I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Complete Weddings. The wedding coordinator was unorganized and failed to manage crucial aspects of our special day. The song I walked down the aisle to had already been playing for a minute before I even started walking. There was no communication between the coordinator, our caterer, and the DJ regarding the cake cutting, which led to our guests missing out on this important moment. The coordinator left an hour early, leaving us to announce and serve our own cake. To make matters worse, Complete Weddings informed me there would be no compensation for the $1000 cake, which feels like money down the drain. As a bride, I should not have to handle these responsibilities on my own. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will never recommend this place to a friend because my day was messed up so badly, and they can t even take responsibility for their mistakes.The only reason I would give 3 stars is because of the photographer Dwayne. He was great!

I got married on October 7, 2023. My experience with Carter was amazing and the reason I chose them. Had I know things would have gone downhill after that, I would have paid more money to go with someone else. I am grateful for the handful of photos that came out decent but the photographer videographers work was very disappointing for what we paid for. I had to demand all of the raw footage since they told me I was only approved for 100prints per hour and was not anywhere in my contact that stated that, I only caught this because I was missing photos with my mother and I knew photos were taken with her. We paid by the hour, not by prints. The USB we got were two copies and both have the same things on it when I reported it to Leo he tried to make me feel dumb like if I was not utilizing the USB correctly and that it shouldn t be this complicated. Our bridal party photos were an embarrassment. The sun and shade is on everyone s face so there is no clarity. Let s just say I am going to take the photos I have to another company to see if an expert can somewhat bring these memories back to life a bit. A wedding is an important day! My advice to future newlyweds, make sure you find someone who will organize a timeline for you so you don t miss any special moments!! Both the photographer and Videographer asked me to do a timeline for them but I was a busy bride I didn t have time to do that, I paid for a vendor to take a load of stress off my plate not add onto it. Sucks we only get married one time and out of all the vendors I chose this one was the worst.

Matt was perfect for our corporate Casino Night party. Everyone enjoyed his selection of music, his enthusiasm and energy, and his assistance in giving out raffle prizes throughout the evening. His booth looked nice and professional; the multi-color lights were perfect. Jon at Complete Wedding and Events was easy to work with and provided great suggestions during the planning process. I appreciate the prompt communication and response from Jon and his team.

We found complete at a bridal show in Dallas. Our DJ Joseph did an average job at our wedding. He was very nice but we had a few issues. Communication was terrible. We weren t getting any responses from him a week before the wedding. We reached out to Ron his superior. He assured me he would handle it and get back to me and he never did. Communication is extremely important to me so we wouldnt use complete again. We also purchased a fog machine through complete for our first and last dance. It was the worst fog machine I ve ever seen. There is no fog in our wedding pictures. It was a waste of money for sure. Joseph was also late for set up on our wedding day which is completely unacceptable. But the worst part is i asked Him multiple times to announce that we were having an unplugged ceremony. I told Him how important it was to me that no one had phones out. Unfortunately he never made the announcement and everyone had a phone out recording and taking pictures as i was walking down the aisle. So again i would not recommend this DJ or company.

I really LOVE Complete Wedding + Events!! They helped to bring my wedding up to the next level. My DJ Matt is the best! I had so many guests and friends reached out to me saying how much they enjoyed the wedding and how awesome Matt was. He created a magic atmosphere that everyone was attracted to the dance floor and enjoyed themselves. Matt is also very caring. He made sure we had what we need and stay with our timeline. He really went above and beyond. Its a unforgettable night and the surprise Matt prepared for me was a blast. My gratitude to Matt is beyond words can express. We love you, Matt! The team we hired was all professional and knowledgeable of their expertise. Photographer directed us as needed, DJ taught the guest some new line dances, videographer captured every detail, and our wedding coordinator executed our wedding plan flawlessly. We had a few issues with vendors we hired for catering and linens on our wedding day, our wedding planner was able to remove that stress and handled everything. What we liked the most about the service was the convenience to package DJ, photographer, video, and wedding coordinator and my a great price. We were provided a biography of each person and selected the individual that seemed to fit us. My wedding turned out to be the BEST DAY EVER because Complete Wedding staff along with our wedding coordinator, Mel, executed everything as expected or better. We booked our videographer through complete and I do not regret it! I haven t received the edited video yet since our wedding was just this weekend, but our experience with our videographer was great. He was very proactive and engaged with our day, he got the moments I missed and all of the moments I could have wished for that I didn t! I m so excited to get the final product but based on my experience thus far I would highly recommend booking with complete for videography!

