I was a little hesitant to visit after reading some negative reviews online. Glad I decided to come anyway. The food was excellent, we tried several different sauces and rubs--all excellent. The service was excellent too. The regulars and staff made us feel welcomed and greeted us as we walked in. The game was on several TVs. Mike was working the bar and served us at our table. The entire Wicked Wings team did a great job all around. I highly recommend Wicked Wings and we will be back.

Do not order from this place. The food is good, but our friend found a very long hair in her food. And that was after waiting over 70 minutes for our food. Ordered a pizza, only to find out they are out. This place is run by amateurs. Not sure how they are still in business. Probably wont be for long

Saw all the bad reviews before coming and thought I would give them a try. So we tried it out and sat outside. There was a couple outside telling us the service sucks and I had to agree. No one came outside and took our order. So just got up and left. Place doesnt deserve no stars. FTP

The bartender was super sweet. I give her full marks and have nothing but compliments for her As for the rest of the place, I cant really say. I walked in earlier today and there were all of 4 other people in there. I placed an order of 12 wings and onion rings. Over 30 minutes later*, I still hadnt seen my food. I asked the bartender about my food, she checked with the kitchen, and I was informed it would be a few more minutes. I decided to walk out, because its obvious whoever is in charge of the kitchen just doesnt care. An average wing will cook from frozen to done in 15 minutes if your oil is 375 F. There are absolutely no excuses for that kind of delay when there was only one order in front of me I was in the area because someone strongly recommended the pho place nearby, but I didnt know theyre closed on Wednesday. Wicked Wings had the opportunity to earn some unexpected business, but instead decided to let out a wet fart.

I can t say enough good things about this place. They nailed wing bar. I have talked to some people in the area. That ate here in the beginning. They were not impressed. I tell them give it another try they have turned a corner. If you like crispy fries. Ask them to fry yours for 8 minutes.

I really wanted to like this place as the service and atmosphere gave me really good vibes, but the meal was subpar to put it mildly.the wings that I had ordered were bland and everything else was burnt to the point of being inedible. Disappointed in this place. Took forever to get our food. I got my sandwich then it took 20 minutes for my sister and her boyfriend to get theirs. Empty glasses were never picked up from our table until we requested them to be. My daughter ordered a burger with tater tots, it was brought out with fries instead. When I asked the server for the tater tots, she said she would have to charge me for it since my daughter had already ate a few of the fries (she s 5). If you spend more than $100, they charge you a service fee that does not go to the server as a tip.

Wings were great I recommend the spicy Lemon pepper, this place puts a great amount of seasoning on their wings which just means a greater flavor. The only reason I put 4 stars was because of the slot machines in the back but thats just personal opinion.

The young lady that helped me was great and pretty much the reason Im giving 3 stars. I absolutely dislike that the website has only a call in option to order ahead of time, which means nothing since when you call, it doesnt ring to the restaurant. On this particular day I was using my lunch break to take lunch to my grandkid at school. Because I wasnt able to pre-order and it took almost 30 minutes to get my order I was late dropping food off and late getting back from lunch. I did get feedback from grand that the wings were good, so there is that. Definitely not a place to go if you are in a hurry and bar atmosphere so wouldnt take the littles there to eat. Kid-friendliness: Wouldnt call this family/kid friendly

Furious with the service here. Phone doesn t work so had to go in to place my to go order. Got ignored by the bartender until another waitress came to help me. She was very nice the whole time. I drop $40 for 24 wings with a 30 minute wait time. After the time, I came home to enjoy these gold encrusted wings with the premium price, only to discover there s only half the order. Now I m out my money since their phones don t work, nor their FB and their chat takes 6 hours to respond. I have a newborn so I can t just get up and go back and wait yet another 30 minutes to get new wings. Very frustrated and won t be returning until I get a refund or a manager reaches out to me.

When here looking for some wings other than the chain stores and boy did I wait forever. Not sure if its because nobody wants to work these days but it seem like there was a one-man band in the back cooking. The wings were good and the fry portion was minimal. It did give me a free beer as I asked for a complimentary due to the amount of time I had to wait but I dont think Id recommend this place to anyone. Plus it didnt smell very good in there.

