We decided to stop in to see if we could get a table without reservations. We were pleasantly seated at a high top in the bar area. The service and food were wonderful. Our only disappointment was that the margarita tasted like pure lemonade instead of a splash of lemonade with no tequila. The music was also a perfect touch.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and calm/quiet, really appreciated that. The food did not match and was a very poor taste and quality. Heres the breakdown of the feedback: 1. Coffee - Could never get a hot cup of coffee. Swapped out the luke warm first cup for a second fresh cup only to get the same room temperature coffee. Food = C, Service = B 1. Crab cake - ordered the starter crab cake. The flavor was bland and the texture made it seem like the lowest tier Sysco or Ben E Keith pre-packaged food product, , poor flavor. Server swapped it for #2 below. Food = F, Service = A 2. Calamari - swapped the crab cake for a calamari starter. The calamari was hard and chewy. Only ate one bite and I let the other person in my party take home the entire calamari to feed the dog. Food = F, Service = n/a 3. Lobster Bisque - Not very warm and a little salty, but flavor was okay. Food = B 4. House Salad - hard to get wrong here, it was as expected. Food = B Overall a big let down as nearly every course, starting with the drinks, was sub-par. Feels like the restaurant kitchen quality is severely lacking. The waitstaff were nice and accommodating though.

I loved the live music. Besides live music everything else was not that good. I ordered lemon caper chicken which half of my plate was mostly filled with mashed potato. Also I had to notify the manager because my utensil were dirty.

The food is excellent--everything we have had. My personal favorite is the pecan crusted salmon with mushroom Risotto. My husbands favorite is the pork chop--huge, tender and juicy. But the service and high-end decor also contribute to making this our favorite restaurant. Do yourself a favor and ask to have Lulu as your server when you arrive--she is THE BEST.

I had the ribeye and it was delicious. My wife had the double pork chop. The pork chop was huge . It was delicious but a little sweet. Had the lobster bisque and that was also delicious . We had the jumbo crab cake as a starter and it was good. Overall the place was a great spot to enjoy with you and a loved one. I would recommend going.

Food was very nice. Most items were well cooked and flavorful. Lobster bisque very good. Deviled Eggs-odd, firecracker lobster- meh, dates very good. Mac/cheez was good- not too cheesy, green beans were a little dry, the mashed potatoes and mixed veg were great, lemon caper chicken sauce was a tad too salty and artichokes over cooked but the chicken itself was great, filet was very nice, wellington good and lemon ricotta very good. Tables in between booths should be re-thought- anyone walking in between is hitting the ladies purses hanging off sides of chairs, etc.

Went on a Friday at 11. They had just opened. The restaurant was very nicely decorated except for a couple of pictures with nude ladies that I didnt notice until my husband and sister pointed them out to me. The service was excellent the flavors were like a party in my mouth. My sister got fish with risotto. I got Salmon with spinach and a light vinegret. The bread was good they brought to the table before our food came. They served it with a lemon parsley butter. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Be aware that men cant wear shorts inside the restaurant. We were hosted mostly by Kevin. We were ignored ( food came late and was warm and our empty plates were left in front of us for the longest time). Which is a faux pas culturally speaking! And please note Kevin, that you dont call first time clients your friends ....twice. I had the Sea bass which was cooked to perfection but the risotto was a fake. 2 asparagus on the plate ....why not 3! Lots of breaks for the piano and the singing! The dress code doesnt match up to the evening. Temperature was a little warm. If you are going to mention the rat pack, live up to it !!!!!

We came for a team dinner for 13, ironically at Table 13 :P. The table was setup and we got to sit right away. Very clean modern looking restaurant with some gorgeous chandelier hanging around. They offer a bunch of drinks including some excellent wine collection. We got to try a variety of appetizers among which I loved the deviled eggs and lobster bisque. For entree I had the filet mignon with risotto. I sort of wanted more flavor on my streak, I felt was little crusty as well. Risotto was too bland. At the end I had the creme brûlée, that was really good. Throughout the night service was amazing. Our glasses were constantly filled with our drinks. Plates were replaced as we went from appetizers to entree. Food came out in good pace. Other than slight disappointment with steak, I pretty much liked everything about this place. Vegetarian options: There s soup, salad, few starters and side dishes available

If you are looking for attentive service, excellent food with a wide variety of choices and delicious desserts - accompanied by soft jazz ( with Frank Sinatra songs the night we were there)....then this is the place! Our server was helpful attentive and efficient. Firecracker lobster appetizer was perfection: spicy succulent and crispy outside soft inside. Lamp chops were delicious. The filet Dianne sadly not so much. First overcooked and then replacement with marginal piece of meat. The Dianne part of the meal was delicious. Cream brulee exquisite: perfect consistency, not too sweet served with fresh fruit on top. Highly recommend.

