The fries lived up to their reputation, i.e., they were awful. The milkshake lived up to its reputation, i.e., it was delicious. The burger was oddly disappointing: from the sauce sinking into the bun and thus losing its flavor while sogging up the bun to the weird bitter flavor I cannot place.

The parking lot can be kind of a pain at this in n out, but just like almost every in n out Ive ever been to they make absolutely amazing food and this location is no exception. Ive gotten really into triple triple animal style protein style lately. Give it a shot. Its amazing. Parking: The parking can be a little hectic at this location and during busy times getting in the drive thru line can be a bit confusing

The service was very good and the food was hot and fresh. The burgers were built up perfectly with the onions, tomatoes and lettuce. It was not dry and the cheese was melted just right. Unfortunately, the burger patties were very thin and dry which let the burger down. The fries were a good portion but were slightly burnt, which we did not enjoy. This was our first In-N-Out experience.

I know there will be a lot of haters out there but you know if you are honest with yourself, they make a pretty darn good burger. The patties are always made fresh and always made consistently well, even when they are busy AF! The price for their top combo is still under $10, and for the most part you leave feeling pretty satisfied. I know they may not have the best fries for everyone, and that is a deal breaker, but they are fries made fresh, and they are not chemically made or enhanced, and Ill take that any day. They are not my favorite burger place, but def one of my top favorite places to get a good burger anywhere!! This location is not the best location, but they are the least busy compared to all the other ones in Austin and they maintain the food quality & service everyone expects of them.

Give me EVERYTHING I didn t ask for why don t you, In-N-Out, Cedar Park!! Sent my teen to pick this up and she should have checked but we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a hamburger with no tomato, and Coke no ice. As you can see from the pics, accuracy is not at all this restaurant s forte! Fries were also sparse and kind of undercooked. We have In-N-Out in CA all the time when visiting family and we ve yet to find any in TX that compare. But this location is just about as bad as they get!