My fiance chose this place for his birthday. Never disappointed food and service has always been good. Until lastnight. We walk in and sit at the bar. It doesnt look too busy. We order drinks and get a menu. Sat their for about 15 minutes after receiving our drinks and was waiting to place our order. Another couple walked in and sat at the bar across from us. The waitress never came back to us to take our order. She did help the other couple right away with drinks and their food order. My fiance was done with his drink and still waiting to order. We ended up just walking out. Looked like the waitress was picking and choosing to serve certain people. The reason why I say that is because a group of people walked in and sat at a table. She yelled at the woman who was cooking saying that she needed help and told her that she couldnt serve that group. Thats just sad that they lose business due to the waitress not wanting to serve everyone. SMH

We wanted to give this place a try since only other wing place in kyle was ok. Took more then a little bit to get our order even with fact that nobody else was ordering at the time. Wings themselves just were doused in sauce. My favorite is garlic parm..not sure why they decided to just pour a yellow tangy sauce over the wings but definitely not want we were expecting. We had asked to have comped since we took a bite each and decided not for us. Management wouldnt even comp. They offered to give us half off the price of the wings OR resauce them.. not sure what resourcing entails but was not wanting the same wings washed off and just new sauce on top. The bartender was super nice and apologetic but yeah..wont be going back there

Tasteless wings! Literally no sauce on these supposed hot wings. Instead of buffalo(mildX) I got hot because I like them actually hot, not burn my tongue. This was so weak I could feed it to a baby. Bartender Jessica is great! The manager sits at the bar drinking while the rest of the business just falls apart. For instance the mens restroom was clogged they just hung a out of order sign when a plunger would have done the job. The picture of their buffalo chicken sandwich looked like a chicken breast on door dash (I picked up my order tho so it shouldn t have been cold and soggy), but then got this? Maybe rename it chicken po boy? The chicken (nuggets?) was bone DRY, but drowning it in ranch makes everything edible. Everything was seasoned well. Last night 4/3/2023 we went to grab a bite to eat at this place. We grabbed a menu from the girl that was bartending and went and sat outside. We waited for the bartender to come out but she never did. We could see her talking to the people sitting at the bar. I walked in to use the bathroom and on my way back I told her we were outside waiting to get served. She was rude and said oh ok, Ill be out in a bit. Well 30 minutes pass and still waiting. We could see her standing at the bar and talking to the same people. She finally comes out and takes our drink and food order 20 minutes after I told her we had been waiting. Again another 30 minutes pass and a guy that had been sitting comes out with our drinks. 30 minutes pass and during this time, the bartender left the bar following some guy that had been at the bar and they seemed to be arguing. She follows him to the parking lot arguing and then a few minutes later comes back in. Still no food. We look inside again and she is just standing at the bar. So we finally get up go tell her we are leaving because at this point we are going on 2 hours waiting. She seemed to be crying and says ok. This was the worst experience Ive had at this place since I started going there. There are a few people that have been there and have great customer service. Never had an issue with the girl or guy bartenders in the past at this place. This was the first time Id seen this bartender. Not sure what was going on but it was an awful experience, it was 10pm by the time we left and ended up having to go grab Whataburger because everything else was closed.

The kitchen at this place is incredibly.slow. An order of two six piece wings to go......over an hour and 15 min waiting for them. Like one of the earlier reviewers, saw staff coming out of the kitchen, and sitting at the bar, while plenty of people still waiting on order. And then the waiter/bartender was not even remotely apologetic about.the insane wait. Shrugged off my question with theyre behind. This is more a bar with a kitchen in the back, instead of a restaurant.

Have come here before trying to watch an NFL game that is not local, they dont have Sunday Tikket, so its not usually a possibility...but the management did steer me to a bar that could accommodate my needs. However, this particular day I finally did stop in to watch a college game. The sound was muted and controlled by the bartender who switched songs at her leisure, mid-song, whenever...not too business-like. She initially was attentive and courteous. I had an awkward encounter with an acquaintance halfway through my visit, totally not my fault, and her attitude completely switched on me. No more attention, only attempts at getting me to leave. Mind you the bar was only occupied by a handful of people at any given time and toward the end was completely empty. Nevertheless, she hastened my departure. I had enough of the game, and her short attitude toward me. I left. Im sure your experience might be better. But I doubt Id take the time to find out if she is the server again.

Kicking myself that Ive never eaten here until today! Ive been missing out! I was craving a Philly and looked up to see restaurants in town that serve them and stumbled upon this place. Awesome service. The manager was there and gave us top notch service and explained to us each wing option we asked about. The wicked sauce is truly wicked, so you have been warned. Make sure to grab the fried pickles as well. We were really surprised how big the boneless wings are, they were actually cubed chicken breast pieces. Food takes a bit to come out, but youll understand why...its made to order and not frozen which makes the wait well worth it. Well done Wicked Wings.

I came into wicked wings today to meet with some friends. I walked in the door and was instantly greeted with a welcoming hello by a gentlemen named Steven. The whole time I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere was good and the conversation even better. I have eaten here a few times and the bartender Cierra is by far the best! She is fast and always makes the best drinks. She doesnt mind making specifications and is also super sexy with great style! The wings we had were boneless, quite hot(temp.wise), succulent and delicious. They were really ckn not some compressed breaded thing. The variety of sauces were hard to choose,there were so many that all sounded good. So, we will be back to check those out. They, also, serve burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Something for everybody.

