Horrible experience with staff. Invited for TikTok event and they lied about calling us to cancel. They watched us like hawks as if we would steal something and questioned why we were there as if we lied about getting an invite.

Venue gladly took a deposit citing they had Everything I would need. Was excited to throw my first Dallas show here. From then on, replies were violently slow (once every 4-7 days) and I quickly learned of what was not included through other past performers. Including but not limited to- No on sight security, no doorman, and no DJ. I brushed it off, thinking Id figure it out myself. I was then informed by a couple of eager fans that they were worried about going and were looking for refunds, as theyd seen multiple reviews of cars being broken into at this venue. An issue that was not brought up to me before payment (I dont blame them). Weeks after all of this, MORE fans had then informed me that the address on my flyer was incorrect, and that I had used their old location. I simply used the location that came up on google when I searched it. Despite seeing the flyer on socials and tags, the owner had not informed me of this mistake that could have ruined the show entirely due to poor, controllable SEO. I informed him of this issue and his response was not sure what to tell you Despite all of this, I did my best to continue planning and promoting the show, with weekly replies from the owner. Double, triple, even sometimes 5-6 texts before Id hear back over the course of multiple days. Unfortunately, my teams flights were cancelled around 30 hours before showtime, and our team was stranded in jersey. Without a refund from the airport we could not afford to book another flight and had to cancel the show. All in all, the owner gave a long, extrapolated reason why he couldnt give us our deposit back. The team and I are in jersey with no options and the owner is enjoying a hefty deposit for a 3 hour event that did not happen. Our entire team agrees, this might be one of the worst customer experiences weve had booking shows. Venues that value money over artist growth are one of the obstacles we still unfortunately face to this day.

Coolest new venue I ve been to in a minute! The people were dope, atmosphere is killer and the space is a decent size to where a lot of ppl would fit in! Bathrooms were like 3 stalls and 2 sinks. They have a room and a main room (that I went into) it was a bit pricey and idk if that varies but it was worth the price and I m so happy I found this place. People have dope artistic style and they have cool events that are unique and interesting! This place is awesome! Deff you haaave to go!!