My husband, daughter, and myself dined with Table 13 to celebrate our June birthdays this year. The experience was exceptional and the food was outstanding. Before our visit, the owner and I exchanged emails and I received a phone call confirming my reservation with details. During our visit, Brian, Liam, and the chef all made our visit very pleasurable. Kevin, the bartender, made an exceptional Loosey Goosey and Pink Polka Dot Bikini. We ordered the Pork Chop, Grilled Romaine Salad, Smoked Salmon, Macaroni and Cheese, along with a Wedge Salad and afterwards, we were pleasantly surprised with dessert in which all were incredibly delicious. Brian assisted in the Happy Birthday serenade. Definitely a triple birthday celebration to remember! Parking: Open parking. Kid-friendliness: A great family atmosphere while listening to classics and/or live music.

My husband and I had a date night dinner at Table 13. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing but the food was very just ok. I had the shrimp scampi and the shrimps were huge but the pasta was very over cooked and mushy. My husband had a steak and enjoyed it however, thought it was a bit rubbery. The prices were average to other fine dining but expensive for overcooked pasta and rubbery steak. Service was great other than not receiving another order of bread as we asked for. We enjoyed our evening for the most part but likely would try somewhere else before visiting this restaurant again.

My family and I decided to go to Table 13 for my birthday dinner last week and while the service was top class and the atmosphere was very nice I was incredibly disappointed in the food. I ll start by saying our server, Hector did an excellent job attending to our needs. Both my mother and grandmother are incredibly difficult when it comes to going out to eat and he made sure all of their needs were met without question. He even ensured I was given a birthday dessert on the house. Hector was incredibly polite, very well trained, and explained the concept/history of the Table 13 restaurant very well. You could tell he wanted to ensure we had a great experience. My disappointment in the restaurant was with the food. When paying high dollar for a meal, you expect the highest level of flavor and satisfaction on top of the good atmosphere and service. The food was subpar at best. The lobster bisque, while flavorful, came out cold, which was quite a disappointment. For our main courses, most of us ordered steaks, and I was truly let down. My ribeye was practically flavorless and the quality of meat did not seem high either. I was also surprised that it is not served with any side of vegetable as part of the meal. While in College I served at the local Texas roadhouse for about 2 1/2 years and a consistent piece of feedback I heard from our customers was that an affordable Texas Roadhouse steak was often times better than a steak at a high dollar restaurant. This was unquestionably one of those high dollar restaurants. I was so let down to not really enjoy my meal as the restaurant had such high potential. From the lovely ambiance, to the great live musician, to the high level of service we received, it was so heartbreaking to be disappointed by the food.

I look over at my wife in amazement! 10 seconds into her fart I tried to continue my order. At this point, her fart was so loud I had to yell my order, for her to hear it. 30 seconds later, when she was finished farting, she pointed out the dangers of holding in farts.. a bad attitude, gingivitis and even ingrown toe nails! Thank you so much!! Also, the steak was amazing but the restaurant smells like boiled onions and garbage .5 stars. Good first date place.

Our experience fell far short of our expectations. I chose Table 13 based upon the positive ratings of the beef Wellington. These reviews fueled the fire of anticipation of a wonderful adult night out. We started our meal with the smoked salmon, which did not disappoint. My boneless ribeye was cooked perfectly, and was very good, if not great. However, the star of the show, the beef Wellington, did not live up to expectations. My wife was sorely disappointed in the offering. The asparagus we chose as a side, disappointed, almost as much as the beef Wellington. Our server, Kelly, while adequately providing service, had a distinctly condescending and offputting manner. My wife and I got the impression that Kelly believed we were dining out of our league . Our celebration of my wife s 40th birthday was disappointing. We have always had much better experiences at the Keg in Arlington and Finch in Grand Prairie. While I loathe leaving poor reviews, I believe this time it is well warranted.

After I received a professional response from general manager Charles, I decided to call to wrap up details and make reservations for New Years eve. I was ready to make a reservation but the guy (not manager) who picked up the phone talked to me in a rushed way. I asked if it is the same price for a 9 yr old NOTE: I simply asked... and he said they do not have a kids menu and that my 9 yr old will not have a good time because of the menu and the price. The way he was talking is like not having the minimum interest to have customers. Im finding another restaurant that wants customers. I was willing to pay 150 for each person but the careless attention received by phone did not filled my expectations. Glad I found out before going.

