the sides that were ordered and never rang them through. After asking to have three of the four dishes fixed they came out one at a time, causing things to be cold when we all finally got to eat together. They steak I had ordered was still wrong a second time. It was raw on one end and burnt on the other. The second round of drinks we had ordered never showed up. This whole thing was about 2 hours. The manager never made another appearance at our table after grabbing our original plates, and actively avoided our table. All we wanted to do at that point was leave. After being given a bill for half of the food, we just paid so we could leave. This experience was one of the absolute worst I have ever had in Dallas, and no one with the company seems to actually care. Do not go here. Save your money and head somewhere else.

I made a reservation for my bday on a Saturday. I expected the vibe to be amazing and the performers performed maybe for 10 mins and for the rest of the night they stayed in the corner taking pictures of themselves and never came back around. When they did walk around they specifically only went to the same 2 tables over and over again. What a cool atmosphere. We walked in, had reservations and were seated immediately. The host did remind us that the reservation was good for 1 1/2 hours. The staff were extremely friendly. Our server brought out artisan water, we ordered some Chardonnay and looked at the menu. We decided on the seared octopus and the server also recommended the lobster balls, so we ordered those as well. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the wine, listened to the music, admired the decor. The music was loud enough to enjoy but not so much that you couldn t converse. The appetizer arrived and the plating of the octopus was fantastic individually charred pieces of octopus on different sauces. There were about 12 piece of octopus. The plating of the octopus was superior to the appearance of the lobster which were balls in a cannelloni dish sprinkled with parm. The octopus was fantastic and my girlfriend said it s the best octopus she s ever had. She s Italian decent and octopus is one of her family traditions for holidays. We decided on sharing the pasta that is prepared table side in a cheese wheel. That was fun to watch. The pasta had a nice finish, the sauce was great. About half way through our shared pasta I had to stop eating I was stuffed. All this happened in 30 minutes. We continued to drink wine and pick at the pasta. The service was great, they never tried to rush us out. We ordered desert to go. The bill was roughly $300 for 6 glasses of wine, two appetizers, one entree, and two desserts. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. Sorry no photos. It just wasn t that kind of evening. What a fantastic Valentines experience and my girlfriend was absolutely blown away and happy! We left before the party started but the DJ was setting up, a female singer was walking around while someone played on a keyboard. That started about 7pm. I think I enjoyed the background music more than the live singing.

We had a dinner reservation for 8 for a birthday dinner. It started out great no issues. The atmosphere was good. The music was a bit loud for a place that seems like it would be great if it had a more chill vibe than a full blown club. It went down hill with the service. The server seems like they were flustered and lost. Took forever to get out drinks(which took 30 minutes for us to get) and never once refilled our waters until a different server saw and we got a refill. There were plenty of other servers and our servers section was only two tables but it seemed like it was too much for them. Our table was basically full with empty cups and dirty appetizer plates most of the night. The only good thing was the food which tasted great. But for the cherry on top, the server decided to charge us Don Julio 1942 for a tequila and water drink even though no one in their right mind would order that. They blatantly lied to the manager saying we specifically ordered it. The GM was able to help us out with the issues the best way he could but it left a bad impression on all of us. Maybe this place is good for small parties but for a large party it might be too much for them to handle. The atmosphere here is nothing short of amazing. The violin player and DJ are my type of over the top the truffle pomme frites are a must and the whole chicken!! One issue is the parking though. We reserved this particular restaurant because their social media page indicated they had entertainment for Sunday Brunch. The restaurant was cold and empty. Our server had extremely long nails; unsanitary and unprofessional for the f&b industry. Our food took an extremely long time. The server completely forgot one of our orders one of the servers blamed it on the chef. Then we asked if they were going to have any kind of entertainment and our server said it s only on Fridays and Saturdays and they stopped doing Sunday Brunch entertainment after the holidays (which of course made no sense, as we re currently in the holiday season). We asked if we could get to go boxes and our server said she d box up food for us but ended placing it on the same tray along with dirty plates, as though she s had zero training in fine dining. The hostess came to our table with a different story apologizing that the chef had an emergency and had to leave! The hostess also stated that she was just informed this morning that there would not be any entertainment, which is comical because the server gave us different story. They said there was nothing they could do about the slow service & food taking so long as there were no managers present on Sundays. The appetizers though were good. The BAKED BUCHERON CHEESE was amazing. The drinks were great which is why I averaged this review to a three. The VILLA AZUR is good, and I had a Lavendar Gin which was my favorite. It used the Empres 1908 giving it a beautiful color. Introduction to get seated was a little bit uncomfortable, but the service was good once seated.

