Big Tex cleaned out windows in Willow Park - I wasn t sure if we really needed it at first, but WOW! What a difference it made! They look beautiful and it made such a huge impact. I called Big Tex for my window cleaning after reading the amazing reviews they received from previous clients. Being new to the area, I was mainly looking for a local business. Cherry on top, Big Tex is a family business. Jessica scheduled a visit for an assessment and after, sat with us to explain their work and prices. We found their prices to be incredibly reasonable and scheduled the cleaning. Jessica stayed in touch with us through email, the whole time. The day of the cleaning we met Jay and Ethan, very respectful and professional, but also light hearted and fun to talk to. Jay made us laugh with his experiences. We were blown away by the perfection of their work and by how clean our windows turned out. We will definitely continue to use their services, again and again. We recommend Big Tex 100%.

Big Tex Pro Wash is the best experience I have had since moving into our new house. We have had several disappointments with the services we have hired but this was TOP NOTCH excellent service from start to finish. Jessica came over to do the quote and she was warm, friendly and professional. When Jason Jay came to clean the windows he was a bright spot in my day. He was professional and warm too, like Jessica. He has many years of experience and his cleaning technics were impressive. His crew went straight to work and after they were finished my windows, they were sparkling CLEAN. I highly recommend this company. My best friend was so impressed, she called them after she saw the work and heard about my experience.

Wow! The team at Big Tex Pro Wash did an amazing job cleaning our Windows!!! The windows had a funk of dirt and junk and were cloudy, but then when they washed my windows!! Wow it s like having 20/20 vision, I can see the true beauty outside!!! Thank you sooo much!!! I enjoyed visiting with y all and having my windows cleaned! Big Tex washed the entire exterior of our house which included the metal roof, every brick , all siding, all exterior windows, and all interior windows and doors. The job they did resulted in perfection! Our house looks exactly as it did 23 years ago when we had it built. Every member of this company is courteous and very professional. They were just great. I cannot praise them enough. If anyone reading this post is considering them for a cleaning job, I highly recommend them.

Everything about this company is excellent. The bid you receive prior to hiring them is presented and explained. And the job they do is perfection. Not only do they do the windows, in addition the window casings, seals and screens are also cleaned. They get the job done in a professional, friendly manner. Everyone I dealt with at Big Tex Pro Wash has been very helpful. They even gave me the name of someone who replaced my window for hundreds cheaper. Jessica came out and verify what I needed on a very quick timetable so I knew just what it could cost and the services they could provide. Ethan and Jay provided good communication throughout the whole process and did an amazing job. It is so nice to look out my windows now and have a clear view. When I came home last night after them being cleaned some windows looked like there was no glass there since they were so clean. They finished timely also and were very friendly. We had our house painted inside and out this summer and the windows were filthy dirty afterwards. Now my windows are sparkling clean and look beautiful! Also had our 25 yr old white metal barn power washed it had tree sap, algae and 25 yrs of dirt stuck to It-Yuck, now it looks brand new again! Thank you, Big Tex for the awesome job! After newly constructed home windows were in need of professional removal of construction dust, adhesive, paint, and window installation materials. Big Tex Pro did a prelim walk around, prelim inspection (defects noted), quote, and date selected. With their knowledge & skills Big Tex Pro Jay & Ethan combined with proper tools and processes spent numerous hours cleaning our windows to sparkling clean. During process they captured more scratches and compromised defects which occurred during installation. Highly recommend and will use Big Tex Pro for regular maintenance.

Jessica made an appt to come by and look at our home to determine how Big Tex could meet our requests. She showed me a plan and it was exactly what we wanted (outside windows, remove iron from brick on front of house, and pressure wash porch and sidewalk).