We used the company for DJ services. I wish I could rate the service provide by DJ Joseph Odom higher as he was the best. He made each person that attended our wedding feel special. He also paid close attention to the guest to determine if everyone was enjoying the music. The situation that made appreciate the DJ the most was his eagerness to ensure the day was special for my partner and I. Our photographer and videographer had to leave early so our last dance was not recorded, so he volunteered to record the last dance. If you are in doubt about using Complete Weddings, there is no need to be. I highly recommend you go with DJ Odom.

Overall, both my husband and I are very disappointed our experience. We booked 15 months out and a majority of what we were promised was not followed through on. We were not able to work with the photographer and videographer we originally chose due to the mis-communication and staff turn over. I actually had to reach out 20 days before our wedding to confirm the videographer (which was not assigned to us at that time). I expressed concern with lighting because I didn t want me or my husband to look washed out in photos. Each person I spoke to assured me that wouldn t be an issue and unfortunately many of our final photos are dark and poor quality (half of them were not even edited). Not to mention we I had to follow up on four separate occasions to get our final photos, which came 40 days after our wedding and we re not even edited by our original photographer. Again, it s very obvious they were thrown together and many of them are dark, have not been edited, and are overall poor quality. This is our one special day snd it s honestly heartbreaking that it was not able to be captured the way we had hoped. The DJ was a great DJ but an awful MC. He was not prepared, and did not follow the schedule we gave him. He pronounced multiple peoples name wrong and forgot people in our wedding party (I provided phonetic spelling of each persons name and a detailed schedule). Not to mention he put our last dance song on his phone (instead of play it from his computer) and his phone rang half way through our last dance and interrupted the whole moment. The videographer was average and I appreciated his flexibility the day of. However, I have not heard from him since the wedding (it s been 40 days) and I ve emailed and called multiple times. Not sure what our video looks like and we were mot able to weigh in on anything that we wanted to see in the video or describe our overall vision to him at all. Our events specialist (Karter) was great and very responsive. She was very thoughtful and prepared through our whole wedding, and even waited at the end after our last dance to get a photo for our book. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of Karter. While I appreciated Ron s efforts (the owner), he often gave excuses and wasn t willing to address any of the actually issues (just provided a lot of short term solutions). Overall, communication was lacking from almost everyone we interacted with. We spent over $6,000 on a package with this company and we were overall disappointed. We felt exploited and disrespected on multiple occasions during our working relationship with both the company and their contractors. We got married later in life and waited our whole lives for this day. I, unfortunately, have a lot of negative memories associated with all the issues we had with this company that do put a damper on my overall wedding day. This day is not something that can be replicated and I wish that Ron and all of the team would have been more thoughtful. We paid early and provided all information requested but still were not given what we were promised (not what was outlined in our agreement). Unfortunately, I would not recommend and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau as we continue to work through the impact of all of these issues because the owner has been less than helpful.

The DJ Matt May was amazing! He had all of our guest engaged and kept the flow of the whole night rolling. Everyone one of our guest enjoyed he s enthusiasm and charisma. Not sure but pretty positive that he may have run out of business cards to pass out because It seemed like everyone was asking for one. Music flowed great and teaching everyone to dance was a huge success!

DJ Melissa Boswell, Top notch is all I can say. Being a wedding coordinator, I have done many weddings and you blew it out of the park. During the wedding ceremony, the music was always timed perfectly. After the wedding ceremony was over, I left the rest of the reception over to you and you did not disappoint! Your charisma, timing, and music was spot on all night. We received many compliments all night on your talents and charm. You even got the groom to loosen up and perform!! Can t thank you enough on how smooth everything went and how you made everyone be involved in all the festivities. You were able to identify what type of people this wedding group was and ran with it. Not once did I need to remind you of anything. So to say the least, your attention to detail was on point all evening and for that I couldn t be more grateful!! You were present at all times and JOB WELL DONE!!! We hired Complete Weddings + Events for our DJ service at our wedding on 4/30/2022, and while I so, so, SO wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review, the day of our wedding, we werent as thrilled as we were hoping to be. I was in touch with Ron for the majority of the time leading up to our wedding, and he was so kind, helpful and VERY patient with me and all of my questions that I had! I want to reiterate that Ron was awesome to work with, and I cannot recommend him enough! However, our shortcomings are with the assigned DJ we had. I wasnt sure if I should even leave a review or not, because everything else was great. I dont mean to be malicious in any way, so I wont even mention our DJs name here, but all-in-all, we just didnt click with him like we had hoped. Its a bummer, because I so wanted to look back on my wedding day and love every part of it, but the assigned DJ seemed overly confident, pushy, and annoyed with the wedding party. We had a day-of coordinator who was present and was in the background running things, but the DJ repeatedly kept coming to me (the bride) to keep things moving, instead of our coordinator like he was suppose to. There were some things that did go well though: for example our ceremony went really well, and the music we had selected was perfectly timed. Lots of the reception songs we requested beforehand were played, and a lot of our guests had a great time in the end. Unfortunately, its those negative things mentioned above that I and my whole wedding party remember when weve discussed how the day went. I would ABSOLUTELY use Complete Events again for our DJ if I could redo my wedding, but I would hope to have to have more of a say in which DJ we get assigned.

