Second time being represented by Pamela 2020-2023 I sought out Pamelas legal services once more for an issue with complex child custody situations. Pamela did an excellent job navigating me through the process and helping me to see the other side. I cannot recommend Pamela more and will not hesitate to enlist her services again, should I need child custody or family law representation. Strongly recommend! First time being represented by Pamela -2018 to 2019. I hired Pamela for child custody and divorce proceedings. I was extremely happy with her services and guidance throughout the process. I would recommend her services and, should I ever need future counsel I would feel confident to have her on my side again. I recommend!

I totally agree with Garry Byers note below. Hands down the best Divorce Attorneys in Dallas. I had reached out to her for my brothers divorce and as soon as she heard the case she suggested appropriate action items even without signing him up. She s very focused and goal oriented. And more importantly she s extremely knowledgeable and intuitive!! The first attorney we hired was no good but after getting Pamela & Elaine on board we were very happy since she got the ball rolling from day 1 and quickly got us to end point even though my brother s spouse was dragging her feat and very aggressive. She s is bit expensive but she has a partner attorney she works with so you get two for one.

Pamela and Elaine are probably the best legal representation you will ever need. Long story short of my personal legal troubles that spanned over ten years, they were very professional, courteous and they were always there for any questions. They were very driven to help me get what I needed, and offered different solutions to counter my problem. If I can help anyone who might doubt hiring a lawyer, let me reassure you; YOU WILL NEED A LAWYER unless you are a lawyer yourself. Every case is different and a lawyer can only do so much depending on what YOUR situation is. It will cost money and its worth it to be able to be in your kids life like I have now. I sought the legal services of this law office hoping to experience professional and prompt communication. However, the reality fell drastically short of my expectations. I made three separate attempts to contact the office to arrange a consultation, ensuring that each attempt was appropriately spaced out to allow ample time for a response. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgement from the office. In my opinion, customer service and effective communication form the bedrock of any professional organization. The silence I encountered paints a disappointing picture of the law offices commitment to these principles. Potential clients should not have to chase for a response; it should be a given in a field as serious as legal services. Based on my experience, I am unable to recommend this law office, and I hope they take this feedback constructively and work on improving their client communication practices in the future.

I said this six years ago . and I ll say it again I am a college educated, successful Medical Sales Representative, with no felony record and no other biological children . all I wanted was to be involved in my Daughters life . I had two Psychologists attest to my competence and that simple fact . Ms. Isaacson was the ad litum attorney in my case, and kept a loving, biological Father from being a part of his Daughters life make your legal decisions wisely and have mercy on those that know not what they do .

I contacted Pamela and Michelle with a hard case, that I was blindsided with. They immediately took over, went right into action which put me at ease. They make you feel like you re their only client. From beginning to end communication is on point. They re both open to questions and explain the process in the best way possible to anyone that s not familiar. They re sincere, amicable, honest and straightforward. COULDNT BE HAPPIER! Pamela Isaacson was a godsend for my custody case! She was thorough and articulate in gathering information and representing the best interests of my grandaughter in a very contentious custody case after the passing of my son. Without going into too much detail about the case here, I can say that I felt that she truly understood my issue and the intricacies involved. She helped keep me calm throughout a very stressful ordeal. Very responsive and promptly answered my many questions. She is very tenacious when the situation calls for it, but also very thoughtful and compassionate. I am now able to keep my grandaughter safe and in a stable environment. The moment Ms. Isaacson took over my case I seen progress in a matter of a week that took my previous attorney a year. After our initial client consultation I felt totally at peace with her taking over my divorce case. Ms. Isaacson is an EXTREMELY organized attorney and every move she makes is in the best interest of her client. Ms Isaacson is a class act and a credit to her profession, her calm demeanor and professionalism helped keep me sane and composed in moments where I felt helpless. Basically when I contacted Ms. Isaacson I was losing my divorce case and my ex-wife s attorney was running circles around my previous attorney.
