This was my first time at Twin Peaks and WOW what a great experience. Joy was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Super attentive and always had a smile on her face. Its normal American bar food nothing too crazy, nonetheless everything was still super tasty. Will definitely be coming back!

Management tonight was complete out of hand. Starting with 28 minute wait time to get garlic bread. Secondly this fantasy football voucher is a complete SCAM!?!? Even after knowingly the kitchen is severely behind, the manager on duty has the nerve to come to the table and blatantly and boldly told me it s clearly in the fine print ! First of all WHO can read that micro mini print they purposely use! Even if they use it for legal purposes, why make a huge deal over $8!?!? Manager said we MUST spend $75 worth of food in order to redeem voucher. Our food subtotal was $68.18!?!? The amount we spent there alone on DRAFT DAY and not to mention, at least once a week quadruples times 5, at the very least!!! Thats the revenue they make off our family alone!?!!! I guarantee you that because of TONIGHTS events, I will NOT spend another penny at this Twin Peaks ever again AND NEVER host another draft party at ANY location with all these fine prints and excuses not to honor a voucher. Just like it costs them to pay for the food they serve us, we have to WORK hard to be capable of paying for our meals. And tonight s events just infuriated the greed and dishonesty of a manager trying to prove himself!!! Hope the owner reads this and discusses policies and procedures with his staff . What ever happened to the customer is always right or a bit of customer service!?!?!?

We come to this place and service is usually good, but this day wasnt. We asked to be sit in the patio. We ordered 2 dos xx. I had to go to the bar to see what was taking long with our drinks while our waitress was talking away. I flagged down our waitress and asked her if that was our beer, she took the paper off and took it to our table. Our beer was already there waiting. It took 20 minutes for our beer to our table. I will make sure she doesnt serve us again.

Do *NOT* order food from this place. The food tasted like it was microwaved. It was soggy, low quality, and half of my order was missing. I was ordering for me and my daughter some quesobirria tacos and a crispy buffalo chicken salad.. total disaster. Chicken was soggy and was like chewing rubber, we received no utensils or napkins, Our drinks were missing, apple turnovers were absolutely RAW, etc. Our order was $60.. everything went in the trash, it was not worth it at all.

Had an unbelievable experience. Walked in and the host walked me to a table for just myself. She picked the one table that was still filthy and had dirty dishes on it (the restaurant was mostly empty). She told me to wait while she cleared the table. She grabbed everything and walked away for a few minutes. She had left a plate with napkin wrapped silverware on the table and I didnt see her bring it from the host table. Im pretty sure it was a possibly unused set from the previous party. The table was still filthy and instead of wiping it down, she used her bare hands to wipe away the condensation rings, lime juice, crumbs off the table. As she was telling me I could sit and that the server would be right out, she was wiping the plate she left on the table for me with her fingers, like wiping or scraping some stuck on debris. I walked out. The end.

I was at the bar here expecting to see hot girls instead I saw (not trying to be rude) but an old lady and I didn t even get good service at that! And I asked for a dressed dos x and she took the salt out the mug with her FINGER LIKE WHAT! NO!I think her name was Victoria so yeah never coming back yall don t come here!

I m going to have them investigated for the fake reviews. It s illegal to have people create fake reviews to get business. You can and will be fined. I m truly done tolerating businesses thinking people will keep letting them steal their money because they saw five stars. Not professional at all and it needs to be stopped. You re either a good restaurant or you aren t. Creating fake reviews screams you aren t a good restaurant with integrity