We have been dining here for years and the staff treat us like they ve never seen us. There are two servers, in particular who could care less to wait the tables. Sometimes we get helped in a decent amount of time but generally we are left and forgot about. It s a wonderful atmosphere, minus the smug old-timers. They sit with other tables and chat it up while totally ignoring all other tables. It s the oddest thing. I really wish the owner would make staff changes and get rid of the bad apples. Just because they ve been there a long time, doesn t make them good. Food is always consistent and great. It s a shame the service doesn t match.

Such a romantic restaurant. I had the parmesan risotto with Sea bass -DELICIOUS. And my husband had the beef wellington, it was so buttery and delicious. Cooked perfectly. They had a singer who was singing frank sinatra songs and playing the piano. It was lovely. Not too loud and not to soft, we were able to have a conversation without having to elevate our voices. Also, regarding the pin-up art. I saw alot of reviews saying that it was a bit inappropriate. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it wasnt at all. The place is decorated lovely and the art is just a reflection of the times. It was not tacky at all. Will definitely come back.

My husband I went here for our 2nd DFW Restaurant Week dinner. Was really wanting to love it after the reviews. The food was mediocre. My husband ordered the shrimp and the salsa with it came it, tasted like salsa out of a jar. His wedge salad had to be remade because he asked for no blue cheese. His crab stuffed sea bass had shell pieces in the crab. His strawberry shortcake was delicious with fresh strawberries and it was light and decadent. My meal consisted of the the meatball appetizer, which were slightly over cooked, but still pretty tasty. The mozzarella and tomato salad was yummy. My entree of rib eye steak, mixed veggies and potatoes was delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. My dessert was cheesecake, which was regular old cheescake, nothing to write home about-good. My husband didnt like our server. He felt she rushed us, but I think it was just her personality- okay. The decor was bright and lively. The live music was nice but very loud and we were further away from it.

We celebrated our anniversary at Table 13 and had an exceptional time. Service was amazing (Hector was top notch and super attentive/friendly) and we even got anniversary sprinkles on the table nice touch! Food was really good! I had the Beef Wellington and it was one of the best ones I have ever had. The cocktails were very tasty. The vibe and atmosphere was very enjoyable. They had a live piano player/singer that wasn t too loud so you could still have a good conversation. We will be going back again!

The only thing older than menu is the clientele. If youre over 65 and are looking for some crooner music with gravy drenched everything, this is your go to. Especially obnoxious was there inclusion of sweet warm water Brazilian lobster. Only in the suburbs of a retirement home can you get away with that propaganda as fine dining. I did have a very good martini though.

The fillet was excellent and their famous Table 13 Chocolate cake was superb. We were able to stay long enough for the band to arrive and start taking requests and I got them to play Nat King Cole s Unforgettable for my parents. All in all a great place for special people

My wife and I drove from an hour away to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. The ladies at the front desk was one of the few bright spots of the night. They were welcoming and pleasant. The outside does not give the inside justice. It was a good atmosphere with the live band. I ordered the calamari for my appetizer and my wife had the tomato soup. The calamari was very skimpy on the calamari but heavy on the fried shoshito peppers. I mentioned it to our waitress Kelly who blew over my statement as if I was not talking at all. I chalked it up to being loud and her not understanding what I said. I would have took a pic but she took away the plate so fast. My wife enjoyed her soup. After we ordered our entre, we noticed tables around us were given bread as soon as they sat down. So we requested bread which we got halfway through our meal. I ordered the ribeye and my wife the lamb chops. My wife has food allergies to some berries and melons so we asked for a different sauce and for remaining sauce used to dress the plate to be on the side. So we got a side of bernaise because we were told besides the raspberry reduction its also a chimichuri oil not chimichuri sauce. I asked for creamy horseradish yet I was told they dont have it by Kelly. I found it strange that they have a steak appetizer with horseradish cream on crostini and prime rib on Monday nights but no creamy horseradish. So I made do. Our table had confetti for our Anniversary but never once was it acknowledged by the wait staff. The GM came through and was pleasant making small talk. My wife also wanted a drink so she got a lemon drop martini first. She is a light drinker so she likes fruity. For her second drink, she was recommended an orange lady fruity drink by Kelly. My wife gets her second drink and its an orange cocktail made with Jamieson Whiskey. She was so speedy and short with us in ordering things that my wife went on her fruity orange suggestion which was more suited for my palate so I took the drink since Kelly blew off our concerns. At this point Im frustrated but not trying to ruin my Anniversary. I go to the restroom and return to find my wife with a blank look on her face. So Kelly comes back while Im away and begins to clear the table with no regards to what she wanted boxed up. My wife just said screw but it was still some lambchop left on the bone. She dumped her leftover goat cheese bread pudding in the ribeye juices on my plate of leftovers and took her plate away. For over 13 years that we have been together we have celebrated milestones at some of the finest white tablecloth spots in the metroplex, this was one of the worst experiences. In some cases if the food is decent A1 service will put it over the top. Im sad to say that this was not one of those instances. My suggestion is for more concern when customer are making any comments on their food. Our entire dinner seem like we were an after thought on a very special occasion.