Everything ran super smooth and we couldnt be happier with our experience with them! Matt is a fantastic DJ and so much fun. Michelle ran an awesome photobooth that everyone enjoyed. Lexi was a very self sufficient photographer who helped us a lot with the photo process since we werent very sure what all we wanted.

This review is LONG overdue due to the wife and I being RNs but I just wanted to acknowledge that Erica, Brian, and Adrian were a blessing in disguise. They literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make mine and Zehra s wedding stress-free (as possible). They deserve more credit they already get. Erica literally took over in multiple roles and made sure the wedding went as smooth as possible. We didn t even know there were issues until after the ceremonies because Erica had already taken care of it. She s such a genuine, hard working, unbelievably down to earth person who we cannot stop praising!! Now, desi weddings are usually 3 days full of ceremonies. This was Erica, Adrian, and Brian s first time handling this event and they did not disappoint. Adrian and Brian stayed up late and constantly came up with ideas so we got the best experience as possible. They were patient, kind, and some of the sneak peeks we got to look out were MIND-BLOWING. These guys did not shy when it came to capturing every single moment even when Zehra and I couldn t. These two are the best duo and I am incredibly happy that I chose Complete Weddings + Events! These three are the dream team! Will adapt and make whatever happen in order to make mine and Zehra s wedding dreams come true!!! Highly recommend these three!!

Our wedding last night was a blast!!! We hired Complete Weddings for the DJ. It was a multi-cultural wedding. American / Palestinian / Puerto Rican in Rockwall, Texas. So you really don t know what to expect. The DJ assigned to us was Matt May, and he was more of an event host than just a DJ. He helped us organize the timeline ahead of time, and he also led the audience and the party from start to finish. Talking to the audience, managing shows and segments, leading group dances, and keeping people engaged and entertained. Matt May with Complete Weddings + Events is the BEST! I met him originally at a open house, and knew immediately that he was good at his job - I was ready to dance and party right then, his energy was contagious! He was the DJ at our wedding and was quick to reply and communicate, made the entire ceremony seamless, and when we got to the reception, he got the party started better than I would have thought possible - I have never seen a DJ who could get the entire party out on the dance floor but he succeeded within minutes of our party beginning, AND KEPT THE ENERGY GOING THE ENTIRE TIME! I was amazed, impressed, grateful, and will forever recommend him as bar none the best. As for the photo booth the setup was gorgeous, it was fun, engaging, the props were on point, and every guest raved about how much fun they had. We especially enjoyed getting a book of all of the photos taken that night of our guests, and will forever treasure it. Thank you for making our wedding perfect and memorable - you are simply the best.

We had Andrew as our DJ and Whitney as our videographer. Ron, the owner, was so easy and accompanying to work with. He made planning so much easier. Before the wedding we got assigned Andrew and Whitney. Andrew was so fun and caring. He really got the crowd going, and was very attentive to how I was feeling as the bride. We planned wedding in month and half and through out this jurney the team was great help even for planning our ceremony and schedule. He was very helpful when we needed to make announcements and over all there to lend a hand. Patricia was our photo booth operator and was great as well! I worked with Complete to plan my companys Christmas party. We used Complete for a DJ and photo booth and Im happy to say they exceeded my expectations! My main contact Ron was very responsive and helpful. Lindsay with the photo booth did a great job with our photo strip background. Our on site representatives (DJ & Photo booth attendant) did a great job. They kept the party lively and the PB attendant was relentless in fixing our printer when it malfunctioned. I appreciated that rather than just the Oh Sorry, we can mail them to you later or some other excuse. He also adjusted the resolution of the photos with no complaint when I thought they were coming out a bit blue at first. In short, I would absolutely recommend Completes services to anyone in need and I will be using them again in the future.