Ambiance was nice but it wasnt very busy for a Friday night. The restaurant is super nice inside and our waiter was really attentive. But the food was pretty terrible. We spent $400 on a dinner that could have probably been better at Cheesecake Factory or somewhere similar. The lobster appetizer was weird I thought I would be a light tempura batter but it wasnt. The seabass was the worst Ive ever had it tasted frozen and not fresh at all. Then we order the pasta presentation and upgraded an extra $100 for the Louis XIII and there was hardly a presentation and the pasta wasnt served hot. Very disappointing. The Nutella dessert was good. Will maybe come again for a drink but that is it.

THE MENU IS TRASH, NO GOOD FOOD OPTIONS! WE PAID $70 FOR 3 COCKTAILS. The managers will literally stare at you to make sure that youre steady purchasing. They will rush you to order. This is another reason it was easy for us to leave. We got up, left, & went to Del Friscos Eagle Steakhouse. DELFRISCOS seated us immediately with no reservations, bcuz it was my moms bday. Do NOT wasted your time... it is rated very low for a reason.!!!!

We have been here numerous time when we re in town. But I will say I won t be coming back. The bar seating was packed so we had to order our drink by the service area. The GM Christian said we are not allow to order drinks by the service area. Well, How are we suppose to order drinks when the seats are all full? His tone and his persona was rude. He said if we don t like it we can leave. So we did.

Definitely feel discriminated here. Totally ruined my birthday. We originally had reservations for 5 but the 5th person is running late so they put us at a 4 top so now we are scrunched up. Then theres this big structure in front of us so cant see the entertainment going on. Took forever to get a order in. Yet they sat one person at big table while they waited. The discrimination is real.

Where do I start, I ll first start by saying most of the appetizers and entrees we ordered were to par for the price. I will say my Seabass was very small compared to other fine dining restaurants in the area. The service was one of the worst we ve ever experienced. We had two servers for a party of 12 and it took a very long time to get our initial order of drinks, some drinks came after the appetizers. We kept on waving our server down for drinks. It would be one thing if it was busy but when we arrived at 8:15 more than half the restaurant was empty. It seemed very disorganized for the type of ambiance they were showcasing. What upset my wife and I the most was the fact that we couldn t receive our own check or tab because it would be too confusing to split up a table of 12. Regardless if we had the most expensive item or the least, they expected us to split the checks evenly which is completely unfair. We definitely will not be back and it s unfortunate that a hotel like the W that holds such a high reputation would allow this type of operation.

The only thing this place has going for them is great ambiance. I was extremely excited to celebrate my birthday dinner here, but please RUN it you plan on doing so. Starting with drinks at the bar, we had to wait around 10min for someone to come and take and other (mind you we were the only other in the WHOLE restaurant, then they proceeded to give us the wrong cocktail; oh and extremely overpriced as well. They couldn t do a bill split for a $1000+ bill so that was fun! How can I forget they charged us $110 TO CUT A CAKE a friend brought me, when I asked the reason they said: well the chef has to cut it and put it on a plate that s why we HAVE to charge you. LIKE WHAT?!!! Isn t that the job??? I have worked in the service industry, and this whole experience just made my birthday a nightmare. Shout out to our waiter that was the only competent person at this place.

