We were looking for a venue that could organise a very small pop wedding and we came across Jupiter Gardens, which turned out to be the best choice! Our event coordinator Diane was very helpful and responsive, she also guided us through all the technical aspects of the wedding. Its a perfect place to organise your event, they take care of everything & go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied. The decorations were so pretty and the photographs taken by Stan are top notch, they now make us smile every day! Thank you for making our wedding day so special

My wedding date was June 22, 2019 and everything was set up beautifully for us just the way I wanted. The staff was nice and accommodated all our needs. The bridal suite was clean and ready for us. The reception hall was beautifully decorated with my exact colors of champagne and coral. Everything was done professionally and in order.

The beautiful Athena room I believe is what we requested for my brothers wedding reception, it came with fairy lights drapery, table clothes of any color. Plenty of room for dancing and everything else. He also had the wedding in the garden which was also lovely, we had to provide the greenery for the gazebo though. They were easy to work with and had great prices. I think our total was $6000 for the room, garden, and security. This was in 2021 so I dont remember the details as well.

The venue was gorgeous! Everything that we had hoped for. The grooms room and bridal suite were incredibly confortable. There was plenty of space for everyone. There were also accomadations based on weather as well. Luckily, we had a warm sunny day on our wedding day. Highly recommend for any event!!

We had a micro wedding and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. The whole staff! We were a little worried in the beginning but Lesly and Diana put our minds to ease in the end. If we need another event space we would book again. Definitely! All my guests including my husband and I had a wonderful time! I visited JG in Saturday 4-2-22 and was so excited and felt I made the right decision to have my granddaughters Sweet 15 party @ JG!!!!! I met with Lesley who was so sweet and kind. She was very helpful as I was blind going into this party due to never having one. She was friendly and made me feel right at home. I am pleased with JG and put my deposit down same day! Beautiful place, I cannot wait for next year 2023 JG DID IT AGAIN!!!!! MADE MY DAY! It was almost a year ago in May when I walked into JG, and was a nervous wreck............ didnt have no clue where to start, how much my granddaugther Sweet 15 party was going to cost me and what it all consisted of. I lost my son almost 10 years ago, and wanted to be able to give my Kennady a party she would always remember. It will be a year June, and we are almost there. My granddaughter didnt get out of school until 415 Friday 4-28 and JG worked with me and allowed me to set up our final appointment at 5pm. Yesterday was horrible it was raining and my granddaughter and mother coming from Irving didnt get there until 545pm and Lesley was not even mad or irritated. WE stayed an hour and half to get all the decorations picked out, the table clothes and even added more and more people. I love this place, very nice and the PRICE is great!!!!!! It is family oriented, friendly and the rooms are just out of this world for the price. I AM TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE MET DIANE AND LESLY...................

Oh my Goodness .when I tell you JG is a gem it was absolutely breathtaking!!! I instantly fell in love with Cupids Garden and the Athena Ballroom!! My experience here was wonderful all around!!! We worked with Diane and she was the BEST contact throughout the entire process!!! Along with my Fabulous wedding coordinator Sister Blake and her husband the awesome DJ, our day was everything we dreamed of and more. Due to weather concerns we did not get to use the gazebo, but the inside set up was absolutely gorgeous!!! I have told everyone I could about JG!! Its was a beautiful night!! Little did they know i just lost my Father on Sunday, the week before my daughters Quinceanera. So for everything to come out amazing as it did is beyond words. Every question I had they answered. Every request that could be done, they did. They were so nice to us from Lesly and Diane to the bartenders, servers , and security. It was amazing! Such a beautiful place for events. We celebrated my sons 5th birthday party here (yes we are very extra! lol) and aside from the minor problems we had when we arrived til the party started, everything was beautiful. Our beginning set up time was at 12, and they didn t let us in until 10-15 minutes past that. I called approximately 12 times to let them know we were outside. When we finally went inside, Ms. Diane, went inside the ballroom and started giving a tour to another customer during our set up time.. which I believe was unfair because I was paying from 12pm-5pm. Shortly after, we were trying to get the aux cord to put music on, and turns out they didn t have one (when they said they would) so we waited about 25 minutes for someone to bring one. I really loved the customer service we received during the process of reserving with Ms. Lesly though.