We found COMPLETE via The Knot. It was a hard decision to feel comfortable with DJs and then we discussed our wedding with Melissa for over an hour and were at ease. We booked and paid them our deposit. 3 months before our wedding, Melissa reached out and said she was no longer available due to a work trip. (This seemed odd considering she booked herself for our wedding and we were on the same page that we booked because of HER being out DJ.) She provided us with 2 backup options, neither were remotely comparable to her services. This was really frustrating considering that we werent going to get a picked DJ and now were being forced to pick between 2 that really werent our style or taste. After advising Melissa that we didnt want to move forward with the DJ we hadnt selected and to cancel our contract and refund the deposit, she said within our hour that now all of a sudden she re-worked her trip and is able to be our DJ. This seemed really odd considering that if she could have done this all along..... why would she have gone through those lengths to get out of being our DJ? Regardless, it was a wash and we didnt feel like we could trust them to even show up on our big day. I requested that they cancel the contract and refund our deposit - they refused to refund the deposit. The situation was terribly mishandled and left a Bride without a DJ and her deposit. Bad way of doing business and hope this saves brides from the mistake that I made by entering a contractual relationship with COMPLETE.

No lie there was a part of our reception that I had no idea what was going to happen (it was a tradition from my husbands side of the family) and Alvin just rolled with it and it was great! It was a great experience working with Mel and our wedding DJ Alex. Mel made sure everything leading up to the wedding was going smoothly, which great while planning. Alex was great, and took in all our requests for music and reception games. Our wedding incorporated both my American music and my husband s Arabic music. Alex did great transitioning between the two and made it smooth. He was very engaging with the crowd and constantly made sure all was good throughout the evening.

Were overall happy with the services booked through Complete. Engagement photographer- Gynisse Turner Wedding lead photographer- Steve Spencer Wedding second photographer- Morgan Henderson DJ and Uplighting- Joseph Odom Open air photo booth- Greg Pauley Confirming the wedding photographer was our biggest issue. About one month before the wedding, we were told that the photographer we requested over a year prior was actually never available, even though we received email confirmation months prior that he was assigned to us. The recently promoted General Manager took over communication with us and assigned a new wedding photographer. Having two points of contact (Sales Director and GM) for initial communication probably led to the misunderstanding. We met all photographers the day of shooting, but they were readily available to talk beforehand by phone or email. GYNISSE was professional and kind. We ended up with some really great engagement photos. STEVE and MORGAN were always present, but never in the way in shooting our wedding. They were very professional, kind, and patient with our families. We love our wedding photos. JOSEPH has a great personality and our guests were never bored. We met about a month before the wedding to discuss the schedule and song choices since he was our ceremony DJ and reception MC. He was professional in addressing the few issues that came up. We would recommend a final review of the schedule and expectations with him before your wedding. GREG reached out to us about 2 weeks before the wedding to introduce himself and see if we had any concerns. Our guests enjoyed the photo booth and interactive attendants.

So my experience with Complete was kind of a mixed bag. From an individual contractor perspective, i.e. our actual photographers, videographer & DJ, I have nothing but good things to say. However, I had to take stars away when it came to dealing with management, as we had a few mishaps. But first, Id like to shout out our top-notch individual vendors: Our photographers Laura & Gynisse were great. They werent intrusive at all, listened to what we wanted and were just generally friendly, flexible & easy to work with. Laura absolutely went above and beyond the role of a photographer, and was literally the one helping me change out of my heels and into sneakers after the wedding ceremony and appearing by my side with a fresh drink whenever my glass was empty. She was awesome. As far as music is concerned, we had a last minute DJ switch due to our original assigned DJ having a medical emergency the day of the wedding (get well soon Rob!), so that was a bit crazy. Complete responded as well as anyone could in that kind of unpredictable situation, so I take no issue with the way that unfolded. Greg our videographer was a pleasure! He had great vision and would explain his ideas to us to make sure we were on board. He also showed me some of the footage hed gotten throughout the night which was super fun. Hes been great at communicating post-wedding and allowing us to have input while he completes the editing process. Ultimately we were pleased with our final videos. Unfortunately, working with management is where things kind of fell apart. There were some major issues with communication, which made hammering out the details pretty frustrating. Months before the wedding I emailed the director of sales/marketing about my preference in photographer. He responded and let me know that my first choice had been assigned to our wedding and that was that. About a month before the wedding I sent her a quick message to introduce myself and let her know that I was excited to be working with her. In her very cordial response she informed me that she would not be shooting my wedding because she no longer worked for Complete and hadnt for months. Nobody had said anything to me about this. I had my wedding planner contact Complete, and they said they had only found out about this photographers departure that very morning, which just felt odd to me since she said she hadnt worked for them in months. I had also requested a videographer from the start of my working with Complete, to the point where he was written into the contract. A month before the wedding, I get an email from a gentlemen that Id never spoken to before introducing himself as the videographer assigned to my event. Followed up with Complete and they let us know at that point that the videographer I requested had been promoted and no longer shot video at weddings. Great! But again, I got absolutely no communication from them when this change first went into effect. It was not great. When you have a company that is involved in so many different wedding categories (photography, videography, DJs, lighting & photo booths) and has so many moving parts and employees, clear and open communication is IMPERATIVE. This is an area where Complete was tremendously lacking, and it really put a damper on the whole experience, especially when the actual employees rendering services were stellar. I wouldnt go so far as to advise anyone against choosing this vendor for their big day, but I will say that if you do, really do your due diligence. Go over your contracts very carefully and check in with your contacts regularly to make sure things are still going according to plan because its unlikely that theyll come to you first.