The food was descent but the customer service was horrible. I would rate it lower but there isnt anything less than one star. When I go out to eat I expect to have my order taken at my table. I realize this is a small business but when you have to go to the bar to order your drinks, go to the bar to pickup your drinks, go to the bar to order your food, then go to the bar to get your tab.......thats a little much! Wont be returning.

Service was horrible the girl running bar was more focused on getting drunk with her friends that were there(huge party) than taking peoples orders. She didn t pay attention to anyone BUT her friends I was constantly asking for a drink or where my food was. When you re working you SHOULD NOT be drinking on the job but they seemed like it was ok to do. This small restaurant/bar should not be open in my opinion!!

Second time I went there and waited an hour to only be told my food had not been started. If you want to be served sit at the bar because a couple arrived 30 minutes after and had appetizers and drinks. When my wife and I arrived one couple was eating and another was waiting for their food. There was no one else in front of us.

Stopped in for lunch today and was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, the boneless wings were HUGE and the bartender Ashely was great. She was friendly, attentive and even got me a to-go cup of soda without me even having to ask for it. The extra effort wasnt lost on me and was very much appreciated. We ordered food to go. I sent my husband to pick it up. We were SHOCKED that NOT ONE person in there had a mask on! Staff and customers were all unmasked. During the pandemic, I cant believe how careless they are being. It makes for a very awkward encounter as a customer coming in to pick up food. Although we do enjoy their wings, we will not be back until we are assured they are taking the necessary precautions. I wish we could support this local business but it simply isnt worth the covid risk.

I was excited to eat here with family and no wait. However, they failed to tell us they were working with only 2 fryers so technically we were waiting. We had to cancel our order after waiting close to 30 minutes and then being told there were still 2 orders ahead of us. Lets have open, honest and full wait details in the beginning to offer better customer service.

Ordered food for pick up on grubhub got notification that order had been recieved and would be ready at certain time. Showed up to pick up order and the girl said she had no experience with the service and that she didnt know how to fill order. Really?...how about you figure it out and put the order in. She told me to go to the southpark meadows location. No attempt to fill the order in house they were not busy. I will just order from Wing Stop in the future.

We went for lunch and it was very dirty, flies, still smelled like the alcohol from the night before, floor was super sticky that my sandles stuck to floor several times and the fountain drinks were not were not working. Everything including tea was watered down. Weve been there 3 times before but after this experience probably will not be going back.

The food was great! We had a lettuce wrapped Philly melt and a lettuce wrapped burger. They did forget our salads, but they corrected that problem immediately. On the other hand, the facilities were not clean and the service was awfully slow. The only server was also the bar tender. We walked in and three tables were open, but dirty with plates and bottles. The restroom was also very dirty and one of the restaurant chairs was in the women s restroom(?). We ended up ordering to-go after waiting 20 minutes without service. Once our order was in we waited another 30 minutes on our food before we had to go inside and ask about our food. We asked if the food was ready or how much longer until it was ready, and the bartender acknowledged the question and then continued to have a conversation with a patron at the bar for a couple minutes (while we stood at the bar waiting) before going to the kitchen to check. The restaurant itself was small with large TVs on every wall like any sports bar would. Outdoor seating available. Not a pleasant experience.

If I could give no stars I would . Terrible service !!! Went to have a few drinks , the vibe was good . But the 2 bartenders were drunks or on drugs . Kept leaving the bar unattended with a purse for like 10 min at a time . . . She asked us if we wanted anymore drinks and we said no . 2 minutes later we tried asking for the check and her response was I asked you if you needed anything else , you have to wait so rude . And they brought my sister the wrong appetizer and her response was thats above my pay grade and she walked away ..didnt do anything about it . My sister had to go up to the lady passing the food out to say something because they didnt acknowledge anything !!! Worst service I have ever had !!!!

This place is by far the worst place to come to to enjoy a few beers. First of all they had 6 tables empty inside but every one of them were dirty with old beer glasses and food. So we cleaned our own table to sit down then had to go to the bar to order a beer because no one acknowledged we were there. Then we ordered 4 beers and they kept the $6 change. When we asked for the change so we could order more beer they declined to serve us. Looked like the bartenders were high or drunk one of the two. Disappeared several times for over 10 minutes at a time with the bar unattended. Don t waste your time going to this place. As a business owner myself, I d never trust that crew alone if my life depended on it.

1st time eating here. I placed a to-go order. Ashley was nice. However, the food was over cooked and seemed to have been fried in old oil. I ordered fried buffalo shrimp w/fries, tenders w/fries, and a philly w/sweet potato fries. The bread on the philly was burnt (the burnt taste was very evident with each bite), the sweet potato fries and shrimp tasted like they were fried in old oil. On the flip side, my son enjoyed the tenders and his fries even though the appearance also looked like they were fried in old oil.

So the woman who took my order was nice and tried to answer my question which I appreciate but she was new as well. The reason I am giving two stars is for the food. I ordered the sampler, it looks as though everything was fried a little too long and I have one question.