The venue is beautiful and the lighting design is impecable. The support staff is very professional and friendly. They were on the ball and ready to jump into action. I was struggling to find a location to have my sisters fist baby shower and then I came across Jupiter Gardens Event Center. The prices were perfect for what we were looking for. From the moment I inquired Diane the coordinator was amazing. She helped me every step of the way. Yesterday my sister had the most memorable shower ever. The location, room, and even the parking was great! We had our own side of the building with separate entrance and bathrooms! My wife and I just got married at their venue and for the most part had a good experience. The prices for the packages versus what you get are pretty fair and the coordinators were pretty on top of things. The only gripe we had was that, at first, correspondence was a little tricky because my then fiance would try to contact them and they wouldnt respond, but when I did, they were very quick to respond. Maybe they didnt have her on file as a point of contact or something. I dont know. Also we were tossed around from event managers to other managers, but I think that had to do with staff consolidation. Either way, it was all-in-all a good experience would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on an event venue.

If I could ve I would give this place 0 stars. Sure the venues are decent but they charged me 1,200$ for a couple hours for a venue that only fit 70 people at that it was feeling too jam packed. On top do that DIANNE was trying to charge $250 per hour. If you re looking to throw a party find a cute Rec center where you can rent a couple hours for that $250 extra she was trying to charge. Not worth the price. Dianne or whoever makes the prices are a LEGIT SCAM.

Jupiter Gardens is more than an event center where your event can be held in inside or out but there are business like Purpose Education there. We had a beautiful Fairytale Princess Quinceanera for our daughter. From the church service in the garden area to the reception in the ballroom. We had a Covid wedding here and it was pretty cool. There was enough room to safely seat 50 guests plus 24 standing in the wedding party. The building manager was also very helpful with set up and take down. She was also understanding when we finished up pictures but was over time. There was plenty of dressing room for both parties and a nice size dining hall with dance floor. Overall, this was a nice venue.

Diane made my wedding planning experience super easy, stress-free and the day turned out to be beautiful. I had a pop wedding planned here in less than 3 months. They offered payment plans and customizable options to fit our budget. I had a small 30-person pop wedding with the platinum plan. I opted to add hors doeuvres for my guests and glassware for the toast. I made a wedding playlist to play during the event. I had my own officiant as well as my own cake delivered to the venue. Diane was very flexible in meeting the things I wanted. I loved my special day.

Very unorganized staff. The mic they provided did not work and the guests could not hear anything that went on. They played music through YouTube. Songs were cut off because it was buffering during the ceremony. Bridesmaids and the bride were Kicked out of bridal suite shortly after the ceremony, even though we had booked the time until much later. Our photo shoot was interrupted because of this.