We had DJ Joseph for my wedding reception and goodness, he was really on top of his game! My wife wanted to make sure there were no profanities in the songs, DJ Joseph made sure of that by editing parts of all the songs he played. The flow of the music was amazing and I had so much fun. in my experience, wedding dance floor is an awkward beast that refuses to be fun, and most other weddings had dance floors that were empty and incredibly boring. I had fears that my wedding would meet the same fate, but I was glad that my wedding reception was the most fun I ever had at a party/function/reception. I highly recommend Complete wedding and especially DJ Joseph!

We cant stop talking about how amazing everything turned out. Our guests keep telling us how much they enjoyed the whole thing, ceremony right through to the last dance and our exit. Kyle and I are over-the-moon thrilled with everything about Complete Weddings + Events. The communication beforehand, the attention to details and their dedication to making the wedding reflective of the bride and grooms vision, the way the worked together seemlessly to keep the night running without interruption. Matt, Bryant and our photo booth team were hands down the best people we could have asked for. Bryant has already sent over a few of the photos, and the man is magic. He was committed to capturing the memories, and he wasnt afraid to pull us away for just a moment to make it happen. Matt the phenomenal DJ knew how to get things moving, how to slow it down, how to revv it back up again. He was a marionette master and we were happy to dance to his awesome tune. Our photo booth topped the night - going so far as to trust some questionable guests with the props on the dance floor. Our copies of the photos were glued into our guest book, and our guests left a note to go with the crazy photo strips they came up with. We recommend this crew a 1000 times over. Our night was perfect, magical, and they were a very large part of what made it so.

We decided to use Complete wedding for our lighting, DJ, and photobooth for our wedding. In the beginning, Ben was very easy to get a hold of when we needed questions answered to make sure we were making a good decision before allowing Complete wedding to take over a good part of our entertainment. I believe he did an excellent job answering our questions and concerns. However, it became frustrating as a bride, when after we paid everything in full communication became more sparse and at moments leaving us unsure if we would be able to rely on them to follow through on our wedding day. Often times I would have to send multiple emails (several days apart) just to get one of the questions answer. Compared to the other vendors we were working with everything seemed to be more lackadaisical and unorganized. Last minute, Ben planned a meeting with our DJ, Joseph, who ended up doing a wonderful job, given that we gave him a full playlist of foreign music that was not in his library, but he was able to pull through and have it ready. Just not the most ideal thing for a bride to have to worry about and have to go to a meeting that late in the game. As for the lighting, we were given conflicting information from two staff workers as to what colors we could have. However, despite emails to make sure if they are still doing our wedding secondary to lack of communication for all of our paid services. I was only contacted 4 days before my wedding day to be asked what colors I wanted, and to be told that they could not do the desired color that I was previously informed that they have the program to do anything. Just seemed like since the money was in there was no need to try. Again, not something the bride wants to deal with 3 days before her wedding. Thankfully, the day of the alternate colors turned out fine. As for the photobooth, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The colors on all the pictures were dark, pictures were unclear, small photobooth (although we pain for an open concept photobooth. I have emails if needed), and the photos seemed to be taken from an old pixelated camera and just thrown into a photobooth. Was not pleased.