We came for our anniversary dinner on a Friday night and the outside of the building does not give this place justice. The hostess put little paper hearts on the table, which added a little extra romance to the candlelight dinner. Everything I tried was delicious! I loved the lobster bisque ($12 and a huge portion) and the lamb chops. The Caesar salad ($11) was great as well, but the portion seemed small, it was about five leaves of romaine. Im not sure if there was bread for the table, as we did not get any but saw a few tables with it, but we left full either way. There wasnt a huge selection of cocktails, and most came with pineapple juice--Im not a fan personally--but the Claritas Margarita ($13) was a beautiful blue with a good amount of alcohol. There was entertainment alternating of live band and songs over the speakers playing throughout the night. We even received a complimentary dessert of a slice of chocolate cake and one slice of cheesecake. I really felt special my whole time here. Our server Rey knew the menu well and checked on us frequently. There is a dress code here, so take note before you arrive in jeans or sneakers. We ordered one soup, one salad, two entrees, and one drink and paid $175 before tip. I would recommend trying it out for a special occasion.

Have loved this place every Christmas for years. But this year it just wasnt the same. Service was outstanding as always. However, the filet was poor quality and served rare instead of my choice of medium rare, so it was too chewy to enjoy. Also it had zero seasoning, so it was bland. The cheesecake tasted like cream cheese and not cheesecake, cherries jubilee still had too much liquor for my taste. Bread was amazing, ceasar salad was good but lettuce wasnt crisp. Sadly the normal jazz band wasnt playing so we couldnt dance, it was a lady singing (poorly) and just wasnt right for dancing. Of course will always go back, but disappointed this time for a very special night.

Husband and I went on Thursday night around 7 for good food, good music and good conversation. Too many people packed into too small a space made conversation impossible, even 18 inches from my husbands head. Then the live music started but who knew? With all the noise of people yelling to be heard over each other all I got out of it was more noise. Add to this the passe Rat Pack attempt at a vibe and rude, psuedo-hipster fellow diners and after 40 minutes I was ready to go. Thank God husband agreed completely. Food may be great. Music may be great. Ill never know because we wont be going back. Also--no prude here but why the old Playboy centerfolds everywhere? I get pinup art but have a heart for the women, ok? Jeez.

Now, about the food, In a word.....outstanding. We enjoyed several different appetizers and were floored by them all. The entrees were well presented and just as amazing. First off, the food was great and the extra treatment for our anniversary was wonderful as well. Everything from the drinks, to the starters, soups, and main course were great. All of this warrants the five star rating. The only complaint I have, is the restaurant is a bit loud for a fine dining experience. The music was often drowned out by loud voices. The other interesting factor was the dress code was semi-ignore for certain parties. The whole point of an experience is supposed to be the surrounding environment, including other patrons. Just a little bit of inconsistency. I m sure perhaps weekend nights are quieter when it s not local after work crowd, but definitely ask for a table close to the music if you go. Don t get me wrong, we will be back! It is quite good.

Neither the service nor the food support the price point. Overall, it was an aweful experience as the highlight of the night was drinks across the street after our 2 hr ordeal for 3 items ordered. Our waiter was absent most the night as it took 35 minutes before we even put our first order in, so we ended up ordering everything in fear that we wouldnt see him again for another 30 min. Drinks then took another 20 min to come out. No joke, we were there almost an hour before we even got bread and something other than water. Once food came out it went further downhill. The calamari was not as described on the menu. It was overcooked, consisted of about half cherry peppers, and no tomatoes or artichokes. It looked nothing like the pictures Ive seen here in other reviews. We asked the waiter about it but he pretty much ignored that there was a problem. The sea bass was ok and the filet was fine but the mash potatoes came out cold. Since we didnt see the waiter again for at least 20 more min, there wasnt a chance to correct the problem. And when I mentioned the potatoes the next time I saw him, which is when he came to collect the plates, I was again largely ignored. I wont be back and I wont be recommending to anyone else.