My experience initially was good, until the day of my 40th birthday party. I had a superhero costume party. The Good: The location is affordable and centrally located in the Dallas area. The cost to serve alcohol is reasonable. Since Dallas requires security, the price for security was reasonable. Also, the options for a bartender, bar stand, and servers are REASONABLE. They provide tables, chairs, and tablecloths. You are given freedom to decorate as you see fit. There are no restrictions with respect to catering. Payment options are nice too... The bad: 1. I booked my party from 8pm to midnight. I am allowed one hour before to set up. 2. I was informed the day of my party that the room was booked from 2pm to 5pm. I got nervous because I wondered if my room would be set up in time. I was informed that their staff would be there to clean up from the other party and have mine set up by at least 7pm. 3. My people arrived early around 6:15pm and I arrived around 6:30pm. No staff, just Angie and another lady, who turned out to be the bartender, were cleaning and setting up the room. 4. We placed our things for set up in a room adjacent to the party room. There were several dead roaches (likely due to recent extermination, but still there). 5. Angie and another woman was doing their best. We were allowed to come in at the same time, but the room was not set up by 7pm. In fact, not even by 8pm. I just left at 8pm so I can get ready. 6. The servers were young (likely teenagers) and on their phones while we set up, I was told they could help. I am grateful that my family was there to help out. I didnt get upset, just tried to make the best of everything. Upon my return at 930pm, (due to the set up delays), the servers hadnt served the food. When I asked, their response was nobody told them to. And they didnt ask... 7. I was informed that I would get ice, not provided. But once I learned (day of party), Terry allowed me to go get ice and store in freezer (grateful it wasnt being used). Overall, my guests didnt feel my frustrations (they did complain of being hot, AC unit need some help). I didnt let these things bother me. We had fun. Things happen. My suggestions: please dont double book if you dont have adequate staffing to tear down and set up. In addition, just clean out the rooms that your clients will use. I am not quite sure if I will have another event here again. My planning experience was nice, just didnt come together as planned in the end. ***UPDATE****UPDATE*****UPDATE******** I have spoken with Terry, the owner. We have a great conversation about my experience. He apologized and explained that he was not fully aware of the problem. He apologized that the staff was not available to tear down and get the room in time for my party. He offered and refunded me one hour back. I was surprised and truly grateful for his prompt phone call and genuineness to resolve the issue. Reaching out lets me know that Terry was concerned and appreciated my business. Thank you Terry, I will certainly consider using the facility in the future. I updated and changed my rating to 4 stars...

Had my wedding here Friday October 18th and I LOVED IT. Great staff, great environment and overall great atmosphere! The price was definitely affordable and they made sure everything was where I wanted it to be! 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend!!

Thanks JG and staff for executing my vision! New staff member Shelbie was very attentive, and listened to what the bride wanted. She had the bridal suite waiting for my arrival. Of course we had special lighting for makeup, so the temp was on target to accommodate me. The servers did an amazing job, the food was delicious, my guest were blown away. My photographer Stanley (contract w/JG) did an outstanding job, i keep looking at my photos, like wow, my hard earned $$$ was well spent and I have no regrets. With all the rain, we had a plan B, but God knew it was meant for me to walk down the aisle under the Oak tree to meet my . The stress is over and were so Blessed! Thank You Terry & Jupiter Gardens

I got married here August 11, 2018, and had the most amazing experience! Booking the venue was easy. We walked in and instantly I knew I wanted to get married here. Everything from the outside ceremony to the Ballroom decor is stunning! We worked with Cecelia Garcia the entire time after booking. She made everything so easy, Even sitting down with me helping me pick out decor suggestions tables, chairs, tablecloths up-lighting, She was always so fun to deal with and very prompt with emails. Picking Jupiter Gardens Event Center was the best decision me and my husband made. We are young and on a budget the packages were reasonable. I was supposed to have my wedding cemetery outside and reception inside ballroom, however, it rain that day, Feeling worried Cece and her staff came up to my suite 1 hour before wedding starting making me feel at ease, Calming me down with no worries they moved everything inside so quickly before my guest arrival, Even Im so grateful they had a back up plan. The Athena Ballroom was beautiful and Huge The ballroom can accommodate 280 guests. They are BYOB Facility Bring your alcohol their barman served my guest. Such a beautiful venue I recommend to have your special day here.

We had a baby shower event here. The room was set up really nice with the linens that we picked out. The room was a little hot and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They also told us we had a hour before the event and an hour after to clean, yet they came in about 30 mins after the event was over, and started throwing stuff away and cleaning around our guests. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. Although this place was ok, I would not return or recommend it to any of my friends. Definitely NOT worth the $500 we spent.