Complete was the most disappointing vendor of our wedding, by far. (April 29th, 2017) Our DJ Matt May (whom we met with in person prior to our wedding to go over what we wanted/what we absolutely did NOT want), not only didnt do what we wanted, he in fact did the opposite of what we told him we wanted. For example, we gave him exact times to fade out our first dance/father-daughter/mother-son songs, and he let the song just go until the end, leaving us with awkwardly long dances that we did not want. Also, I made it ABUNDANTLY clear to him that we didnt want anything fun (as he called it), such as icebreaker dances and games.. well, wouldnt you know, as soon as my husband and I finished our first dance and sat down, he made an announcement that each table was to take turns singing a song aloud with the word love in it, and each time the word love was sang, we had to kiss. We were on a timeline for a plated dinner and I was MORTIFIED. Thankfully my wedding planner was able to shut it down after 2 songs, but I was so embarrassed. What made him think this was okay?!? It was like he wanted to be the center of attention all night. He also split the dance floor at one point with guys on one side, girls on another, and had people dance down the middle, Grease (the movie) Style. He did not play any country songs besides one line dance song (we requested some George strait and some Texas country so our two-steppers could have some fun), and his idea of throwbacks were spice girls and Backstreet Boys. He also ignored multiple requests made by my father (FOB) and husband (groom) for a certain Michael Jackson song, which I just dont understand. As far as videography is concerned, again, we were disappointed. We only had one shooter at the event (should have had two, but no one told us that, so...) but she did a great job shooting considering she was alone. The editing however, was a different story. I was told it would take 8-12 weeks, and 6 months later, I still had nothing. I reached out (over and over) and finally got an email saying he was working on the edits tonight and I think he literally did all of his editing in a time frame of about 2 hours. It looked like a college kids first attempt at ever editing a video. Maybe high school. Poor, choppy transitions, the worst moments were chosen to showcase (awkward parts of speeches, non synched dance moves from the funniest choreographed dance by groom and his mom, etc.) and songs that just didnt make sense. It was SO BAD. I finally got in touch with Bryant, who was nice enough to listen to my complaints, and he put together a video that in the end, was acceptable. Photo booth was fine. No complaints, no praises. There was no attempt to remedy the situation other than a thats never happened before, were sorry.. very disappointing customer service. Bottom line: I trusted my wedding planners recommendation for this vendor, as I was new to the Dallas area and didnt know much. I will admit that I didnt do my homework and signed the contract based on pricing. MY MISTAKE. Could not recommend this company to any couple with a clear conscience.

I really need to start this off by saying that it pains me to leave such a bad review for a company that seemed on the surface so great and understanding. While at a bridal expo I met the people from this company and they really sold it to me. I liked their personalities and I felt that what they offered price wise was great. Once I started interacting with them, things were even better. I got along wonderfully with the photographer during our meet up, the DJ not so much, but I chalked that up to a difference in personality and my inability to be prepared for anything. That being said, I understand that things happen in life and I applaud the company for acting quickly to the curve balls thrown at them (not my curve ball just one of life). But, and this is a big but, during the wedding I will say that I was less than happy. I will break this up and review each thing separately since this company/package was for a DJ/Photographer/Photo booth/prints/book Sadly out DJ had a personal emergency and I was given a different DJ that I had not met with. I did however speak to him on the phone, he assured me he had all the notes from our previous DJ and I had planned to send an email with the remaining songs needed. Our previous DJ had our walk through that we discussed, when songs were to be played, length of songs when dancing (father/daughter, mother/son) and so forth. The new DJ seemed amazing and I was ready to enjoy my day. My first issue was that apparently our DJ did NOT have our timeline, he played our exit music during our ceremony by mistake (accidents happen that is the least of my issues), The DJ also didnt announce our wedding party. My family, my husbands family, and our wedding party were behind a curtain when we started our first dance. THIS upset me. I only really had one major bridezilla request was that everyone be present for photos during our first dance. Other than that, he played a great mix of music, kept the crowd engaged and was very sweet to work with. I just feel that the lack of communication from previous DJ to current one was a little off. If he didnt have to walkthrough, I met with him prior to the wedding at the venue, I would have been able to get that to him. Now, I am a shy bride, I dont like photos taken of me, however, given the situation I was aware of what was expected of me. That being said, during the wedding I saw flash bulbs going off all night, I was excited for my photographs! Until I received them. I was heart broken, in the wash of the night the memories started coming back, there are 0 pictures of my mother and I together. Not a one. In fact, the ONLY photo of my mother was 2 photos of her walking down the isle BOTH with her eyes closed, and 2 family photos BOTH with her eyes closed. I thought my husband and I had explained that we NEEDED 20% of our photos to be mantle photos that could go to our families. Traditional photos that will make our families happy. And the rest of the photos were at the artists discretion as long as it was obvious it was a wedding. Our of the 495 images it took me 5 hours to location 75 images that I liked enough for the book that came included in our package. I am not dramatic, I am straightforward and at times mean, I am in tears ANYTIME I see these photos. And not because I am happy, because I will NEVER get those pictures. I will NEVER have a picture of my mother and I from that moment and it breaks my heart. There were tons of pictures of our venue, but not of the grounds, just the chandeliers (which were awesome) The photo booth was awesome. The operator was amazing, full of life always was smiling! Seriously the best part of the whole package was the photo booth and the book. To say I am upset isnt the right term, I am disappointed.