We walked in and were met with No jerseys or ball caps dress code. Jerseys and ball caps could have been removed. But, the elitist rudeness from the host, didn t pass the vibe check. Im shocked with how I was treated tonight. If you re trying to go out alone, don t come here. I was almost forced to sit at the bar even though I had a reservation. I m in recovery (alcoholic) and after sitting at the bar a few mins asked for a table. The waiter, Tyler, asked if anyone was joining me, I said no, then he told me that was sad. When I voiced my concerns to the manager he practically dismissed me and said Tyler was just flirting with me. If that s how white guys flirt, no wonder I don t date them. I am so disappointed and was looking forward to tonight all week!

I think the experience here could have been so much better, but unfortunately fell short. The food was okay, but should have tasted much better for the price. My tab alone was $160ish - 2 drinks included. Its a nice social vibe, especially on a Friday night - this was a Thursday night. There were a few issues with the order and our waiter, but the manager, Christian, was awesome! Overall, if youre looking for a nice social vibe, Id recommend. 100% Miami energy! The food, drinks, and decor are fantastic. We had oysters, king crab legs, a whole branzino, roasted Brussel sprouts, and broccolini. The service was good but it was SO loud me and my table mates had to shout at each other. Theres an over the top, club atmosphere that could be a turnoff for some people.

Horrible, horrible food. The restaurant looked beautiful. Great vibe. Ordered sparkling water but our glasses smelled like dirty rags. Informed our waiter, got new glasses and they also smelled like dirty rags. They replaced our sparkling water (unsealed this one in front of us) the glass somehow didn t smell as bad anymore. Wonder if it was the first bottle of sparkling water (which they didn t open in front of us. Makes me wonder if they reuse sparkling water bottles and just use something different, or could ve just been the glass). For apps we ordered fries (stale and old) and the artichoke salad (wayyyy to much mustard, and this is coming from someone who actually likes mustard). Ordered two pasta dishes for main. The tomato one had no flavor. Tomato sauce and spaghetti. That s all you get. Also had the cheese wheel pasta. BITTER! It was the absolute worst tasting pasta I ve ever eaten. HORRIBLE. Had a side of mashed potatoes . Delicious! They gained a star for this. Drinks were very bad. Tasted like cheap mixed drinks at a nightclub. Wobbly chair. Surprised this is a restaurant at the W! Go there for low standards and good vibes. Don t go there for good food.

Visited on Valentines day. Ordered a delicious old fashioned. They did run out of wood chips for smoking. The drink was still great. Ordered PÂTE À LA MEULE after seeing a great display of the entree being prepared. Absolutely underwhelming. The dish was dry, noodles seemed undercooked and lacking flavor. Also ordered brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts were good eats. The atmosphere is beautiful. But hard to enjoy when the food is lacking. Perhaps try another entree when you visit.

Went here last night for a birthday dinner and the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because its a pretty restaurant, with good music and the server by the bar was very nice. However the overall service was pretty terrible. We arrived early for our 4 oclock reservation and by the time 4 oclock came, our second table was still not ready.. after watching them get the second table ready, we waited to be seated and no one came. My sister had to go over to the hostess stand and ask them when we would be seated before someone came to get our party and seat us. After being seated late we waited about 30 minutes before even our drink orders were taken. I had to physically get up and speak to what looked like a couple of managers talking in the middle of the restaurant and ask for someone to come and take our orders before anyone did. It was about 5 oclock before they took the drink orders, and the restaurant was honestly not that busy at the time. The food had little to no flavor, especially given the small but over priced menu options. Youre honestly better off spending that kind of money at a different restaurant in the DFW area, where the service and quality of food matches the price. Very underwhelming and dissapointing experience.

We ordered 2 drinks and an octopus appetizer and waited 40 minutes and it didnt show up. Server said next time yall come Ill take care of yall. This is an amazing restaurant with amazing staff Jerred and Yaya were so incredibly welcoming on a day with terrible weather. Emma is incredible and friendly. Everyone is excellent the food makes you feel at home and at peace. Everyone is amazing I recommend everyone to book a reservation and come to the restaurant for relaxation, inner peace, and positivity.