We held my daughters 18th birthday event--A Black & White Ball, at Jupiter Gardens event center and the evening was lovely in every way! Our event coordinator Cece, was thorough, professional and very helpful from the day we toured the facility through our events completion. Staff (who served food and set-up and took care of clean-up) was professional, very accommodating and provided excellent service throughout the event. We opted to cater food and use the DJ services offered by Jupiter Gardens and everything went very smoothly. I contracted my own photo booth service and photographer and Cece worked with them as well. The food was delicious and the DJ was really good. Our guests had a great time and most importantly--my daughter made wonderful memories and loved everything about the whole evening. Additionally, we were granted permission to use the garden area for formal family portraits before the event started! It was an added benefit that all of our family was very grateful for. We have already recommended others to Cece and Jupiter Gardens and will definitely use this venue again in the future.

Well we re can I start . My daughter s Quinciañera was a dream come true . Thanks to Jupiter Gardens for making our vision come to life in their whimsical magical main venue! Cece went out of her way to help us in every detail that day was raining and she let us use the bridal suite so my family could get ready she is amazing. My guest and daughter had a blast and loved every minute of the party The food was bomb the chicken chipotle sauce dish was the hit of our party and with Dj La promesa ! I am a little late on doing my review but looking at the pictures from my wedding reminded me of just how special that night was. The amount of work that the staff of the Jupiter Garden put into the service that they provide is presidential. CeCe and Jennifer took my vision of what I wanted my wedding to be and made it a reality. From the decorations to the little small details of helping me find a DJ and putting me and contact with other things that I want it for my wedding I am so happy that I chose this venue. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding day takes their time that actually listens to you and not just take your money I would encourage you to choose Jupiter Gardens Event Center. There are a few things that I feel like couldve been better. First of the bridal suite was very hot and uncomfortable. I had a bridal party of 13 not including the makeup artist. The use of the bridal suite was an extra charge! If i knew the AC was not working i wouldve saved that 500 dollars. The bartenders and servers were rude to my guest and wedding party. Meaning they argued about how much to give. If there was any issue it couldve been handled by simply clarifying it with the bride or groom. They gave away all of our food in Styrofoam containers to staff and guests (which we gave no permission) we spent 1500 on the food. That food was supposed to come home if there was any left. Also, one of the planners(Not Cecilia she was perfect) was on the dance floor with the dj dancing doin the salsa. She also folded up our Marriage Licence like a letter(see attached photo). Which was going to be framed but now is ruined forever. They also gave away our top layer of cake. Which was going to be saved for our 1 year anniversary. I was assured the staff would handle everything professional but was very disappointed. Overall I would not recommend spending 8-10,000. I would hire my own staff. The venue was great but need to hire more professional staff ASAP!

My brother and sister in laws wedding was at the Jupiter Event Center this weekend. The coordinators were unprofessional and could not be found the night of the wedding. The staff are food and made drinks without permission from the bridal party (theft? Petty theft?) The bride purchased all food and the staff limited the guests to food they did not provide. The staff stole/broke plates; cups; and silverware (and told members if the family the dining utensils and dishes belong to the event center). The a/c nor TV did not work in bridal suite and no fans or cooling system for the outside venue where the wedding took place. Mr Owner - The staff was inappropriate and rude. You were not in attendance at the evening event. There are many witnesses to the events I have described above. Secondly, your unprofessionalism at naming the wedding party in your response to my review I hope is atypical. That is definitely not professional as my response was a personal response and did not include the names of the wedding party. You basically called me a liar and disrespected your former clients. Furthermore, since you were not there to witness nor a party to the issues in question which makes anything your staff or temp workers told you here-say. The event center itself was very nice- that being said I have to go on to the staff. I read a previous review where the owner basically said Ruby was lying. The staff was stealing food, drinking the alcohol and was very rude to the guest. The bridal suite was a hot-box and was so unbearable. My main complaint is the staff completely messed up the bridal party s song and my daughter s song as she came out with no music- the staff were actually laughing! I failed to see the humor in it! To the owner you should take note- when the cat is away the mice will play and yours had a ball. You should do a pop- up sometime just to see what your staff is up to.