Our photo-booth attendant, Lindsay, realized that my husband and I had not been able to make it to the booth, and made sure that we were able to take a few pictures before they broke down. The DJ - Fernando - was so professional and did a great job of getting everyone dancing. We had a few things change over the night and he just went right with the flow! The only thing, it was hard to hear when he talked in the mic. For the exit, people couldnt understand and some were just standing around unsure of what was happening. It all worked out fine though, and overall, a great experience! The photobooth was also a huge hit! I loved getting the album with everyones pictures and seeing where they signed! We had 3 locations where they had to show up, for 3 different matters, 1.Getting ready at the house 2. Ceremony in Dallas Arboretum and 3 . Gourmet room for reception. The DJ (Fernando) kept the dance floor going all through the night, helped announce when things were happening, and just a super friendly and professional person. Proactive in communicating before the wedding. Lighting made an amazing enhancement to an already-beautiful venue. Guests loved photo booth, and we were very pleased to receive an album with all of the photo strips and guests comments as well as a CD with all of the pics. Very reasonably priced. This company is awesome. I got my photography, video, and dj with Complete. One stop shopping!!! Reina our photographer was so incredible. Got all our shots and was quick. We loved her!!!! Braylon, our dj kept the music upbeat and kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy. Even found a way to make our New Orleans second line happen. Whitney did our video and honestly I felt like we barely knew she was there. We did see her of course but not intrusive or constantly on us or so it felt. All 3 were really communicative and responded well to any concerns we had. You wont be disappointed in complete.

I loved that this was a one stop shop for all my wedding services. The photography services with Jaz were amazing. She did a great job capturing our engagement and wedding photos. Leo was a great addition for videography. Matt was excellent in keeping the wedding on schedule. He was very professional and had some fun surprises that help make our wedding memorable.

I had the best experience with all the different people I had the pleasure of working with. Photographer: My photographers were amazing! Both were very understanding of the wants and needs that we had as well has giving some great suggestions for some amazing photos! They were very patient with our large wedding party and did a fabulous job of capturing everything!!! I cant say enough great things about them!! Videographer: The videographer was all over the place making sure to capture all the moments that he could. It was fabulous knowing that he was going to capture the moments that we missed when we were chatting with people or out on the dance floor! DJ: We loved our DJ! He did exactly what we asked him to do! His song choices were FABULOUS!!! We had people on the dance floor all the way up until the end!! The music was loud but not too loud that I felt like I had to yell at the people right in front of me! He was amazing!!! Photobooth: The lady at the photobooth was so patient with our millions of guests wanting to take a million pictures. We had such an amazing experience with everyone at Complete and so happy they made our day amazing. I would recommend them to anyone that is getting married! This company is amazing and has exceeded our expectations by far! I contacted Ben Lewis and from day 1, he was very responsive and informative. We ended up booking our DJ (Nate), Videographer (Whitney), and Photo Booth with Complete DFW. Our top reasons were price, customer service, and having one vendor provide multiple services (this was a BIG benefit for a busy wedding day). Our DJ, Nate, couldnt have been better! We wanted a DJ that would keep the dance floor full, have lots of fun energy, and overall, be there to please. Nate exceeded our expectations in every way. He constantly checked in on us, making sure things were going as planned and also making sure if we needed anything. Also, he even poured our champagne for our toasts - I mean, come on, how awesome is he??? Thank YOU for the funnest reception for us and our guests loved you as well! Our Videographer, Whitney, awesome as well. Were very excited to see the end product but she was there for every detail and was never in the way - hopefully capturing all the moments we want. I love the communication process before the wedding and how complete checked on me every single day the week before to make sure we had everything in order. I also love how our DJ, Matt May was so helpful with song recommendations and also timeline for the day. We couldnt have asked for a better DJ than Matt! He was so helpful and got the party going with many fun games and also getting on the dance floor and having as much fun as we did! Matt also catered to any needs that we had. Alvin was a fantastic DJ. The dance floor was packed the whole time! He gave us great suggestions for important music choices and order for the ceremony and the main dances. I used Complete for both DJ and videography services, so Ill go one at a time! In general, though, the communication I had with Ben (I believe the manager), was always prompt and friendly and he provided me with all the information I needed to make my decisions. First, my DJ (Alvin). I wish I would have known how incredible Alvin was before our wedding day because I probably would have been much less stressed! He played all the right music, called me about a week ahead of time to figure out our preferences, and was just an all around great DJ. The best part about Alvin is that he really stepped up to the plate when my day-of coordinator decided to sit in her office throughout the entire wedding. She never helped coordinate events such as cake cutting, father/daughter dance, etc., which she was supposed to. However, Alvin was so great because he actually began to coordinate these events when he saw that she was not doing her job. He truly helped my wedding run smoothly and I am so grateful for him. Second, my videographer (Leo). We chose the package that just recorded all the events in full, i.e. ceremony, getting ready, first looks, cake cutting, etc. We didnt want anything too cinematic, just something that would capture all the memories of that night. Leo was always there for every moment but was never in the way. My photographer expressed concerns before I hired a videographer because hes had some that completely block his ability to take good pictures. However, he told me that Leo was always there, but never in the way. Im excited to see how the final video looks! Overall, Complete has great prices and wonderful employees, so I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone that is getting married and wants vendors that reduce (not add to!) the stress and nerves of that day!

