Called to hire part-time employee(s). Experienced complete incompetence in their inability to assist an employer. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes and transferred to 3 different people and still did not get basic questions answered. What a waste of time.

The schedule me a counselor appointment informed I had to go in person virtual was not an option even though I have no income to for gas money. I have been contacting my counselor via phone and email and no respond. It is sad how they suppose to be there to help and I get no response. Now I will have to go back in person just to get help. While other locations are responsive.

It is always so clean and organized the staff are really helpful. I also appreciate the fact that they acknowledge everyone who comes in and when they leave. I hear them when they greet returning customers and its comforting to hear because it shows they value their clients! For those who may feel unsure about something or feel hesitant about asking for help I personally feel they will be ready, willing and happy to help you the best way they can!

Jasmin Grant is an amazing representative! She always helps me with any problems I have with hhsc regarding my benefits. She helps me with job searching as well. Shes very informative and a great speaker! Its so stressful dealing with those problems on your own but Jasmin makes that all a breeze definitely an asset to the company!

Workforce Solutions helped my husband and I get out of a homeless situation by providing computers, printers and office supplies so that we could find jobs and an apartment. We are moving from a hotel to our very own apartment in the next 2 weeks! Staff is super pleasant and helpful. I never felt judged. Good job, Workforce Solutions!

I m pleased to say that I was so satisfied with customer service and politeness. I personally hadn t experienced such warmth in such place, as I entered Amanda and Jasmine made a difference they both made me feel comfortable and did everything to make sure if I needed anything.