I worked with MANY unreliable caterers and businesses for my wedding. Complete was by far the best company I worked with. They were easy, reliable, and super fun!!! Matt was extremely attentive to what I wanted. Everyone had a wonderful time and Matt was the one who made it all happen. One of my fondest memories during my wedding was learning the Thriller with Matt on one side and my husband on the other. It was an amazing time and I wish I could do it all over again. We used COMPLETE DJ and up lightning service for our wedding. On the wedding day they did not perform the up lightning service and we had to purchase the same service elsewhere. DJ told us they would refund us the cost, but after the wedding the company refused to honor what they promised and no refund was issued. We basically paid for a service that we did not receive. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Complete is amazing! We got DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Photo Booth and Lightning. Our Photographer was Teshorn, he was just amazing and very honest which I really liked! Everyone at the wedding loved him and he was sure he captured everything from what I saw before he left the wedding.He is so fun and AWESOME! Our videographer was Leo and he was on TOP of EVERYTHING! He got to my house earlier to make sure he got every single detail, he is AWESOME! He was so friendly and very professional! Our DJ was Fernando and he made our 7 hour reception flow easily and he made it so much fun! I think the DJ is who makes your party and let me tell you he went above and beyond with our requests! Rick Jackson did an excellent job as the DJ at our wedding. He hit all of the songs we wanted and kept the dancing going throughout a late night wedding (ended at 11:45 PM). He even kept the music playing while all of our guests filed outside to do our midnight send off and gave me and my wife a chance to end the night with one final dance with just the two of us in the room. We couldnt be more happy with his level of professionalism and the experience! We also had a photo booth provided by Complete and it was a huge success. I had doubts that we would get people out in the hall to take photos but the operator did an excellent job of getting people involved. The operator also did an excellent job of putting a copy of each photo taken into a book for us so that we could have them all. Money well spent!

I used Complete Weddings & Events for both the photobooth and DJ. I filled out the online planner and had wanted the photobooth personnel to walk around and let everyone know that there was a photobooth present, but I am not sure this was done. However, I did see that whoever went by the booth, Clint was sure to interact with them and they were well taken care of. I had DJ Matt for my reception and he was very adaptable and friendly. He was interactive with my guests and did ask my guests for music requests, something I had requested from their online planner. However, many of the song requests were not played until after many of the guests had left, so no one really got to hear the songs they requested. My one request that be done aside from the First dance song was that there be an Anniversary dance; however, that was never done. Overall, they did well at the wedding, but I left with an indifferent feeling about them after everything was done.

It was really great. Leah (our photo booth operator) was patient and nice to everyone who came through. Lindsey, who helped set up the template and organize the delivery and set up was just wonderful. She was easy to work with and very flexible. No big events in my future that I know of, but if I do, I would use them again. We did buy some extra props but what Leah brought was probably enough....the big glasses were sort of broken, but still usable.

At First Baptist Church, Gun Barrel City, TX. we called upon Complete Dallas to host a photo booth for our annual childrens festival here at the church. Ben Lewis was extremely cordial and accommodating as he conducted business here on the grounds of the church. Do not ever use this company for anything much less a wedding! We hired them to just shoot footage at our wedding since I used to be a videographer I just wanted the footage and I would edit it later, as much as a good videographer as I am I cannot make footage pop out of no where because the person this company sent to videotape the event stopped recording in the middle of prayers, readings, and speeches given at the wedding. Not to mention most of the footage was of the ground or ceiling because he didnt know the camera was on. The audio was horrible even with an attached microphone the minister and bride and groom still couldnt be heard. The shot angles were bad all of the entrances of the party were shots of the back of the peoples heads until the party reached the front. When we contacted them about the bad and missing footage they said we paid for raw footage and thats what we got. Please dont ever use this company for your wedding it will be the worst decision ever.

We used Completes photo booth service for our companys holiday party. My dealings with them were great, couldnt be happier. Rose, our booth operator, was very friendly and did everything to help our guests enjoy their experience. They not only printed our guests with instant photo strips, but they even provided us with a scrapbook after the event and all of the digital files. The one qualm I have with Complete is their lighting quality. I dont know much about photo booth lighting but it looked like something purchased from Lowes. Consequently our resulting photos are very dark and often blurry. Wished that had been better.
